The invention relates to a device for simultaneous contactless testing of a plurality of locations of a surface or an inner interface of a material to be tested (1) by means of incident light or a layer or a section of the material to be tested (1) by means of backscattered or reflected backlighting, or by means of direct light Transmitted light, whereby
- The device comprises at least one linear light source (2) and at least one linear optoelectronic transducer arrangement (3) which is arranged such that it detects reflected light and / or transmitted light, wherein
- The light source (2) contains certain optical elements (5a) that generate a linear light band (7) on the material to be tested (1)
- The linear light source (2) and the optical elements (5a) are designed
that an empirically or mathematically defined course of the intensity (6a) of the light and the spatial curve shape of the line is achieved,
the light source (2) and the optical elements (5a) are designed such that the intensity curve (6a) and the spatial curve can be set,
the optoelectronic transducer arrangement (3) is designed such that it has an empirically or mathematically defined spatial profile of the curve shape and a defined profile of the measurement sensitivity (6b),
- The transducer arrangement (3) is equipped with certain optical elements (5b) which are designed
that they have a linear field of view and the spatial profile and the profile of the measurement sensitivity (6b) can be adjusted,
- The optoelectronic transducer arrangement (3) consists of at least one measuring channel (4),
- The material to be tested (1) is in the light path between the light source (2) and the transducer arrangement (3).
The use of the device of this invention serves to test an allegedly smooth or regularly structured surface for irregularities, or to test a translucent, allegedly uniform or regularly structured layer for its irregularity and inclusions, or to test an allegedly calm surface or an internal interface of the material to be tested for changes in the position of these surfaces, especially for checking vibrations of areas, inclusions or for checking rotating parts for concentricity and vibrations.
Previously known systems use a laser beam deflected by mechanical means (laser scanner) and complicated optical components, which makes them expensive, voluminous and also prone to wear. Other systems use electronic cameras, but this also requires corrections in the image. In both systems, the testing of very long or wide materials is only possible to a very limited extent, due to the geometric requirements and the deteriorating error resolution with increasing inspection width.
A disadvantage of the previously known systems is also that the entire scanned information is in serial form, which requires a very wide range of evaluation devices and also usually places high demands on the evaluation software.
Another disadvantage is the lack of redundancy. Failure of a single important part, such as of the laser leads to failure of the entire system.
The object of the present invention is particularly to test complicated-shaped materials, the test device being adapted to the requirements of the test material in a predetermined manner or automatically adapting to the process flow. Test devices of this type are not yet known. Figure list:

An embodiment of a device according to the invention for checking the surface and the translucent interior of the material (1), for example shown in FIG. 1a, has a light source (2) with an optical element (5a) in front. These produce a linear light strip (7) of a certain length on the material (1) to be tested. Part of the incident light is reflected and used for surface inspection. For this purpose, the optoelectronic converter (3) with an optical element (5b) is used. Another part of the light penetrates the material to be tested (1) and is received by a similar converter (3) with an optical element (5b).
By assembling such sections of a certain length into a strip of light of any length according to a certain fixed or adjustable geometrical course in space, you can largely adapt to the test material.
1b schematically shows a device in which, for example, an optical element (5a, 5b), a so-called beam splitter, is used jointly by the light source (2) and the transducer arrangement (3), which means simplification in certain cases.
2 shows a device in which the test material (1) has an uneven thickness. In order to achieve a uniform measuring sensitivity (6b) of the transmitted light measurement, which is indicated by the same length of the arrows (6b), a light band is generated on the test material, which receives an intensity curve (6a) corresponding to the course of the light attenuation in the test material. An optoelectronic transducer arrangement (3) and an optical element (5b) form a so-called measuring channel (4).
3 schematically shows some exemplary possibilities for adjusting the light intensity of a light source section. All sections can be adjusted individually via a common control channel (control bus).
Fig. 4 shows a corresponding arrangement for the light receiver.
Since arrangements as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 are prior art, a detailed description will be omitted.
Mechanical arrangements to form the above sections geometrically into lines in space can be of very diverse nature. They are also state of the art.
