BESCHREIBUNG
Steg 6 also 8 cm beträgt.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a device for leveling outdoor floors. If level squares are to be produced, bulldozers are used. Other devices are known for finish leveling. However, if the field has been turfed over the years, bumps on the football field or the playing fields can arise again. A device is now to be created with which a leveling effect can also be constantly achieved in the usual treatment for the care of the lawn. In the usual, known treatment of a lawn, sand, lava or so-called top dressing substrate is drawn into the lawn hub after the spreading. To achieve this, a trawl has been used up to now. The freely movable net links adapt smoothly to the ground.
It is clearly understandable that with such a trawl no leveling effect on the lawn can be achieved.
The device according to the invention is characterized in that it is designed as a trailing grate, with several individual grate panels lying one behind the other in the trailing direction, which are connected to one another in the longitudinal direction of the trailing grate in the trailing direction by, when the stresses occur, as rigidly acting side rails.
Due to the side profile rails, the drag grate composed of several grate panels is torsion-free, so that it is pulled over bumps after repeated repairs
Treatment, i.e. gradually disappearing and thus leveling the treated lawn.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown. Show it:
1 shows a drag grate in plan view,
Figure 2 shows a section along the line II-II and
FIG. 3 shows an enlarged part A according to FIG. 1.
The drag grate shown in FIG. 1 has three individual grate panels 1-3, which lie one behind the other in the drag direction B.
These three grate panels are connected to each other by means of rails 4 and 5. The rails 4 and 5 are on the side
Rust in its longitudinal direction, which runs in the tow direction B.
Each profile rail 4, 5 is designed as a U-rail, the web 6 of which is parallel to the drag grate level. In one embodiment, a U-8 was used for the profile rail, the
Bridge 6 is 8 cm. In this embodiment, the total width of the towing grate was 1.8 m and the length of the towing grate was 2.4 m. In this case, the individual grate panels 1-3 were adjacent to one another in the towing direction, as can be seen from FIG. 1. Then there is only a very small distance between adjacent grate panels, e.g. an inch.
With such a drag grate size of 1.8 x 2.4 m, only such forces occur on the drag grate when towing over a lawn that the profile rails 4 and 5 act as practically rigid beams; this creates a non-disappearing, i.e. stiff, trailing grate. The drag grate therefore has only one profile rail 4 or 5 on each long side.
Each of the grate panels 1, 2 and 3 is of the same design. Each of the grate panels consists of longitudinal bars 7 and cross bars 8 and an outer frame 9. In one embodiment, the longitudinal bars consisted of flat iron 2 x 10 mm. The cross bars 8 consisted of flat iron 2 x 20 mm and the frame 9 consisted of flat iron 7 x 20 mm. These rods 7, 8 and the longitudinal spars and transverse spars of the frame 9 are welded together at the adjacent locations. In one embodiment, the longitudinal bars 7 and cross bars 8 formed a mesh size of 5 cm; So this is the distance between adjacent longitudinal bars 7 from each other and also the distance between adjacent cross bars 8 from each other.
It can be seen from FIG. 2 that the lower surfaces of the longitudinal rods 7 lie higher than the lower surfaces of the transverse rods 8, for the transverse rods 8, but not the longitudinal rods 7, to rest on the floor to be leveled. If the drag grate is pulled in the drag direction B, then only with the cross bars 8 can a leveling effect be exerted on the ground. Therefore, the trailing grate is only on the ground with these cross bars 8. Clogging of the grate meshes is counteracted by moving the longitudinal rods 7 upward.
In addition, the material that was mentioned at the beginning and is to be drawn into the lawn hub can move freely along the cross bars 8 due to the fact that the longitudinal bars 7 are at a distance from the floor, so that a large leveling effect is achieved by doing this at one point too much existing material in the ground can be brought as easily as possible to places where it has too little material. A build-up of material on the drag grate can also be counteracted in detail if the two ends of the profile rails 4 and 5 and the four corners of the parts 1-3 are chamfered.
Pins 10, which are welded to the longitudinal and transverse bars 7 and 8, are used to fasten the individual grate sheets 1, 2 and 3 to the two profiled rails 4 and 5. These pins 10 are therefore at right angles to the level of the grate sheets. The rails 4 and 5 are provided with fitting holes 11 through which the pins 10 protrude. The pins 10 are provided with through holes 12, in each of which a split pin 13 is fastened. This engages behind the profile rail, so that the grate panels 1, 2 and 3 are connected to the profile rails 4 and 5 in this way.
The drag grate can be assembled in a different way, not shown, from the three grate panels 1, 2 and 3 and other, longer profile rails so that a distance of z. B. 40 cm is available. Such a drag grate then has a length of 3.2 m.
This longer drag grate would be used if the lawn to be leveled has elongated unevenness, that is if the unevenness extends over a relatively large length per unit length. The shorter length of the trailing grate shown in FIG. 1 would be used if the unevenness would only extend over a short length per unit length.
It has been shown in practice that in the usual, known treatment of a lawn (soccer fields, playing fields) for pulling in the above-mentioned materials into the lawn hub with the inventive slatted bed, constant leveling of the soccer field or the playing field is additionally achieved.
The sanding of the lawn with the aerating plugs can be mixed with the drag grate to the desired sand-soil mixture. Due to the leveling effect of the drag grate, disturbing unevenness e.g. compensated by lowering the drainage. The work of the trailing grate is most effective after sanding or aerating, after perforating seeds and after total regeneration.
