BESCHREIBUNG
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine WC-Schüssel mit einer Spüleinrichtung. Es sind WC-Schüsseln mit Spüleinrichtungen bekannt, bei denen die Mittel der automatisch betätigbaren Spüleinrichtung, die im wesentlichen ein Magnetventil und ein Steuergerät umfassen, ausserhalb der WC-Schüssel montiert werden.
Das Schweizer Patent 657 404 offenbart zum Beispiel eine solche Einrichtung.
Die Installation dieser bekannten Ausführungen ist aufwendig, da die verschiedenen Komponenten, wie WC-Schüssel, Magnetventil, Steuergerät und elektrischer Schalter an verschiedenen Orten montiert und miteinander verbunden werden müssen, nebst dem Anschluss für das Druckwasser, einem Netzanschluss und einem Ablaufrohr. Demzufolge ist die Möglichkeit eines Installations- oder Montagefehlers gross.
Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine WC Schüssel mit einer automatisch betätigbaren Spüleinrichtung zu schaffen, bei der Installations- und Montagefehler auf ein Minimum reduziert werden, wo keine zusätzlichen Verbindungsinstallationen notwendig sind und die als geprüfte Einheit geliefert und installiert werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit den im kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruches 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen gelöst.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen beispielsweise näher erläutert. Es zeigen

In den Figuren ist ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen WC-Schüssel dargestellt. In einer WC-Schüssel 1 sind Mittel 2 einer automatisch betätigbaren Spüleinrichtung in einen dazu geschaffenen Hohlraum 3 eingebaut. Die Mittel 2 umfassen im wesentlichen ein Ventil 2a, ein Steuergerät 2b und einen Schalterblock 2c. Das Ventil 2a ist mit nicht näher bezeichneten Elementen auf seiner Eingangsseite über einen Sicherheitshahn 10 mit dem Druckwasseranschluss der Wasserzuführungsleitung verbunden und mündet auf der Ausgangsseite mit ebenfalls nicht näher bezeichneten Elementen in die WC-Schüssel. Das Ventil 2a, das in dem gezeigten Beispiel als Magnetventil ausgeführt ist, kann durch das Steuergerät 2b erregt werden und löst dadurch nicht näher beschriebene, durch das Steuergerät überwachte Spülvorgänge aus.
Die Impulse zum Erregen des Magnetventiles erhält das Steuergerät 2b entweder von nicht dargestellten Sensoren, die in bekannter Art im Siphon der WC-Schüssel eingebaut sind oder durch Betätigen eines Kontaktes des Schalterblockes 2c. Das Steuergerät 2b ist zu seiner Energieversorgung über ein nicht näher bezeichnetes Kabel mit dem Schalterblock 2c und mit einer Steckdose eines Stromanschlusses verbunden. Im Schalterblock 2c kann mit einem weiteren Kontakt das Steuergerät ausgeschaltet werden.
Zur einfacheren Befestigung der Mittel 2 ist der Hohlraum 3 in den Fig. 4, 5 und 6 mit einer Trennwand 6 ausgerüstet, an der das Steuergerät 2b, z.B. mittels Schrauben oder Klammern, befestigbar ist. Der Schalterblock 2c kann zum Beispiel mit Stützen 11 an der Rückwand der WC Schüssel 1 montiert werden. Die Fixierung des Magnetventiles 2a erfolgt mit einer Muffe 12 auf der Ausgangsseite des Sicherheitshahns 10, der mit dem Druckwasseranschluss verschraubt ist.
Die Mittel 2 im Hohlraum 3 müssen vor Spritzwasser geschützt werden. In einer ersten Ausführungsform wird dazu der Hohlraum 3 mittels eines äusseren Deckels 4 und einer Dichtung 5 verschlossen, wobei die Befestigung des äusseren Deckels nicht näher dargestellt ist. Eine zweite Ausführungsform sieht vor, dass die Mittel 2 selbst, z.B. durch Vergiessen, spritzwasserdicht ausgeführt werden, so dass auf die Dichtung 5 des äusseren Deckels 4 verzichtet werden kann.
In einer dritten Ausführungsform werden die Mittel 2 durch einen inneren Deckel, dessen Befestigung ebenfalls nicht dargestellt ist, abgedeckt und der Hohlraum 3 mit dem äusseren Deckel 4 ebenfalls ohne Dichtung 5 verschlossen.
Fig. 3 zeigt ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel, bei dem die Mittel 2 der automatisch betätigbaren Spüleinrichtung nicht im gleichen Hohlraum untergebracht sind. Das Ventil 2a befindet sich, wie vorgängig beschrieben, im geschaffenen Hohlraum 3, wogegen das Steuergerät 2b, mit oder ohne Schalterblock 2c, in einem vorhandenen, von unten zugänglichen Raum 8 in nicht näher dargestellter Weise, z.B. am Siphon 9 befestigt ist.
Dadurch, dass sämtliche Mittel 2 in der WC-Schüssel 1 integriert sind, wird durch diese Erfindung nebst der einfachen Montage ohne zusätzliches Installationsmaterial der weitere wesentliche Vorteil erreicht, dass die WC-Schüssel mit der automatisch betätigbaren Spüleinrichtung als ganze Funktionseinheit beim Hersteller ausgeprüftwerden kann.
Sehr vorteilhaft wäre ein Schalterblock 2c, dessen Kontakte, obwohl von aussen nicht sichtbar, gleichwohl von aussen steuerbar wären.
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a toilet bowl with a flushing device. Toilet bowls with flushing devices are known in which the means of the automatically actuated flushing device, which essentially comprise a solenoid valve and a control unit, are mounted outside the toilet bowl.
Swiss patent 657 404, for example, discloses such a device.
The installation of these known designs is complex since the various components, such as the toilet bowl, solenoid valve, control unit and electrical switch, have to be installed and connected to one another at different locations, in addition to the connection for the pressurized water, a mains connection and a drain pipe. As a result, there is a large possibility of an installation or assembly error.
It is the object of the present invention to provide a toilet bowl with an automatically actuated flushing device in which installation and assembly errors are reduced to a minimum, where no additional connection installations are necessary and which can be delivered and installed as a tested unit.
This object is achieved with the features listed in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

In the figures, a preferred embodiment of the toilet bowl according to the invention is shown. In a toilet bowl 1 means 2 of an automatically actuated flushing device are installed in a cavity 3 created for this purpose. The means 2 essentially comprise a valve 2a, a control unit 2b and a switch block 2c. The valve 2a is connected to elements on its input side via a safety tap 10 on its input side, to the pressurized water connection of the water supply line, and on the output side it opens into the toilet bowl with elements, also not specified. The valve 2a, which is designed as a solenoid valve in the example shown, can be excited by the control unit 2b and thereby triggers rinsing processes which are not described in more detail and are monitored by the control unit.
The control unit 2b receives the impulses for energizing the solenoid valve either from sensors, not shown, which are installed in a known manner in the siphon of the toilet bowl, or by actuating a contact of the switch block 2c. The control unit 2b is connected to the switch block 2c and to a socket of a power connection for its energy supply via a cable, not specified. The control unit can be switched off with another contact in switch block 2c.
For easier fastening of the means 2, the cavity 3 in FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 is equipped with a partition 6 on which the control unit 2b, e.g. can be fastened by means of screws or clips. The switch block 2c can be mounted, for example, with supports 11 on the rear wall of the toilet bowl 1. The solenoid valve 2a is fixed with a sleeve 12 on the outlet side of the safety tap 10, which is screwed to the pressurized water connection.
The means 2 in the cavity 3 must be protected from splash water. In a first embodiment, the cavity 3 is closed by means of an outer cover 4 and a seal 5, the fastening of the outer cover not being shown in detail. A second embodiment provides that the means 2 themselves, e.g. by potting, splash-proof, so that the seal 5 of the outer cover 4 can be dispensed with.
In a third embodiment, the means 2 are covered by an inner cover, the fastening of which is also not shown, and the cavity 3 is also closed with the outer cover 4 without a seal 5.
Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment in which the means 2 of the automatically actuated flushing device are not housed in the same cavity. The valve 2a is, as described above, in the created cavity 3, whereas the control unit 2b, with or without switch block 2c, in an existing space 8 accessible from below in a manner not shown, e.g. is attached to the siphon 9.
Because all the means 2 are integrated in the toilet bowl 1, this invention, in addition to the simple assembly without additional installation material, has the further essential advantage that the toilet bowl can be tested as a complete functional unit by the manufacturer with the automatically actuated flushing device.
A switch block 2c would be very advantageous, the contacts of which, although not visible from the outside, could nevertheless be controlled from the outside.
