Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen.
Fig. 1a einen Grundriss der Rohrleitung im Bereich des Balges,
Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht auf den Kanal.
The subject of the application is a pipe or channel for stowing the water flowing through it according to the preamble of claim 1.
Pipes and channels for sewage with a low gradient tend to become clogged with sediment over time. It is therefore necessary to clean it from time to time. This can be done by mechanical removal of the deposited substances or by flushing away with process water that is introduced under pressure into the sewer or pipe. Both methods are complex and require prior emptying of the pipe or the channel. Furthermore, the cleaning of longer sewers or pipes that are not easily accessible from the outside is only possible with great technical effort. Mechanical pushers are used to stow and divert waste water, which are particularly exposed to corrosion and can decompose due to waste water containing heavily contaminated and aggressive substances.
As a result, the shut-off devices have to be serviced frequently and replaced on the other hand.
The invention seeks to remedy this.
The invention, as characterized in the claims, solves the problem of creating a pipe or channel with a shut-off device which works reliably and enables flawless cleaning with a low expenditure of energy.
With the inflatable bellows, the water flowing through can be backed up in short or longer periods of time and then suddenly released in such a way that the accumulated, briefly large amount of water detaches all deposits in the piping system from the ground and sweeps away. The operation of the shut-off process consisting of a bellows is very reliable since there are no mechanical elements in the area of the waste water and the bellows can be inflated or emptied using a compressed air bottle.
The invention is explained in more detail using two illustrated exemplary embodiments. Show it:
1 shows a cross section through a pipeline with a hemispherical bellows,
1a is a plan of the pipeline in the area of the bellows,
2 shows a cross section through the hemispherical bellows along line II-II,
3 shows a longitudinal section through a channel open at the top,
Fig. 4 shows a cross section through the channel along line IV-IV and
Fig. 5 is a plan view of the channel.
In a wastewater pipe 1 having a round cross section, the circular cross section of the pipe 1 is changed over a region s to a semicircular cross section with a cross section area Q of the same size. In section 3, which is flat at the top, a circular opening 5 is provided, along the periphery of which the open edge of a hemispherical bellows 7 is fastened. A hemispherical cover 9 is arranged above the opening 5, into which a line 11 for supplying and suctioning air opens between the bellows 7 and the cover 9. The sealed cover 9 can have a circumferential flange 13 with which the preferably folded edge of the bellows 7 can be tightly clamped on the periphery of the opening 5.
On the input side of the flange 13, a valve 15 is arranged in the tube 1 with a tube 16 projecting into the interior, through which air can enter the tube 1, but no water can escape from it. The valve 15 serves to prevent the formation of a vacuum when the bellows 7 is pushed upwards into the cover 9.
In normal operation, the wastewater flows freely in the direction of arrow B through section s with the changed cross-sectional shape. If it is intended to clean the pipe or to divert the water, air is blown through the line 11 into the space under the hemispherical cover 9 by means of compressed air from a bottle or from the memory of a compressed air compressor. The inflowing air presses the bellows 7 resting against the cover 9 at the top through the opening 5 into the semicircular section of the pipe 1 until the bellows abuts the pipe wall along the periphery and prevents the passage of water.
After the pipe 1 has been shut off, the water builds up above the shut-off element and is released as soon as the pipe cross-section is completely filled with water or almost completely with a quantity necessary for flushing, by sudden suction of the air under the cover 9. The backflow of water is released by suddenly emptying the space between bellows 7 and cover 9, e.g. by sucking off the air with an injector pump, which is preferably fed from the same compressed air source as for filling the bellows 7 and causes the water as a strong surge to detach any deposits that have accumulated on the tube sheet and entrain them. In order to achieve a uniform turning of the bellows 7 when filling with air, a coil spring 12 can be inserted in a nozzle 10 in the apex of the cover 9.
The coil spring 12 lies against the apex of the bellows 7 and guides it downwards in a centered manner. When emptying, the spring 12 is compressed by the vacuum between the bellows and cover.
In the embodiment of the invention according to FIGS. 3 to 5, instead of a pipe or a line, an open-top channel 17, consisting of a bottom 19 and two side walls 21, is provided Airtight and watertight rubber sheets or cloths 25, which are tightly connected along their edges, lie flat on the walls 21 and on the bottom 19 in the emptied state. The bellows 23 is preferably located in recesses 24 in the channel, so that the surfaces and fastening parts do not protrude beyond the inner cross section. In the state filled with air, the front edge 27 lifts off the channel and comes to lie at the height of the upper edges 29 of the walls 21 or above. A line 31 leading into the interior of the bellows 23 penetrates the bottom 19 of the channel 17.
A second line 33 can be used to introduce rinsing water into the space below the bellows 23 between the bellows and the channel bottom, with which any floating material accumulated below the bellows 23 can be periodically washed away. The bellows 23 can be clamped by rails 35 to the bottom 19 and the walls 21 of the channel. The edges of the bellows 23, which abut the side walls 21, are inclined to the vertical.
In the normal operating state, the bellows 23 lies flat when sucked empty in the recess 24 on the bottom 19 or the side walls 21 of the channel 17. The normal flow is not affected by the bellows 23. To clean the channel 17, air is pumped through the line 31 into the bellows 23, so that the bellows inflates, turns inside out and its front edges 27 rise upward and hold back the inflowing water. As soon as the channel 17 is completely or sufficiently filled for cleaning, the air is suddenly sucked back inside the bellows 23 against the walls 21 and 19 bottom, and the pent-up water can act as a high-energy surge on the floor 19 of the Remove channel 17 accumulated deposits before and after the bellows and carry them away.
The course of the front edge 27 is designed such that when the bellows 23 is sucked empty, it lies flush against the walls 21 and on the floor 19 and, when the bellows 23 is inflated, lies essentially in a plane which is formed from the upper edges 29 of the walls 21.
Ribs 24 are preferably provided in the interior of the bellows 23, which enable the air to be completely sucked off and also prevent sticking.
In a preferred embodiment, the device is designed as an element 35 which can be completely removed from the channel or can be installed for the channel. Of course, lines for liquids other than waste water can also be provided.
The backwater and the subsequent sudden drainage of the backwater can be periodic or if necessary, e.g. in times of particularly suitable flow rates.
