Abstract

The massive front wheel holders (1) can be placed in a row to any desired length to provide a bicycle parking stand. The concrete slabs cover an inserted bicycle front wheel at least to above the hub. Each slab has a jib (20) that extends at to the edge region of the rear wheel and is provided with a lockable shackle (30). The latter can enclose the rear wheel and a bar of the bicycle frame. The outer end of the jib can be provided with a locking housing (31) using a cylinder lock. The latter can be joined to a coin-operated mechanism. ADVANTAGE - Full protection including front and rear wheels. Can be easily integrated in or on walls of building.

Im Konzept der Förderung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nehmen die Fahrräder als Bereich des individuellen Verkehrs eine wesentliche Rolle ein. Sie sollen, als Zubringer zu den Knotenpunkten des öffentlichen Verkehrs, gefördert werden. Folglich werden vermehrt bei Bahnhöfen und Haltestellen Fahrradständer aufgestellt. Da der Trend zu teuren Fahrrädern und die Kriminalität leider parallel zunehmen, steigt das Bedürfnis nach Sicherheitseinrichtungen für das Abstellen von Fahrrädern. Diesbezüglich wird aber bisher kaum viel geboten. In den meisten Fällen begnügen sich die Aufsteller von Fahrradständern mit der Schaffung möglichst vieler Standplätze auf geringstem Raum. Meist wird noch ein Witterungsschutz angeboten, doch eine Sicherung gegen Diebstahl wird nicht geboten, sondern dem Benützer überlassen. Die heute marktüblichen Fahrradschlösser, die genügend Sicherheit bieten, sind sehr massiv und schwer und sind daher für den mobilen Einsatz nur beschränkt attraktiv. Der erfindungsgemässe Fahrradständer setzt sich zusammen aus einem massiven Vorderradhalteelement 1 mit einseitig angeordnetem, mit dem Vorderradhalteeiement unlösbar verbundenen Auslegearm 20, an dessen freien Ende ein schwenkbarer Sicherungsbügel gelagert ist und der mittels einem Schliessmechanismus 31 gesichert werden kann. Ein Vorderradhalteelement 1 setzt sich aus zwei spiegelsymmetrischen Seitenteilen 10, 11 zusammen. Im Prinzip könnte das Vorderradhalteelement 1 auch einteilig sein, doch wird man aus fertigungstechnischen Gründen die hier dargestellte Variante vorziehen. Jede der beiden spiegelsymmetrischen Seitenteile 10, 11 hat die Form einer langgestreckten rechtwinkligen Fussplatte 12, auf der eine vertikale Deckplatte 13 steht. Die Deckplatte 13 verläuft vertikal, mindestens annähernd auf der Diagonalen der Fussplatte 12. In der Seitenansicht hat die vertikale Deckplatte 13 eine bogenförmige Gestalt. Die Breite der Seitenplatte 10, 11 entspricht mindestens annähernd dem Raddurchmesser eines üblichen Fahrrades, vorzugsweise jedoch etwas grösser. Wird ein Fahrrad F mit seinem Vorderrad zwischen den beiden spiegelsymmetrischen Seitenteile 10, 11 hineingeschoben, so verdecken diese das Vorderrad mindestens annähernd vollständig. In dieser Lage hat man somit keinen Zugriff zur Nabe des Vorderrades, so dass dieses nicht demontiert und somit entwendet werden kann. Die Vorderradhalteelemente 1 lassen sich in beliebiger Anzahl nebeneinander auf einem Grundrahmen 14 montieren, der selber wiederum direkt am Boden befestigt sein kann. Die Befestigung der spiegelsymmetrischen Seitenteile 10, 11 mit dem Grundrahmen 14 erfolgt mittels Schrauben 15, jeweils in den freien Eckbereichen der Fussplatten 12 neben den diagonal darauf laufenden, vertikalen Deckplatten 13. Diese Sicherheitsquerstrebe 19 kann entweder direkt an den beiden äussersten Vorderradhalteelementen 1 befestigt sein, oder wie dies in Fig. 6 schematisch angedeutet ist, mit dem Grundrahmen 14 ver-schweisst oder andersartig verbunden sein. Bei der hier dargestellten Variante sind zwischen zwei Vorderradhalteelementen 1 jeweils eine vertikale Stützstrebe 14' auf dem Grundrahmen 14 angeordnet, die die jeweiligen Betonteile 1 in der Distanz zueinander definiert und gleichzeitig stützend verbindet. Damit sind alle wesentlichen Teile des Fahrrades gegen Diebstahl gesichert. Die Konstruktion ist besonders preiswert und lässt sich auch leicht in oder an Gebäudewänden integrieren.
