Abstract

The bottle cap with security guarantee, especially for wind bottles, is made from an injected synthetic material and comprises a rigid top (1) and a tear-off guarantee section (11). The guarantee section is in the form of an upper ring (10) and a lower skirt (11) in a truncated conical shape, tapering towards the ring and equipped with at least one tear line (13). The top can have an inner threaded portion an a seal made from a deformable synthetic material with a metal coating on its exposed surface. The tear-off skirt can have a tongue (15) adjacent to its tear line, the lower end of which has a starting slit (14), while its upper end leads to a hole (12) in the ring (10). The thickness of the skirt is 0.8 - 1.2 mm, reduced to 0.2 - 0.4 mm along the tear line. ADVANTAGE - Convenient to open and close bottle, providing security and inexpensive substitute for cork.

Claims

1.
