BESCHREIBUNG
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a device for pulling out trees according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
It is already known to pull trees out of the ground using the lifting mechanism provided on tractors.
For this purpose, a spike is attached to the ends of the lifting forks, which is inserted into the tree trunk by driving backwards and is used to grasp and lift the tree trunk near its stick.
This known procedure has the disadvantage that, on the one hand, the lifting mechanism on the tractor is very heavily stressed and when the stick or trunk is lifted, the entire counterforce must be taken over by the wheel axle of the tractor. Another disadvantage is that the support surface is formed by the tires of the tractor and is therefore elastically flexible both vertically and laterally.
The invention seeks to remedy this.
The invention, as characterized in the claims, solves the problem of creating a device with which trees and their roots can be lifted from the ground without a pit having to be excavated beforehand or the roots having to be cut through.
Surprisingly, with the device according to the invention, the tree trunks and their roots, i.e.
together with the stick to pull out of the ground. The essentially vertical pulling direction prevents a part of the roots from being bent, broken, left behind and later having to be dug out by hand. Furthermore, the entire earth adhering to the stalk can be shaken off by the shaking movement during and / or after the pulling out. This falls directly into the remaining hole. If the device is shaken while the stalk is being torn out, the tearing out can be done much more quickly and with less force by loosening the root system. The support of the device on a flat, large platform prevents the cultivated land lying to the side of the tree to be traveled from being damaged.
The invention is explained in more detail with the aid of an illustrated embodiment. Show it:
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the device when gripping the tree,
Figure 2 is a side view of the device when gripping the tree and
Figure 3 is a side view after pulling out the tree.
The device 1 for pulling out trees as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 consists of a platform 3 which, when the device 1 is in operation, comes to rest on the ground 5 and carries the gripper forks 7. On the platform 3, a support 9 and two guides 11 are attached at the rear. On the support 9, a yoke 13 is pivotally attached about a horizontal axis A. The yoke 13 is held against lateral deflection by the guides 11 and carries the two gripper forks 7 on the pivot axis A at the opposite end thereof, one of which is arranged to be pivotable about a vertical axis D relative to the second fixed gripper fork by means of a hydraulic cylinder 15. The two gripper forks 7 and the hydraulic cylinder 15 are fastened to a strong intermediate support 17 which extends transversely to the yoke 13.
The two ends of the gripper forks 7 can have teeth 19 on the mutually facing sides.
On the platform 3, a further hydraulic cylinder 21 is pivotally attached and its second end is articulated on the underside of the yoke 13 on a tab 23.
A stand 25 is also attached to the platform 3, in which an eccentric bearing 27 is inserted, which is connected to a PTO shaft 29.
A pipe 31, which runs essentially parallel to the platform 3 and which has a pin 33 at each end, is welded to the two-part support 9. A shaft 35 is inserted over the axis A at the upper end of the support 9. The two hydraulic cylinders 15 and 19 are connected to a valve 37, which in turn is connected to the oil hydraulics of the tractor 39, of which only the hint of the rear part of the drive wheels and the two fork arms 41 pivotable in a vertical plane and the pull rod 44 are shown . The two fork arms 41, which are fastened to the tube 31 with the pins 33, and the pull rod 44, which engages the shaft 35, carry the device 1 and constitute the connection to the tractor 39. The PTO shaft 29 is connected to the PTO shaft output 43 ( only indicated) of the tractor 39.
The hose 45 connects the valve 37 to the coupling 47 of the oil hydraulics on the tractor 39.
In addition to the components of the device 1, a tree trunk 49 is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, which is still firmly connected to the ground 5 in FIG. 1 and has already been torn out by the device 1 in FIG.
The mode of operation of the device is described in detail below. The operator lowers the device 1 suspended on the fork arms 41 and the pull rod 44 until the platform 3 touches the floor 5 approximately or completely. Then it drives backwards with open gripper forks 7 and encompasses the tree trunk 49 about 5 to 15 cm above the grown soil 5. Subsequently, the hydraulic system is pressurized by the hose 45, which is connected to the oil hydraulics of the tractor 39. As a result, the gripper forks 7 close and hold the tree trunk 49 firmly in place. As soon as, for example, a pressure of 40 bar is exceeded in the hydraulic system of the device 1, the passage to the hydraulic cylinder 21 opens in the valve 37, as a result of which the latter raises the yoke 13.
When lifting, the tree trunk 49 together with its roots 51 can be lifted out of the soil 5 with a force of several thousand kilograms. The counterforce that occurs when tree trunk 49 is torn out is supported by platform 3 directly and over a large area from soil 5. Only slight forces act on the tractor 39 if the device 1 has been completely set down on the ground 5 prior to being torn out.
To facilitate the pull-out process, the device 1 can additionally be shaken with the PTO drive, which is completely independent of the oil hydraulics, via the eccentric bearing 27 on the stand 25. The shaking movements not only serve to facilitate the removal of the entire root stokke of the trunk 49, but after it has been lifted off, the humus residues located between the roots 51 are essentially shaken off completely.
Once the trunk 49 together with the roots 51 has been torn out and there is no longer a connection to the ground 5, the entire lifting device 1 together with the trunk 49 can be moved by at least 1 to 11 with the automatic lifting device present on the tractor 39 by means of the fork arms 41 and the pull rod 44. 2 meters raised and the torn out trunk 49 can be loaded directly onto a trolley for removal.
The fork arms 41 and the device 1 connected to them are lifted by moving the control lever for the hydraulics to the zero position on the tractor 39.
On the one hand, this maintains the pressure built up in the device for holding the stem 49 and lifting the yoke 13. In addition, the fork arms 41 and with these the device 1 are raised.
