BESCHREIBUNG

;
Figur 4 einen Schnitt durch eine zweite Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Haltevorrichtung, wobei auf der einen Seite der Trägerschiene eine Verkleidungsplatte eingesetzt ist und die andere Seite der Trägerschiene zur Aufnahme von Verkleidungsplatten vorbereitet ist;
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a holding device on a facade or interior cladding of a wall or an interior or exterior cladding of a ceiling according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such holding devices are known and described in the patents CH-PS 598 438 and CH-PS 659 679. Small-sized and thin-walled cladding panels up to a size of 60 x 30 cm and up to a thickness of 5 mm are preferably mounted with a holding device according to the second-mentioned patent. The small format plates are hooked into hooks to be attached and overlap each other.
With medium and large format, thick-walled cladding panels, an overlap is not aesthetic. Such plates are butted together flat and riveted according to the first-mentioned patent specification on underlying rails. This riveting of the panels on the construction site is expensive and complex, since the holes in the panels and in the profile rails for receiving the rivets match and therefore the panels must be drilled together with the profile rails.
Recently, ceramic-like thick-walled cladding panels have appeared on the market that cannot be drilled and must not be riveted.
It is an object of the present invention to facilitate and accelerate the assembly of medium-sized and large-format, thick-walled cladding panels and, in particular, to create a holding device which also allows the assembly of cladding panels made of ceramic-like, brittle materials.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to drawings, for example. Show it:

Figure 2 is a plan view of the holding device according to Figure 1; FIG. 3 shows an enlarged section through a holding means designed as a snap device for a holding device according to FIGS. 1 and 2;
;
FIG. 4 shows a section through a second embodiment of the holding device according to the invention, a cladding panel being inserted on one side of the carrier rail and the other side of the carrier rail being prepared for receiving cladding panels;
Figure 5 is a view of the holding device of Figure 4 and
6 shows a perspective view of a holding means for clamping and holding cladding panels for a holding device according to FIGS. 4 and 5.
In Figures 1, 2 and 4, 5, a holding device is shown, which is intended for facade or interior cladding of walls and interior and exterior cladding of ceilings.
Such claddings are arranged at a distance from the supporting wall or ceiling, e.g. compensate for the unevenness of the wall or ceiling. Furthermore, the corresponding cavity between the wall and the cladding panel can be partially filled with insulation material, but in such a way that there is a rear ventilation directly behind the panels.
This means that a pleasant climate can be achieved inside the building and heating costs can be reduced. Such claddings also appear aesthetically clean and are practically maintenance-free.
A first embodiment of the holding device according to the invention is described in FIGS. 1 to 3.
It comprises a threaded rod 2 made of chrome steel, which is at an angle to the load-bearing wall 1. One end 3 of the threaded rod 2 has a left-hand thread and the other end 4 has a right-hand thread. One end 3 of the threaded rod 2 is screwed into a threaded opening in the sprue of a bracket 5. The console 5 is attached to the supporting wall 1 in a manner not described in detail. At the other end 4 of the threaded rod 2, a lock nut 6 and a slide nut 7 are screwed on. The central part 9 of a support rail 8 is clamped between the lock nut 6 and the slide nut 7, which support rail runs perpendicular to the threaded rod 2 and essentially parallel to the supporting wall 1.
The carrier rail 8, which is made as a profile rail from an aluminum alloy, has two substantially U-shaped parts 10 and 11 adjacent to its central part 9. In this U-shaped parts 10 and 11, compression springs 12 and holding means 13 are arranged. The mode of operation of the holding means 13, which in this embodiment comprise a snap device, is described in more detail below. The L-shaped parts 16 of the snap device are connected at intervals A, which essentially correspond to the height of a cladding panel 15, to the U-shaped parts 10 and 11 of the support rail 8, a preferred type of such connection being that from the mounting side of the cladding panels can be done, is described further below.
Immediately before and after each L-shaped first part 16 of the snap device, compression springs 12 are pressed and held in place in the U-shaped parts 10 and 11 of the carrier rail 8 from the mounting side of the cladding panels.
To independently hold the compression springs 12, which are made as truncated cone springs from a non-rusting material, a groove 18 and an undercut 19 each are present in the U-shaped parts 10 and 11 of the guide rail 8. The outer diameter of the lowest spring ring of the compression spring 12 is made slightly larger than the clear width of the U-shaped parts 10 and 11. By pushing the printing leather 12 into one of the U-shaped parts 10 and 11, the lower spring ring deforms slightly to snap into the groove 18 and the undercut 19 in the base of the U-shaped part 10 or 11.
The lowermost spring ring again approximates its original shape and thereby braces the compression spring 12 with the U-shaped part 10 or 11 of the carrier rail 8.
The cladding plate 15 is pressed against the compression spring 12 and presses it together. A T-shaped second part 20 of the snap device with arms 14 can be connected to the L-shaped first part 16 of the snap device by snapping it into place. When the cover plate 15 is released, the counterpressure P of the compression spring 12 causes the two parts 16 and 20 of the snap device to be firmly anchored, as is described in detail further below. The cladding plate 15 is clamped and held between the compressed compression spring 12 and the arm 14 of the T-shaped second part 20 of the snap device.
In practice, the cladding panels 15 are assembled in such a way that the bracket 14 clamps and holds the panel panel 15 that has just been assembled, as described above, and on the other hand forms a guide for the next cladding panel to be assembled, which is also inserted, depressed and after that as described above Attaching further T-shaped parts 20 is held with arms 14 of the snap device. In this way, step-by-step attachment of cladding panels to a wall or ceiling from bottom to top or from one side to the other is rationally possible.
The snap device forming the holding means 13 and its mode of operation is explained in more detail in FIG. 3. The snap device comprises an L-shaped first part 16, one leg 21 of which is firmly connected to the U-shaped part 10 or 11 of the carrier rail 8. The connection is preferably made from the mounting side of the cladding panels 15 with a rustproof, self-drilling and thread-cutting screw 17, which passes through the bore 22 of the L-shaped first part 16 and drills a hole in the U-shaped part 10 or 11 of the carrier rail 8 by turning and then cuts a thread and thus firmly connects the L-shaped part 16 of the snap device to the carrier rail 8. The other leg 23 has two arms 24 of unequal length with barbs 25.
A T-shaped second part 20 of the snap device has a central leg 26 and a cross member designed as a boom 14 for clamping and holding the United clothing plate 15 with the compression spring 12. The central leg 26 of this T-shaped second part 20 of the snap device also has two barbed 28 provided unequal long arms 27. The arms 24 and 27 with the barbs 25 and 28 of the two parts 16 and 20 of the snap device are designed so that the barbs 25 and 28 of the two parts 16 and 20 snap into place when they are joined together.
The spring 12 compressed by the cladding plate 15 generates a spring force P which acts on the arm 14 of the T-shaped second part 20 of the snap device and which is opposite to the snap device. As a result, the barbs 25 and 28 of the parts 16 and 20 of the snap device are anchored. For good guidance when joining the two parts 16 and 20 of the snap device, the arms 24 and 27 each have a beveled surface 29. The two parts 16 and 20 of the snap device are purchased as sections of profile rails, which are preferably produced on an aluminum alloy, at extremely low cost.
A second embodiment of the device according to the invention is described below with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6.
Care has been taken to ensure that the reference numerals are the same in terms of shape and / or function of the parts of the two embodiment variants.
This second embodiment differs from the first essentially only by the design of the holding means 13 and the type of connection of these holding means with the carrier rail 8. In the U-shaped parts 10, 11 of the carrier rail 8 are at intervals A, which are essentially correspond to the height of a cladding panel 15, T-shaped cutouts 50 for holding the holding means 13 are present. Each of these T-shaped cutouts 50 has a first partial cutout 51 which runs essentially transversely to the direction of the support rail 8 and a second partial cutout 52 which runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the support rail 8. The T-shaped cutouts 50 are advantageously punched into the two U-shaped parts 10 and 11 before the mounting rail 8 is mounted.
In this embodiment, the holding means 13 are formed from a substantially double-T-shaped part. The central leg 55 comprises at its one end 56 a first cross part 57 which has the extension arms 14 for clamping and holding the trim panels 15 in place. At a distance B from the first cross part 57, a second cross part 58 is arranged on the central leg 55. The second cross part 58 serves as Guiding of the holding means 13 in the U-shaped parts 10, 11 of the carrier rail 8. The central leg 55 of the holding means 13 extends with its other end 59 beyond the second transverse part 58. Subsequent to the side of the second cross member 58 facing away from the first cross member 57, two rectangular notches 60 are attached to the other end 59 of the central web 55.
The other end 59 of the central web 55 is designed such that the holding means 13 can be inserted with this other end 59 into the first partial cutout 51 of a T-shaped cutout 50 in the U-shaped parts 10, 11 of the carrier rail 8 and in the longitudinal direction of the rail is displaceable, the Ausklin kung 60 in the walls along the second partial section 52 of the T-shaped cutout 50 in the support rail 8 can be brought into engagement. To make it easier to insert the other end 59 of the central web 55 of the double-T-shaped part into the first cutout 51 of the T-shaped cutout 50, the end 59 has bevelled surfaces 61, 62.
Due to the opposing force P emanating from the compressed compression spring 12, on the one hand the cladding plate 15 becomes between the boom
14 of the first transverse part 57 of the holding means 13 and the pressure tether 12 are clamped and held in place and, on the other hand, the counterforce P ensures that the holding means 13 is also held in the U-shaped part 10, 11 of the carrier rail 8 in the engagement position described above. In this embodiment variant, too, the holding means 13 are preferably produced as sections of profiled rails, the other end 59 being formed by the notches 60 and the bevelling of the surfaces 61 after the individual pieces have been cut off.
With both described variants of the holding devices, it is possible to rationally mount cladding panels 15. In the event of deviations in the dimensional accuracy of the cladding panels in their height of less than approximately 2 mm, the variant described first is used, otherwise the second embodiment is preferred.
