DESCRIPTION
la figure 1 illustre schématiquement le procédé selon lequel la machine à tisser entière, sur laquelle un échange d'article doit être effectué, est transportée hors de l'atelier de tissage ou emplacement de tissage;
la figure 2 reproduit une section selon la ligne II-II de la figure 1;
les figures 3 et 4 reproduisent deux modes d'exécution pour la fixation des métiers sur le sol dans l'atelier de tissage;
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a process for the exchange of an article in a weaving workshop, and it also relates to the devices for carrying out this process, more particularly a working method and a device for replacing, relatively simply and advantageously, a beam emptied of its material by another beam with a new weaving material.
There are two possibilities when replacing the beam. The first possibility is that the loom will continue to weave the same kind of fabric. The second possibility is that the loom will continue to work with a brand new fabric or material on the same weaving machine, while both the weaving material and the weave and the passage through the frames and the blade may be different. .
In the first case, all the warp threads are cut at a place between the weaving frames and the beam, and all the threads of a warp assembled again are knotted to the threads of the warp which has just been woven, by means of a machine known as a knotting machine. According to a known working method, this generally takes place in a weaving room or in a weaving space where the looms are installed. It is obvious that the workers having to execute the exchange of article are inconvenienced by the noise of other machines in operation and also by the dusty environment. In addition, the presence of workers and knotting machines, rather bulky, constitute an obstacle for the weavers constantly circulating between the looms and having to handle and keep the other looms in working order.
In the second case, the exchange of an article on a loom is an even more complicated operation, because all the threads of the new warp must be passed from an appropriate machine through the weaving frames and the blade. It is obvious that manipulation of such complexity will further accentuate the aforementioned drawbacks.
The two working methods mentioned above demonstrate, in addition, the drawback which occurs when knotting a new warp in the weaving room or in the weaving workshop, the looms becoming insufficiently accessible to carry out a complete maintenance, such as cleaning or lubrication.
According to another known working method, and in order to exclude the aforementioned drawbacks, the exchange of an article takes place in another location, separate or not, from the weaving workshop. According to this known working method, the frames and the blade are completely removed from the weaving machine and will be mounted again on the loom after the chain has passed through a separate location.
However, this working method has the disadvantage that the separate assembly and adjustment of the frames and the blade in the weaving workshop are difficult manipulations which take a lot of time.
The present invention relates to a method for exchanging an article in a weaving workshop, by which the abovementioned drawbacks are eliminated and which has the characteristics set out in claim 1.
It is obvious that the time necessary to temporarily remove part of the weaving machine and / or the whole machine, and then to reassemble and / or replace the weaving machine will be shorter than in the case where the blade, weaving frame, etc., must be dismantled and reassembled each time.
Of course, this invention also relates to a device for implementing the above method, as defined in claim 6.
In order to better demonstrate the characteristics of the present invention, some preferred embodiments are described below as examples with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
Figure 1 schematically illustrates the method by which the entire weaving machine, on which an article exchange is to be carried out, is transported out of the weaving workshop or weaving location;
Figure 2 shows a section along line II-II of Figure 1;
Figures 3 and 4 show two embodiments for fixing looms on the ground in the weaving workshop;
Figure 5 schematically reproduces a device with which part of the loom can be removed in a simple way without a complicated disassembly work is required.
The device for carrying out the method of the invention according to the first possibility has been reproduced in FIGS. 1 and 2 and consists mainly of a weaving workshop 1, in which a number of looms 2 are preferably mounted in rows, an apparatus lifting 3, to move the looms 2, and a separate location 4 to perform the article exchange.
The lifting device 3 consists, for example, of a weighbridge 5 which can move through the entire weaving workshop 1.
The separate location 4 preferably consists of a room separated from the weaving workshop 1 by partitioning, in order to avoid dust and noise pollution.
In order to be able to remove the looms 2 and again replace them in a relatively simple manner, these are provided with relatively simple locking devices 6, between the machines 2 and the ground 7, of the weaving workshop 1. These locks 6 preferably consist of clamps or tightening bolts 8, which are only shown schematically in the figures. Preferably, use is made of special bases 9 which, when the loom 2 is lowered, allow the latter to fit in the appropriate places to bring the locking elements 8 mentioned above.
According to the embodiments of FIG. 3, these bases 9 consist mainly of metal or concrete blocks, which are provided with bevelled notches 10, which can follow the shape of the feet or of the frames 11 of the weaving machine 2 .
According to the embodiment of Figure 4, the bases 9 consist of projections 12 on the ground 7, whose sides 13, provided to match the feet 11 of the loom 2, are optionally provided with a coating 14, for example in hard synthetic material or hardened metal and / or a material with oscillation damping properties.
The method according to the invention is clearly illustrated in the figures treated above, and it mainly consists in moving the loom 2, on which an exchange of article must be executed in the separate location 4, the execution of the article exchange and replacement of the loom in its original place, mounted with a new article. It is possible, possibly, to work with reserve looms, so that when moving a loom 2 from the weaving location 1, a replacement loom can be installed immediately in place of the first.
According to the second possibility of the process according to the invention, it is not the entire weaving machine 2, but only a part 15 of it, as shown in FIG. 5, which is temporarily removed from the workshop. weaving 1 to execute the article exchange. The part 15 which can be removed in a relatively simple manner by means of the lifting device 3 mentioned above, and which consists mainly of a single removable assembly of a beam 16, possibly the chain unwinding mechanism 28, a number of frames of weaving 17, and their conductive threads 18, a blade 19 and a fabric drive mechanism 20.
When moving part 15, only the frames 17 must be removed from their drive shafts 21, the blade 19 must be detached from the leaf 22, the connector 23, between the fabric drive mechanism 20 and the regulator, must be broken and the fabric should be cut between the fabric rewinding mechanism 27; then it is possible to lift, in a relatively simple manner, by means of hook elements 24, the part 15 and to transport it in the separate location 4. If the chain unwinding mechanism is mounted on the part fixed, the rupture occurs at the pinion of the beam.
The connecting pieces 25, between the removable elements 15 and the remaining elements 26 of the weaving machines 2, are formed, for example, by bolt assemblies or mortises.
It is obvious that all the electrical connections between the two elements will also be disconnected.
It is obvious that the weaving workshop 1 and the separate location 4 are not necessarily distinctly separate locations. The separate location 4 can be, for example, an unoccupied location, relatively large, contiguous, or between the rows of the weaving machines.
