Abstract

A holding utensil for keys and tools, in particular for precision mechanics, comprising a dimensionally stable, case-like or sheath-like receiving body made of a U-profile (1). Key holders with spaced-apart hard cover parts, between which keys are arranged to be displaceable or pivotable, are known. There are versions made of housings and case-like structures with a large number of components, which increase the cost of manufacture and are susceptible to damage when subjected to heavy use.

The present invention relates to a utensil for holding keys according to the preamble of claim 1. The object of the invention is to create a hard-wearing, compact, case-like device which can also be used as a turning aid for lock operations. This object is achieved with the features defined in claim 1. Advantageous structural designs can be found in claims 2 to 11.
