Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III in Fig. 2.
The invention relates to a cleaning device for cleaning the inner wall of ventilation ducts. The ventilation duct to be cleaned can have a round duct cross section or a rectangular duct cross section. The dimensions of such ventilation ducts can vary widely and in practice range from 10 cm in diameter to 1.6 m in diameter with a round duct cross section and up to 1 m x 2 m in ventilation ducts with a rectangular cross section. Over time, dirt builds up on the inside wall of the respective ventilation duct, which cannot be cleaned off simply by increasing the air speed.
Therefore, cleaning the inner wall of the respective ventilation duct is a problem, and the aim is to provide a cleaning device with which the inner wall of the ventilation duct can be cleaned in a simple, effective and inexpensive manner.
The cleaning device according to the invention is characterized by at least one brush that can be driven to rotate and a rotary drive motor therefor, as well as a device for driving the brush forward in the ventilation duct, with a blower that can be connected to the ventilation duct, and with at least one wind guide element that is adjacent to the brush periphery to increase the air speed on the inner wall of the Ventilation duct.
Two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a first embodiment of the cleaning device in a schematic representation, for cleaning a ventilation duct with a round duct cross section,
2 shows a second embodiment of the device for cleaning a ventilation duct with a rectangular duct cross section, in a schematic illustration, and
3 shows a section along the line III-III in FIG. 2.
In Fig. 1, a ventilation duct 1 with a round duct cross section is shown schematically. In the channel 1 there is a brush 3 which can be driven to rotate about the longitudinal axis 2. The rotary drive for the brush 3 is carried out by a rotary drive motor 4 which can be combined with a gear 5 in a single housing which has an output shaft 6. A flexible shaft 7 is connected to the output shaft 6 via a coupling 8. The flexible shaft 7 is provided with a brush receiving member 9, on which the brush 3 is detachably but not rotatably pushed in a manner not shown. The flexible shaft 7 drives the brush 3 to rotate. A pulling hook 10 is rotatably mounted in the brush 3 by means of roller bearings 11. A pull rope 12 acts on the pull hook 10 and serves as a device for driving the brush 3 forward in the ventilation duct 1.
On the brush receiving member 9 there is a wind deflector 13, which in the example shown is designed as a disk, which has the shape and size of its periphery such that it fills the cross section of the ventilation duct 1 to be cleaned except for an annular gap 14. In the example shown, the disk 13, like the ventilation duct 1, has a circular shape, but a somewhat smaller diameter. The forward drive of the brush 3 in the ventilation duct 1 takes place in the direction of the arrow 15, so that the wind deflector 13, which is designed as a disk, is connected downstream of the brush 3.
The ventilation duct 1 is provided with an opening 16 through which the flexible shaft 7 is guided from the outside into the interior of the duct 1. The channel 1 is furthermore provided with an opening 17, to which a blower, not shown, is connected via a line 18, for extracting air and dirt in the direction of an arrow 19.
In the example according to FIG. 1, the forward drive direction of the brush 3 in the direction of arrow 15 is perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the brush, so that in the manner shown this brush 3 is intended for the ventilation duct 1 with a round duct cross section.
In the example according to FIG. 2, a ventilation duct 20 with a rectangular duct cross section is cleaned. The cleaning device provided for this purpose has a brush 21, the plane of rotation of the brush 21 being parallel to the forward drive direction in the direction of arrow 15. The brush 21 is in turn provided with a pull hook 10 and a pull rope 12. The ventilation duct 20 in turn has an opening 16 and an opening 17 with the connection 18 and the suction direction 19.
The brush 21 is now driven by a hydraulic motor 22, which is accommodated with a bevel gear 23 in a common housing. A hose package 24 consisting of two line strings leads to the hydraulic motor 22, of which only one line is shown in FIG. 2. This hose package 24 leads away from a hose reel 25, the two lines of the hose package 24 being fed by an assembly 26 which has a drive motor with a pump in a known manner.
The device according to FIG. 2 in turn has a wind guide element 27 which fills the cross section of the ventilation duct except for an annular gap 28. The device has a brush stabilizer 29 for guiding the brush 21 in the ventilation duct 20. This brush stabilizer 29 can prevent the brush 21 from tilting in the duct 20, and furthermore ensures that the hydraulic motor 22 is held in the longitudinal axis of the duct 20, so that the wind guide member 27 is thereby always centered in the channel 20, in order to maintain the annular gap 28. In the example shown, the brush stabilizer 29 has a plurality of guide members 30 which protrude radially from the forward driving direction 15 of the brush 21 and are intended for this purpose on the inner wall of the ventilation channel 20 to lie on.
The device according to Fig. 2 also has a suction mouth 31 which is located in the effective area of the wind deflector 27, i.e. located in the area of the annular gap 28, for sucking off the dirt cleaned from the inner wall of the ventilation duct 20. The device also has at least one nozzle 32 for spraying liquid, for cleaning and / or disinfecting the inner wall of the ventilation duct 20.
In a further embodiment, not shown, for cleaning the ventilation duct 1 with a round duct cross section according to FIG. 1, the pulling hook 10 and the pulling cable 12 could be dispensed with if a helical brush set is used for the forward drive of the brush 3 in the direction of the arrow 15 for screwing the rotating brush 3 in ventilation duct 1.
The length profile of the brush 21 in the ventilation duct 20 can be seen from FIG. 3. The brush 21 consists of two brush halves 21 min, which are axially releasably pushed onto their stub axle 34 in their axis of rotation 33, but are non-rotatably connected to them. These stub axles 34 protrude from the common housing for the hydraulic motor 22 and angular gear 23. The brush set lying on the inside of each brush half 21 has an oblique course according to the contour 35, so that the channel 20 can be brushed over the entire surface of the inner wall and thus cleaned .
1, the brush 3 is moved in the direction of the arrow 15, the brush 3 rotating about its axis of rotation 2. The dirt brushed off from the inner wall of the channel 1 by the brush 3 is carried away via an air flow in the channel 1. In the example shown, the dirt is sucked off via the line 18, so that the wind deflector 13 is connected downstream of the brush 3. An increased air speed is achieved in the annular gap 14, which entrains the dirt brushed off from the inner wall of the channel 1.
The removal of the dirt can also take place instead of a suction blower by means of compressed air, the increased flow rate again being achieved here in the annular gap 14, so that it is ensured that the dirt brushed off from the inner wall of the channel 1 is conveyed out of the channel 1. In a further exemplary embodiment, the forward drive of the brush 3 in the channel 1 could also be achieved in that the brush 3 serves as a piston in the cylinder 1 and is moved in the direction of arrow 15 in the channel 1 by the aforementioned suction or pressure force.
Since the channel 1 can be in any position in the room, the traction cable 12 could also serve as a hanging cable, in which case the forward drive of the brush 3 can also run in the opposite direction to the arrow 15.
The above applies to the same extent for the design of the device according to FIG. 2, wherein the dirt brushed off from the inner wall of the channel 20 can additionally be suctioned off via the suction mouth 31. In another embodiment, compressed air can also flow to the inner wall of the channel 20 via the suction mouth 31.
