Abstract

The housing (1'), which is fitted removably to e.g. a trumpet (8), holds an array of principal keys (2) esp. for choice of tones or chords, and auxiliary keys (9) for control of particular functions such as syncopation or selection of different stops and timbres. The keyboard is connected by a cable (6) or wireless link to a music installation which can be controlled thereby using the fingers of one hand whilst the other hand operates the valves in the conventional manner.

Vorzugsweise kann die Tastatur mit einem monophonen Instrument lösbar oder fest verbunden werden, und zwar derart, dass beim normalen Spielen dieses Instrumentes die Tastatur mit der freien Hand bequem betätigt werden kann, oder aber die Tastatur kann in ähnlicher Weise mit einem Mikrophon verbunden oder schliesslich am Unterarm bzw. Das Gerät gemäss Fig. 1 weist ein flaches Gehäuse 1 auf, in welchem Betätigungstasten so angeordnet sind, dass sie mit vier Fingern der dargestellten Hand betätigt werden können.
