Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bausteines, bei welchem ein mineralisches körniges Grundmaterial mit einem Bindemittel vermischt, geformt und anschliessend zum Abbinden gebracht wird, sowie einen nach diesem Verfahren hergestellten Baustein. Es sind verschiedene Grundtypen von Bausteinen, insbesondere Mauerwerksteinen bekannt, nämlich Backsteine (aus gebranntem Ton), Zementsteine und Kalksandsteine. Letztere werden unter Verwendung eines Sandgemisches und ungelöschtem Kalk als Bindemittel hergestellt. Das mineralische Gemisch wird mit Wasser abgelöscht, in Formen verpresst und ausgehärtet (normalenweise im Autoklaven, bei z.B. 16 bar, ca. 205°C, während 5 Stunden). Bisher wurden solche Abbruchmaterialien in einer geeigneten Deponie entsorgt. Dies stösst nun auf immer grösseren Widerstand, so dass auch hier nach neuen Lösungen zu suchen ist. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war es, nach neuen Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung von Mauerwerkabbruchmaterialien zu suchen und die Entsorgung möglichst wirtschaftlich zu gestalten. Eine Lösung wurde nun erfindungsgemäss im Vorgehen gemäss dem kennzeichnenden Teil von Anspruch 1 gesehen. A solution has now been seen according to the invention in the procedure according to the characterizing part of claim 1.
Zur Erzielung von grösseren Festigkeitswerten hat sich überraschenderweise gezeigt, dass durch Zuschlag eines weiteren mineralischen Materials, mit im Vergleich zum Grundmaterial wesentlich geringerer Korngrösse, insbesondere Kieswaschschlamm, sehr gute Werte erreicht werden.
