Fig. 2 den Baulaser gemäss Fig. 1 in Seitenansicht
The invention relates to a construction laser with a device for generating a laser beam, an energy source and a stand supporting the device.
In known construction lasers of this type, leveling is necessary before each use, either by hand using set screws and with the aid of vials or automatically by means of servomotors and controlled by electronic vials. The power supply for the construction laser in the form of a battery, for example, is separated from the device in order to keep the weight low.
The aim of the invention is to be able to dispense with leveling by hand or by motor, which is time-consuming each time, and thus also to save the cost of the leveling device, so that the construction laser is cheaper and easier to use. To achieve this goal, the construction laser has the features according to claim 1. With the application of the principle of the gravity pendulum using its own weight, an automatic leveling is achieved. In order to make optimum use of the principle of gravity, the relatively heavy battery is combined with the construction laser to form a unit in a preferred embodiment.
The principle of the gravity pendulum can be used both for a horizontally arranged device for generating a laser beam, a so-called directional laser, and for a vertically arranged device for generating a laser beam, with the latter device known as a rotating laser being a horizontal or vertical, visible or invisible one Laser beam is generated.
The various embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are described below purely by way of example using the drawings. Show it:
Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of the vertical section through a construction laser with a horizontally arranged directional laser suspended in a frame as a pendulum
Fig. 2 shows the construction laser according to Fig. 1 in side view
Fig. 3 shows a cantilevered and gimbal-mounted, vertically arranged rotating laser in a schematic representation
FIG. 4 shows an expanded head part of the rotary laser according to FIG. 3 for a vertically emerging laser beam.
A first embodiment of the construction laser according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has, as a directional laser, a horizontally arranged device 2 for generating a laser beam suspended in a frame 1 according to the principle of the gravity pendulum. This is attached to two holding brackets 3, which are held on an axis of rotation 4 mounted in the frame 1, which is arranged above the device 2 and extending transversely to the longitudinal axis thereof in the frame 1, so that the device 2 executes a pendulum movement relative to the frame 1 can. The frame 1 is attached to a tripod 5 in order to set up the construction laser at any location.
The device 2 for generating the laser beam is rigidly connected to a battery 6 arranged below for the energy supply, so that the center of gravity S of the pendulum consisting of the device 2 and the battery 6 lies at a greater distance below the axis of rotation 4 than the device 2 for generating of the laser beam. With a longer pendulum length, greater accuracy is achieved with regard to the automatic leveling of the directional laser.
The device 2 for generating the laser beam has an outer laser tube 7, in which an inner laser jacket 8 is arranged, which encloses the laser tube 9 and the optics 10. Through this optics 10, the laser beam 11 emerges to the right in FIG. 1. On the opposite side, a power supply part 12 is arranged in the outer laser tube 7 following the inner laser jacket 8. There is also a double adjustment device, namely an inner adjustment device 13 between the inner laser cladding 8 and the laser tube 9 for centering the laser tube, and also an outer adjustment device 14 between the outer laser tube 7 and the inner laser cladding to precisely match the laser beam Align connecting line between the axis of rotation 4 and the pendulum axis forming the center of gravity S.
A precisely horizontal laser beam emerges from the device 2, which is suspended on the principle of the gravity pendulum. By pivoting the outer laser tube 7, vertical marking can also be achieved with the laser beam. For this purpose, an additional adjustment device 15 is provided on the frame 1.
Another embodiment of the construction laser according to FIGS. 3 and 4 has a vertically arranged device 20 for generating a laser beam. The inside of this is of the same design as the device 2 for generating a laser beam shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, with the difference that a rotating head 21 arranged at the upper end contains a pentagon prism 22 which is rotated by a motor 23. In this rotating laser, the laser beam 24 deflected by the pentagon prism 22 emerges horizontally. The device 20 for generating the laser beam is gimbaled at the end of a horizontal support arm 25, so that the device can swing freely.
The cardanic suspension 26 consists of rings 27 and 28 which are concentric with one another and pins arranged crosswise opposite one another, of which the pins 29 connecting the inner ring 28 to the device 20 are shown in the plane of the drawing. In the drawing, not shown and extending perpendicular to the plane of the pin connect the inner ring 28 to the outer ring 27 according to the principle of gimbal suspension. The support arm 25 is releasably attached to a tripod 30. Below the vertically arranged device 20 for generating the laser beam, a rechargeable battery 31 is firmly connected to the device in order to increase the weight of the device suspended according to the principle of the gravity pendulum.
In order that the center of gravity S is as far as possible below the suspension, an elongated form of the device 20 for generating the laser beam is preferred.
In Fig. 4 of a modified embodiment of the construction laser, only the upper part for the deflection of the laser beam is shown. If the laser beam is to emerge and rotate vertically, a pair of pentagon prisms 34 and 35, which are arranged at a horizontal spacing from one another, are arranged in the head part 33 of the device 20 for generating a laser beam, for the purpose of redirecting the laser beam twice, of which the second pentagon prism 35 with a drive 36 communicates. Otherwise, this embodiment variant is of the same design as the construction laser according to FIG. 3.
