Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Schild mit auswechselbaren Schrifttafeln nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1, insbesondere auf ein Schild, das mit seiner Vorderseite, der Aufsichtseite, von innen her an einer Scheibe zu befestigen ist.
Ein solches Schild ist aus der DE-OS 2 054 500 bekannt. Bei denjenigen Ausführungsformen des Schildes, bei denen die Schrifttafeln überhaupt auswechselbar sind, muss dieser Vorgang durch Einschieben von der Seite her erfolgen, was ein mühsames Unterfangen ist. Insbesondere im Fall, wo eine Mehrzahl von Schrifttafeln vorhanden ist und nur die eine oder andere ausgewechselt werden soll, ist ein Herausnehmen aller oder der meisten Schrifttafeln erforderlich, um gezielt z.B. nur eine einzige Schrifttafel auszuwechseln. Ein Auswechseln einzelner Schrifttafeln von hinten her, bei vorderseitig befestigtem Schild, ist nicht möglich.
Schilder mit auswechselbaren Schrifttafeln sind überdies aus dem DE-GM 7 010 930.7 bekannt. Bei dieser Konstruktion müssen die Schrifttafeln von vorne her eingeführt werden; dies bedingt, dass das Schild bzw. der Rahmen zur Aufnahme der Schrifttafeln von vorne her zugänglich ist. Für ein Schild, das an seiner vorderen Seite an einer Glasscheibe befestigt ist, eignet sich diese Konstruktion nicht.
Ähnliches gilt für die Konstruktion gemäss dem DE-GM 8 127 900.0; auch hier muss der Rahmen des Schildes von vorne zugänglich sein, um einzelne Schrifttafeln auszuwechseln.
Eine Konstruktion z.B. nach der DE-PS 2 100 879 wäre an sich geeignet, ein Auswechseln der Schrifttafeln von hinten her zuzulassen; praktisch ist dies jedoch kaum möglich, da die Schrifttafeln durch eine Klemmwirkung im elastisch ausgebildeten Rahmen gehalten werden. Ein Auswechseln der Schrifttafeln ohne Entfernen des rahmenartigen Körpers zur Halterung der Schrifttafeln von z.B. einer Scheibe ist ohne Zuhilfenahme eines Spezialwerkzeuges kaum möglich.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Schild der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei welchem jederzeit ein Auswechseln der Schrifttafeln ermöglicht ist, ohne das Schild von der Befestigungsfläche, z.B. einer Scheibe, entfernen zu müssen.
Die Lösung der Aufgabe erfolgt durch die Merkmale, die im Kennzeichen des Anspruches 1 aufgeführt sind. Weiterbildungen und besondere Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen 2 bis 5 gekennzeichnet.
Im folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung, unter Bezugnahme auf die beiliegenden Zeichnungen, näher erläutert. Im einzelnen zeigen:

Das Schild, generell mit 1 bezeichnet, umfasst eine vordere Platte 2, die mit aufgedruckten oder eingravierten Beschriftungen 3 versehen sein kann. Diese Platte 2, z.B. aus Kunststoff oder Aluminium, besitzt eine Mehrzahl von im Beispielsfall rechteckigen Ausschnitten 4 bestimmter Grösse, hinter welchen Schrifttafeln 5 angeordnet sind. Die \ffnungen 4 sind etwas kleiner als die Schrifttafeln 5. Im Beispielsfall besitzt das Schild 1 rechteckige Gestalt; im Bereich seiner vier Ecken sind Bohrungen 6 vorgesehen (Fig. 5 und 6), die beim zusammengesetzten Schild 1 durch doppelseitig selbstklebende Elemente 7 bedeckt sind, z.B. um das Schild hinter einer (nicht dargestellten) Scheibe (Ladentüre, Schaufensterscheibe oder dgl.) zu befestigen.
Ferner umfasst das Schild 1 eine mittlere Platte 8, die mit der vorderen Platte 2 fest verbunden ist, z.B. mittels Klebestellen 9, die zweckmässigerweise über die Fläche der beiden Platten 2 und 8 verteilt angeordnet sind. Die mittlere Platte 8 besitzt ebenfalls Ausschnitte 10, die kongruent, d.h. deckungsgleich mit den Ausschnitten 4 in der vorderen Platte 2 angeordnet sind, jedoch etwas grösser sind. Die Schrifttafeln 5 entsprechen in der Grösse den Ausschnitten 10 in der mittleren Platte 8 und werden in diese Ausschnitte 10 eingelegt. Ferner ist die mittlere Platte 8 mit Bohrungen 18 versehen, die deckungsgleich mit den Bohrungen 6 in der vorderen Platte 2 angeordnet sind, jedoch einen etwas geringeren Durchmesser besitzen.
Schliesslich ist eine hintere Platte 11 vorgesehen, die lösbar mit dem Verbund aus vorderer Platte 2 und mittlerer Platte 8 verbunden ist; diese Verbindung erfolgt mit Hilfe von Verbindungselementen, generell mit 12 bezeichnet, auf die im folgenden noch eingegangen wird. Die hintere Platte 11 ist mit keinerlei Ausschnitten versehen, mit Ausnahme von vier Bohrungen 19, die sich, bei zusammengesetztem Schild 1, mit den Bohrungen 6 in der vorderen Platte 2 und den Bohrungen 18 in der mittle ren Platte 8 decken; sie haben den gleichen Durchmesser wie die Bohrungen 18 in der mittleren Platte 8. Die Rückseite der hinteren Platte 11 kann ebenfalls eine aufgedruckte oder eingravierte Beschriftung 20 tragen.
Die Verbindungselemente 12 sind Druckknopf-artig ausgebildet und umfassen einen Aufnahmeteil 13 sowie einen zugeordneten Steckteil 14. Der Aufnahmeteil 13 besitzt einen vorderen Flansch 15, dessen Aussendurchmesser dem Durchmesser der Bohrung 6 in der vorderen Platte 2 und dessen Dicke der Dicke der vorderen Platte 2 entspricht. Dieser Flansch 15 wird also versenkt in der vorderen Platte 2 aufgenommen, wobei seine Stirnfläche mit der Oberfläche der Platte 2 fluchtet. An den Flansch 15 schliessen sich zwei koaxiale, zylindrische Mäntel 16 und 17 an, die gegen hinten abstehen. Der äussere Mantel 16 hat einen Durchmesser, der dem Durchmesser der Bohrungen 18 in der mittleren Platte 8 und 19 in der hinteren Platte 11 entspricht, und die Gesamthöhe der beiden Mäntel 16 und 17 entspricht etwa der Summe der Dicke der mittleren Platte 8 und der hinteren Platte 11 bzw. ist etwas geringer.
Somit kann der Aufnahmeteil 13 versenkt in den Verbund aus vorderer Platte 2 und mittlerer Platte 8 eingesetzt werden und ist gegen Verschiebung in Richtung zur rückwärtigen Platte 11 hin gesichert. Letztere wiederum kann formschlüssig auf den genannten Verbund aufgesetzt werden, indem ihre Bohrungen 19 die hervorstehenden Teile der äusseren Mäntel 16 umgreifen.
Zur lösbaren Fixierung der hinteren Platte 11 sind die Steckteile 14 vorgesehen. Sie besitzen einen Fortsatz 21 geringen Durchmessers, der form- und kraftschlüssig in den durch den inneren Mantel 17 des Aufnahmeteils 13 begrenzten Hohlraum aufgenommen wird, wenn der Steckteil 14 in den Aufnahmeteil 13 eingeführt ist. Der Flansch 22 des Steckteils 14 besitzt einen etwas grösseren Durchmesser als die Bohrungen 19 in der hinteren Platte, so dass diese durch Einstecken der Steckteile 14 festgehalten wird. Die periphere Kante 23 des Flansches 22 ist dabei etwas abgeschrägt, um ein Unterfassen des Flansches 22 und damit ein Entfernen der Steckteile zu erleichtern.
Wie schon erwähnt ist die vordere Platte 2 mit selbstklebenden Elementen 7 versehen. Diese sind zweckmässigerweise über den Bohrungen 6 angeordnet, die den Flansch 15 des Aufnahmeteils 13 aufnehmen, haben einen etwas grösseren Durchmesser als die Bohrungen 6 und sichern somit die Aufnahmeteile 13 gegen Herausfallen in Richtung nach vorne. Die selbstklebenden Elemente 7 sind doppelseitig klebend: Einerseits sind sie an der vorderen Platte 2 verankert und andererseits kann das gesamte Schild damit an der Hinterseite einer Glasscheibe, z.B. eines Schaufensters, einer Ladentüre oder dgl. befestigt werden.
Beim erstmaligen Gebrauch des erfindungsgemässen Schildes 1 wird, bevor das Schild montiert wird, die hintere Platte 11 durch Entfernen der vier Steckteile 14 abgenommen. Nun liegen die Ausschnitte 10 in der mittleren Platte 8 frei und die ent sprechenden Schrifttafeln 5 können eingesetzt werden. Dadurch, dass die Ausschnitte 4 in der vorderen Platte 2 etwas kleiner sind als die Ausschnitte 10, wird ein Herausfallen der Schrifttafeln 5 gegen vorne verhindert. Nach erfolgtem Bestücken des Schildes 1 mit den Schrifttafeln 5 wird die rückwärtige Platte 11 aufgesetzt und durch Einpressen der Steckteile 14 gesichert. Nun kann das Schild 1 an der Innenseite einer Ladentüre, eines Schaufensters oder dgl. befestigt werden, indem gegebenenfalls auf den Klebeelementen 7 vorhandenes Schutzpapier entfernt und das gesamte Schild an die Scheibe angedrückt wird.
Sollte es sich im Lauf der Zeit ergeben, dass die eine oder andere Schrifttafel ausgewechselt werden muss, im Beispielsfall infolge Einführung veränderter Ladenöffnungszeiten, braucht lediglich die hintere Platte 11 nach vorgängigem Entfernen der Steckteile 14 abgehoben zu werden, um Zugang zu den Schrifttafeln zu erhalten. Eine Demontage des Schildes 1 von der Fensterscheibe ist nicht erforderlich. Damit ist sichergestellt, dass stets ein gefälliges Erscheinungsbild des Schildes besteht, da die einzelnen Schrifttafeln klein und billig sind und bei Bedarf sofort und ohne Probleme gewechselt werden können.
Die Notwendigkeit, das gesamte Schild auszuwechseln, - eine meistens ziemlich kostspielige Angelegenheit -, fällt damit fort.
The present invention relates to a sign with interchangeable writing plates according to the preamble of claim 1, in particular to a sign which is to be fastened from the inside to a pane with its front side, the top side.
Such a shield is known from DE-OS 2 054 500. In those embodiments of the sign in which the writing plates can be exchanged at all, this process must be carried out by pushing them in from the side, which is a tedious undertaking. Especially in the case where there are a plurality of tablets and only one or the other is to be replaced, it is necessary to remove all or most of the tablets in order to e.g. replace only a single tablet. It is not possible to replace individual writing plates from the rear with the sign attached on the front.
Signs with exchangeable tablets are also known from DE-GM 7 010 930.7. With this construction, the writing plates must be inserted from the front; this means that the sign or frame for holding the writing boards is accessible from the front. This construction is not suitable for a sign that is attached to a glass pane on its front side.
The same applies to the construction according to DE-GM 8 127 900.0; here too the frame of the sign must be accessible from the front in order to replace individual writing plates.
A construction e.g. according to DE-PS 2 100 879 would in itself be suitable to allow the replacement of the writing from the rear; in practice, however, this is hardly possible since the tablets are held in the elastic frame by a clamping effect. Replacing the tablets without removing the frame-like body to hold the tablets from e.g. a disc is hardly possible without the help of a special tool.
The invention has for its object to provide a sign of the type mentioned, in which an exchange of the writing plates is possible at any time without the sign from the mounting surface, e.g. a disc to have to remove.
The problem is solved by the features listed in the characterizing part of claim 1. Further developments and special embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are characterized in the dependent claims 2 to 5.
In the following an embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In detail show:

The sign, generally designated 1, comprises a front plate 2, which can be provided with printed or engraved inscriptions 3. This plate 2, e.g. made of plastic or aluminum, has a plurality of rectangular cutouts 4 of certain sizes in the example, behind which tablets 5 are arranged. The openings 4 are somewhat smaller than the plates 5. In the example, the plate 1 has a rectangular shape; bores 6 are provided in the area of its four corners (FIGS. 5 and 6), which in the assembled shield 1 are covered by double-sided self-adhesive elements 7, e.g. to attach the sign behind a pane (not shown) (shop door, shop window pane or the like).
The shield 1 further comprises a central plate 8 which is fixedly connected to the front plate 2, e.g. by means of gluing points 9, which are expediently arranged distributed over the surface of the two plates 2 and 8. The middle plate 8 also has cutouts 10 which are congruent, i.e. are arranged congruently with the cutouts 4 in the front plate 2, but are somewhat larger. The letters 5 correspond in size to the cutouts 10 in the middle plate 8 and are inserted into these cutouts 10. Furthermore, the middle plate 8 is provided with holes 18, which are arranged congruently with the holes 6 in the front plate 2, but have a slightly smaller diameter.
Finally, a rear plate 11 is provided, which is releasably connected to the composite of front plate 2 and middle plate 8; this connection is made with the aid of connecting elements, generally designated 12, which will be discussed below. The rear plate 11 is not provided with any cutouts, with the exception of four holes 19 which, when the shield 1 is assembled, coincide with the holes 6 in the front plate 2 and the holes 18 in the middle plate 8; they have the same diameter as the holes 18 in the middle plate 8. The back of the rear plate 11 can also have a printed or engraved inscription 20.
The connecting elements 12 are designed like a push button and comprise a receiving part 13 and an associated plug-in part 14. The receiving part 13 has a front flange 15, the outer diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the bore 6 in the front plate 2 and the thickness of which corresponds to the thickness of the front plate 2 . This flange 15 is thus recessed in the front plate 2, its end face being flush with the surface of the plate 2. The flange 15 is followed by two coaxial, cylindrical jackets 16 and 17 which protrude towards the rear. The outer jacket 16 has a diameter which corresponds to the diameter of the bores 18 in the middle plate 8 and 19 in the rear plate 11, and the total height of the two jackets 16 and 17 corresponds approximately to the sum of the thickness of the middle plate 8 and the rear Plate 11 or is slightly lower.
Thus, the receiving part 13 can be inserted sunk into the composite of the front plate 2 and the middle plate 8 and is secured against displacement in the direction of the rear plate 11. The latter, in turn, can be placed in a form-fitting manner on the composite mentioned by its bores 19 engaging around the protruding parts of the outer shells 16.
The plug-in parts 14 are provided for releasably fixing the rear plate 11. They have an extension 21 of small diameter, which is received positively and non-positively in the cavity delimited by the inner jacket 17 of the receiving part 13 when the plug-in part 14 is inserted into the receiving part 13. The flange 22 of the plug-in part 14 has a somewhat larger diameter than the bores 19 in the rear plate, so that the latter is held in place by inserting the plug-in parts 14. The peripheral edge 23 of the flange 22 is slightly beveled in order to facilitate gripping the flange 22 and thus removing the plug-in parts.
As already mentioned, the front plate 2 is provided with self-adhesive elements 7. These are expediently arranged above the bores 6, which receive the flange 15 of the receiving part 13, have a somewhat larger diameter than the bores 6 and thus secure the receiving parts 13 against falling out in the forward direction. The self-adhesive elements 7 are double-sided adhesive: on the one hand they are anchored to the front plate 2 and on the other hand the entire sign can thus be attached to the rear of a glass pane, e.g. a shop window, a shop door or the like.
When the shield 1 according to the invention is used for the first time, the rear plate 11 is removed by removing the four plug-in parts 14 before the shield is mounted. Now the cutouts 10 are free in the middle plate 8 and the ent speaking tablets 5 can be used. The fact that the cutouts 4 in the front plate 2 are somewhat smaller than the cutouts 10 prevents the tablets 5 from falling out towards the front. After the sign 1 has been fitted with the plates 5, the rear plate 11 is placed on and secured by pressing in the plug-in parts 14. Now the sign 1 can be fastened to the inside of a shop door, a shop window or the like by removing any protective paper present on the adhesive elements 7 and pressing the entire sign onto the pane.
Should it become apparent in the course of time that one or the other of the writing plates has to be replaced, in the example due to the introduction of changed shop opening times, only the rear plate 11 needs to be lifted off after the plug parts 14 have been removed in order to gain access to the writing plates. It is not necessary to remove the shield 1 from the window pane. This ensures that the sign always has a pleasing appearance, since the individual writing plates are small and cheap and can be changed immediately and without problems if necessary.
This eliminates the need to replace the entire shield, which is usually a very costly affair.
