BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 2 eine schematische Darstellung eines weiteren Ausführungsbeispiels.
DESCRIPTION
Many people suffer from headache, migraines, acute rheumatism pain, circulatory disorders and other complaints when there is a blow dryer. It has been found that these complaints are caused by small fluctuations in air pressure with an amplitude of about 75 li bar and a period of 10-30 minutes. These pressure fluctuations arise in the inversion that often occurs in foehn weather conditions, in that a warm, ie specifically light, air stream sweeps over a relatively calm, specifically heavier cold air mass. Waves are formed in the boundary layer analogous to the wind waves on the water, which result in the pressure fluctuations. These pressure fluctuations normally penetrate all rooms in a building.
The invention has for its object to provide a method and a device for controlling a room climate, which significantly reduces or eliminates the occurrence of hair dryer complaints. This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claims 1 and 4.
The invention thus makes use of the above knowledge that the hair dryer complaints are mainly due to short-period pressure fluctuations. It provides a remedy by regulating the pressure in the room to an average value, which tracks the outside pressure with a delay. This tracking compensates for slow, barometric pressure changes.
Experiments with the method and the device according to the invention on persons who otherwise suffered severely from blow-drying complaints have shown that these complaints can be completely avoided.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained below with reference to the drawing. It shows:
Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of a first embodiment, and
Fig. 2 is a schematic representation of another embodiment.
To carry out the inventive method, the room 11, z. B. a living room or an office, be sealed relatively well against the outside atmosphere. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, it has a supply air duct 15 with a fan 1. The supply air conveyed by the fan 1 escapes through leaks in the room 11, represented schematically by a fixed flow resistance 10. The one input 16 of a differential pressure sensor 6 is connected to the room 11 . The other input 17 is connected to the outside atmosphere via a reference pressure vessel 8 and a throttle 9. The time constant of the delay element formed by vessel 8 and throttle 9 is approximately 24 minutes. The output of the differential pressure sensor 6 forms the input 61 of a controller 60 which controls a servomotor 5 for a throttle valve 2 in the supply air duct 15.
The controller 60 contains a summing amplifier 63, one input of which is the controller input 61. The second input is a setpoint entered by a potentiometer 62. The third input is the feedback 68 of the position of the output shaft 51 of the servomotor 5 measured via a potentiometer 12. The output of the summing amplifier 63 is fed via a window discriminator 64 to an output stage 66 which controls the servomotor 5 via the controller output 67 and limit switch 4. In order to obtain an optimal control characteristic, i. H. linear dependence of the overpressure in space 11 on the angular position of the shaft 51, this angular position is transferred via a cam 3 to the position of the flap 2.
In the operation of the devices shown, a slight excess pressure of a few hundred y bar relative to the atmosphere is maintained in room 11. Short-period fluctuations in the atmospheric pressure do not influence the pressure in the reference vessel 8, so that the pressure changes propagated in the space 11 lead to a corresponding deflection of the flap 2 and therefore to a change in the air supply quantity in the space 11, which counteracts these pressure changes. The short-period fluctuations in pressure in room 11 are therefore significantly less than outside of room 11. The pressure in vessel 8 adjusts to the outside pressure over longer periods in the range of hours, so that the inside pressure in the room follows the mean value of the outside pressure with a delay.
Because no large pressure differences can arise, no complex room construction is required.
In Fig. List the actuator 2 of the control device in the supply air duct 15 is arranged. It can, of course, just as well also be arranged in an exhaust air duct, only the direction of adjustment having to be reversed and the space 11 being kept under a slight negative pressure.
In rooms which have both an air supply duct 15 and an air discharge duct 15 ', as is shown, for example, in the embodiment according to FIG. 1, both the supply and the discharge of the air can be regulated. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, instead of the flap 2 according to FIG. 1, controllable fans 21, 22 are provided. The fans 21, 22 can have, for example, adjustable rotor blades or guide vanes or an adjustable speed.
In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the pressure sensor 6 is an absolute pressure sensor, the input 16 in turn connected to the room 11 and the output of which is fed to a sum amplifier 71 of the controller 70. The output of the summing amplifier 71 is integrated with an integrator 72 and fed to a second, negative input of the amplifier 71. The output of the integrator thus forms the long-term mean value of the output of the pressure transmitter 6, so that only short-period fluctuations in the room pressure via power amplifiers 74, 75 and the controller outputs 76, 77 influence the fans 21, 22 acting as actuators.
The actual values of the fan control variables are applied to the power amplifiers 74, 75 via feedback circuits 78, 79. The average output of the fans 21, 22 can also be set via potentiometer 73. The mean pressure in the space 11 can be set above, below or equal to the mean atmospheric pressure by means of the potentiometers 73.
In both embodiments, a uniform, substantial barometric pressure change of z. B. over 1 60ei bar per hour over a long period of time, as can occur in extreme weather changes, a migration of the actuators against the one stop, so that the control becomes ineffective. This can be avoided by adjusting the potentiometers 62, 73. However, this compensation can also be automated by z. B. in the embodiment of FIG. 2, the first integrator 72 is followed by a second integrator, the output of which is additionally connected to the summing amplifier 71.
