Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schmuck-Zeitmessinstrument zum persönlichen Tragen am Arm oder als Anhänger. Es besteht aus einem Uhrwerkmechanismus mit Zifferblatt, Zeigern und darüberlie-gendem durchsichtigem Abschiuss, einem Gehäuse 3 mit einem Bodenteil 4 und einem zweiteiligen zylindrischen Mantel 6, der einen zylindrischen inneren Mantelteil 9 aufweist, die ineinander bewegbar und mittels lösbarer mechanischer Verbindung 20 gegeneinander fixierbar sind, dass ferner der Bodenteil 4 mit einem der Mantelteile 8, 9 fest verbunden ist und das Gehäuse 3 den Uhrwerkmechanismus mindestens auf der Bodenselte und der Mantelfläche umschliesst, und der äussere 9 und innere 8 Mantelteil je deren äusseren Umfang überragende mindestens ringsegmentförmige Vorsprünge 12, 13 aufweisen, die einen ausserhalb des äusseren Mantelteils 9 liegenden Zwischenraum 16 begrenzen, dass ferner ein Tragelement 7 mit einem grösser als dem Aussendurchmesser des zylindrischen äusseren Mantelteiles 9 entsprechenden Bohrung 18, 19 vorgesehen ist, wobei das Tragelement 7 im Zwischenraum 16 durch die Vorsprünge 12, 13 festhaltbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Uhrwerkmechanismus, Zifferblatt, Zeiger und durchsichtiger Abschiuss im inneren Mantelteil 8 als eine auswechselbare Uhrwerkseinheit 2 miteinander lagern, dass ferner ein Schmuckelement 17 mit einer grösser als dem Aussendurchmesser des zylindrischen äusseren Mantelteils 9 entsprechenden Bohrung vorgesehen Ist, wobei das Schmuckelement 17 zusätzlich zum Tragelement 7 im Zwischenraum 16 angeordnet ist, das Ganze derart, dass Schmuckelement 17, Tragelement 7 und Uhrwerkseinheit 2 je für sich auswechselbar sind.
