Abstract

The footplate construction is used in stalls in a cattle shed. There is a large trough in the floor to receive dung, which may have concrete sides (1). Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Ver-grösserung von Standplätzen für Tiere in Viehställen, wobei die Länge der Standplätze einerseits durch Anbinde- und Futtervorrichtungen und andererseits durch eine Jaucherinne begrenzt ist, auf welcher abnehmbare Roste vorgesehen sind. Nach neueren Tierschutzgesetzen sind Tiere so zu behandeln, dass ihren Bedürfnissen in bestmöglicher Weise Rechnung getragen wird. Insbesondere bei Tieren für Stallhaltung müssen Standplätze, Boxen und Anbindevorrichtungen so gestaltet sein, dass sie den Körpermassen der Tiere entsprechen. Insbesondere muss die Länge der Standplätze ausreichend sein, damit die Tiere nicht zwischen Futtertrog und Jaucherinne eingeengt sind. Zuchttiere, besonders Rinder und Schweine, sind heute grösser und länger als früher und benötigen mehr Platz. Ältere Ställe entsprechen daher wegen der für die Tiere mit der Zeit zu kurz gewordenen Standlänge oft nicht mehr den gesetzlichen Vorschriften, so dass bauliche Veränderungen an den Stallungen erforderlich sind. Eine naheliegende Massnahme bestände darin, die Jaucherinne im Sinne einer Verlängerung der Standplätze zu versetzen. Da jedoch die Jaucherinnen zumeist im Stallboden einbetoniert sind, wäre dies eine aufwendige, zeitraubende und relativ teure Lösung des Problems. In der Fig. 1 ist mit 1 eine Jaucherinne in Form eines beispielsweise aus Beton vorgefertigten U-Profiles bezeichnet, das im Boden 2 eines nicht weiter dargestellten Viehstalles eingelassen ist. Ein Traggestell 3 - von denen mehrere in bestimmten Abständen in die Jaucherinne 1 eingesetzt sind -weist einen aus einem Doppel-T-Profil hergestellten Träger 4 auf, an dessen Enden Haltebleche 5 an-geschweisst sind. Die Haltebleche 5 sind an den oberen Enden abgewinkelt und liegen auf Schultern 6, 7 der Jaucherinne 1 auf. Hierbei sind die abgewinkelten Enden vom Träger 3 so weit entfernt, dass dieser um einen Teil, beispielsweise etwa ein Drittel der Tiefe der Jaucherinne in diese abgesenkt ist. An der den Standplätzen 8 der Tiere benachbarten Seite der Jaucherinne 1 ist auf den Träger 4 eine Säule 9 in Form eines Rohres aufgeschweisst, deren oberes Ende mit einem Winkelblech 10 ver-schweisst ist. Mit 11 sind auf den Winkelblechen 10 aufliegende, trittfeste Abdeckplatten, beispielsweise in Form von stahlarmierten Betonelementen bezeichnet, deren Breite der erforderlichen Verlängerung der Standplätze 8 entspricht. Die Dicke der Abdeckplatten 11 und die Länge der Säulen 9 sind so bemessen, dass die oberen Seiten der Abdeckplatten 11 mit dem Niveau der Standplatzfläche übereinstimmen. Die Abdeckplatten 11 und die Standplatzfläche sind mit einer Matte 12, z.B. aus Kautschuk oder Kunststoff, überdeckt (in Fig. 3 nicht dargestellt).
