The present invention relates to a method for creating a burial site.

Common graves today, the cemeteries resp. Urn walls are generally known.

The burial in graves, which is still common in most places and is planted according to the seasons, is often no longer satisfactory.

Due to the increased mobility, family members often live widely dispersed, making the regular care of graves by the bereaved difficult, if not impossible. As a result, the graves are either neglected or their maintenance must be done by cemetery staff or Nurseries are concerned.

Furthermore, due to lack of space, such graves are mostly cleared after a few decades so that the site can be used again for burial purposes, a procedure that is often reluctantly acknowledged by the relatives concerned.

Urn walls are also not a satisfactory alternative, since they require little or no maintenance, but are impersonal to the greatest extent.

The aim of the present invention is now to create a burial site in such a way that it appeals to the bereaved, does not have to be lifted in the long term and can be maintained with minimal or no expenditure of time.

This goal is achieved by the method for creating a burial site set out in claim 1. Special embodiments are described in the subclaims.

With this method, the ashes of the body to be buried are as close as possible to resp. introduced into the root area of a perennial plant so that it can extract nutrients and / or building materials from it and grow. Perennial in this context is not understood to mean the age of the plant at the time of planting, but rather the usual lifespan for a plant of this type, that is to say a plant that lives for several years, for example bushes and in particular trees.

The method is used for burial of the ashes primarily obtained from humans, but also from animals.

FIG. 1 shows the most important step of a method in which a hole 1 is first excavated, into which a rooted tree 2 is placed. A method variant that is independent of the time, for example the season or the year of burial, is the introduction of the ash into the root area of trees that have already been planted. For this purpose, at least one hole can be dug into the root area of the tree, into which the ashes are introduced. However, damage to the roots and a possible weakening of the plant can be expected. It is therefore preferred if suitable measures for the subsequent introduction of the ash are taken when the tree is being planted.

The most important process stage of this embodiment is shown in Fig. 2.

The age of the trees used and the location of the individual graves can be chosen so that a harmoniously developed forest develops over time.

It is obvious that the plants, in particular the trees, are preferably matched to the respective soil and that any planting of the soil between the trees, for example with grass, depends on the type of forest to be formed.
