BESCHREIBUNG
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schmuckstück welches in sehr einfacher Weise an einem Kleid, an einem beliebigen Textilgewebe oder am Ohr befestigt werden kann.
In bekannter Weise weisen die Schmuckstücke Vorrichtungen wie z. B. Nadeln, Haken oder Sicherheitsschlösser auf. mittels welchen diese an einem Kleid oder an einem Textilgewebe als modische Accessoirs befestigt werden können. Die als Ohrschmuck verwendbaren Schmuckstücke weisen ebenfalls spezielle Mittel zur Befestigung auf. Die bekannten Befestigungsorgane beeinträchtigen die Formgebung des Schmuckstücks, da sie formfremde Elemente bilden. die sich für die Gestaltung der Schmuckstücke nachteilig auswirken.
Zweck der Erfindung ist die Schaffung eines Schmuckstücks. welches die vorangehenden Nachteile nicht mehr aufweist.
Das erfindungsgemässe Schmuckstück besteht aus zwei lösbar miteinander verbundenen Teilen. Zweckmässigerweise kann zur lösbaren Verbindung der beiden Teile ein Stift vorhanden sein. welcher mit seinen beiden Enden in je eine mit elastischem Material gefüllte Bohrung der Schmuckstückteile einschiebbar ist. Die Anordnung kann ferner so getroffen werden. dass der Stift durch das elastische Material festgeklemmt wird.
Je nach Ausbildung kann das Schmuckstück als Brosche oder als Ohrschmuck geformt sein.
Aus beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:
Figur 1 die rein schematische Darstellung eines zweiteiligen Schmuckstücks mit Verbindungsteil im Axialschnitt,
Figur 2 die beiden voneinander getrennten Schmuckteile in Ansicht.
Figur 3 die Befestigung des Schmuckstücks an einem Stoff.
Figur 4 die Befestigung des Schmuckstücks als Brosche, und
Figur 5 die Verwendung des Schmuckstücks als Ohrschmuck.
Das Schmuckstück, welches beliebig gestaltet werden kann, ist in der Zeichnung als einfache Hülse dargestellt, welche aus dem Teil 1 und aus dem Teil 3 zusammengesetzt ist. Die beiden Teile sind durch einen Stift 2 miteinander verbunden. Die Anordnung ist dabei so getroffen, dass die beiden hohlen Schmuckteile 1 und 3 eine Füllung aus einem elastischen Material, z. B. aus einer gummiartigen Masse aufweisen, in welche dann korrespondierende Löcher gebohrt werden. In diese Löcher wird das eine bzw. das andere Ende des Stifts 2 eingesteckt, so dass die beiden Teile 1 und 3 des Schmuckstücks zusammengehalten werden.
Zweckmässigerweise sind die Bohrungen so bemessen, dass die eine Bohrung kleiner ist als die andere, so dass das in der kleineren Bohrung befindliche Ende des Stifts 2 so festgehalten wird, dass der Stift nicht herausgezogen werden kann, während das andere Ende des Stiftes 2 in der grösseren Bohrung lokkerer sitzt und eine Lösung der gebildeten Verbindung gestattet.
In der Fig. 1 ist mit strichpunktierter Linie ein Textilstück z. B. ein Stoffstück 5 gezeichnet, an welchem das Schmuckstück befestigt ist.
In der Fig. 2 sind die beiden Teile 1 und 3 des Schmuckstücks getrennt dargestellt, wobei es weiter ersichtlich ist, dass der Stift 2 mit seinem einen Ende im Teil 1 des Schmuckstücks festgehalten ist.
In der Fig. 3 ist eine Variante zur Anbringung des Schmuckstücks an einem Kleidungsstück gezeigt, bei welcher die beiden Teile 1 und 3 sich an verschiedenen Seiten des Stoffes 5 befinden.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine ähnliche Lösung wie Fig. 1. Es ist ersichtlich, dass das Schmuckstück an einer Stofffalte 5 angebracht ist, während in Fig. 5 die Anwendung des Schmuckstücks als Ohrschmuck zeigt.
Mit 6 ist ein stilisiertes Ohr bezeichnet, wobei durch eine Bohrung im Ohrläppchen 6' der in dieser Figur nicht ersichtliche Stift geführt ist, welcher die beiden Teile 1 und 3 des Schmuckstücks zusammenhält. Zum Entfernen des Schmuckstücks werden die beiden Teile 1 und 3 auseinander gezogen.
In der beschriebenen Weise wurde gezeigt, dass das Schmuckstück sowohl als Brosche als auch als Ohrschmuck benützt werden kann. Die Formgebung des Schmuckstücks ist in keiner Weise beschränkt, wobei die dargestellten Hülsen nur die prinzipielle Ausbildung zeigen. Der künstlerischen Gestaltung des Schmuckstücks ist jedoch keinerlei Einschränkung auferlegt.
Der Vorteil des beschriebenen Schmuckstücks liegt darin, dass die Formgebung des Schmuckstücks nicht mehr durch die Anbringung von separaten Befestigungsorganen beeinträchtigt wird. Die Verwendung der beschriebenen Stiftverbindung verhindert ein ungewolltes Lösen der beiden Schmuckteile voneinander.
Es sei schliesslich noch erwähnt, dass anstelle von einem Stift auch mehrere Stifte parallel zueinander angeordnet werden können.

The piece of jewelry according to the invention consists of two detachably connected parts. A pin can expediently be present for the detachable connection of the two parts. which can be inserted with its two ends into a bore of the jewelry parts filled with elastic material. The arrangement can also be made in this way. that the pin is clamped by the elastic material.
Depending on the training, the piece of jewelry can be shaped as a brooch or as an ear jewelry.

The piece of jewelry, which can be designed as desired, is shown in the drawing as a simple sleeve, which is composed of part 1 and part 3. The two parts are connected by a pin 2. The arrangement is such that the two hollow jewelry parts 1 and 3 are filled with an elastic material, e.g. B. from a rubber-like mass, in which corresponding holes are then drilled. One or the other end of the pin 2 is inserted into these holes, so that the two parts 1 and 3 of the piece of jewelry are held together.

In the manner described it was shown that the piece of jewelry can be used both as a brooch and as an ear jewelry. The shape of the piece of jewelry is in no way limited, the sleeves shown only showing the basic design. However, no restriction is imposed on the artistic design of the piece of jewelry.
The advantage of the piece of jewelry described is that the shape of the piece of jewelry is no longer affected by the attachment of separate fastening elements. The use of the pin connection described prevents the two jewelry parts from being accidentally detached from one another.
Finally, it should be mentioned that instead of one pin, several pins can also be arranged parallel to one another.
