Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch eine Sicherheits-Durchgabeschublade,
Fig. 3 das Verriegelungssystem in seiner zweiten Stellung.
The present invention relates to a security transmission system for the transmission of documents etc. in both directions between an unsecured outside area and a security area with a housing that can be firmly installed in a wall or the like and only a drawer that can be pulled out to the outside area and a second drawer that is guided in the first and towards the security area from the first pull-out drawer.
Such transfer systems are known. For example, CH-PS 589 211 shows a pass-through drawer device for switches with a drawer that can be pulled out to the customer side and a drawer that is guided in it and that can be pulled out to the personnel side.
Known throughput systems of this type offer relatively good security. However, you cannot absolutely prevent both drawers from being pulled out at the same time and there is an open connection between the customer and personnel side by half-pushing in the outer drawer.
The object of the invention is to eliminate this possible security risk.
This is achieved according to the invention by a security transmission system of the type mentioned at the outset, which is distinguished by a locking device for optionally blocking the first drawer in the housing or the two drawers with one another.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Show it
1 shows a longitudinal section through a safety through drawer,
2 shows the locking system of the drawer shown in FIG. 1 in a first position,
Fig. 3 shows the locking system in its second position.
The security transmission shown in FIG. 1 has a housing 2 built into the opening of a wall 1. Instead of being installed in a wall opening, it can also be installed in furniture, switch partitions, etc.
A first drawer 3 is arranged in the housing 2, which is guided in the housing on roller rails (not shown) in the usual way and can only be extended in one direction, to the right in the drawing. In the other direction, the front plate 4 of the drawer 3 bears against stops 5, 7, which are attached to the housing base or on the housing cover by doubling 6, 8.
The drawer 3 has a bottom 9 which extends essentially to the other end of the housing.
A second, inner drawer 10 is guided in the first drawer by means of roller rails (not shown) and can be pulled out of the first drawer to the left. When pushed in, its rear wall 12 abuts the inside of the front panel 4 of the first drawer. The front plate 11 of the inner drawer consists of the drawer front wall 13 and an attached front part 14, which is flush with the housing outer front.
The inner drawer 10 can be pulled out to the left and pushed out together with the first drawer 3 to the right.
In the drawing of Fig. 1, the side to the right of wall 1 is the unsecured outside area, i.e. e.g. e.g. the counter hall of a bank etc. The side to the left of the wall is the security area. The various opening options must only be controllable from the security area. The locking system 15, which is shown specifically in FIGS. 2 and 3, is used for this purpose.
The locking system 15 consists of a wedge-shaped rocker arm 16 which is rotatably attached to the bottom 9 of the first drawer 3 in the vicinity of its narrow end in such a way that its wide end can move up and down. To enable this limited tilting movement, the base 9 has a cutout 17.
In Fig. 2, the rocker arm 16 is shown in the position in which its broad end is at the bottom. This abuts against a stop 18 which is formed by the rear side of the said doubling 6 on the housing base. In this position, the first drawer 3 cannot be extended to the right. The inner drawer 10, however, can be pulled out to the left. Immediately after a short displacement of the inner drawer 10 to the left, its bottom 19 is pushed over the rocker arm 16 such that it can no longer be tilted from the lower position. The first drawer 3 is thus positively locked as long as the second drawer 9 is extended.
In Fig. 3, the rocker arm 16 is shown in the other position, in which its broad end is at the top. This abuts against a stop 21, which is formed by a doubling 20 on the bottom 19 of the second drawer 10. If the rocker arm 16 is in this position, the second drawer 10 can no longer be pulled or pushed out of the first drawer 3 to the left. The first drawer 3, however, is free and can be extended to the right together with the inner drawer 9. Already after a slight shift to the right, the rocker arm 16 moves over the doubling 6 and can no longer change its position. The two drawers are thus positively locked together as long as the first drawer 3 is extended.
The rocker arm 16 can be actuated by means of two different and mutually independent mechanisms. Due to its weight, it reaches its lower position without being actuated. The actuating mechanisms must therefore be suitable for moving it into the upper position. It should be noted that changing its position up or down is only possible if drawers 3 and 10 are closed, i.e. are inserted.
In order to move the lever 16 from its lower to its upper position, a pin 22 is advanced in the bottom of the housing. By simply pushing the pin 22 up, the wide end of the rocker arm 16 reaches its upper position.
Alternatively, a rocker arm 23 acts, which presses with one end 24 onto the narrow end of the rocker arm 16 and rotates its broad end when its second end 25 is turned up with a slide 26. The slider 26 is operated from the drawer front part in a manner known per se by means of a rotary knob 27.
The front panel 4 has no handle or the like, so that it cannot be opened from the outside as long as it is not advanced from the inside. But even through the partially opened first drawer, no connection to the security area can be established because, due to the forced locking, the inner drawer is carried when the first drawer is pushed outwards.
