Description

BESCHREIBUNG Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für einen Stapel von blattförmigem Gut, insbesondere von Papierblättern, mittels einer aus Papier oder Kunststoff gefertigten Umhüllung, die an den Stirnflächen des Stapels mit einer Lasche und an einer der Hauptflächen des Stapels mit einer Überlappung der Randbereiche ausgebildet ist. Im Bereich einer der beiden Hauptflächen des Stapels überlappen sich die Randbereiche der Umhüllung, wobei die Randbereiche vorzugsweise verleimt sind. Da als Material für die Umhüllung insbesondere ein mit Kunststoffbeschichtetes Papier herangezogen wird, ist die Umhüllung weitestgehend luftundurchlässig. Wie jedoch die Praxis gezeigt hat, ist der Zutritt durch Luft durch die Perforationen hindurch so geringfügig, dass es auch möglich ist, die Perforationen nach Aufbringung einer Kunststoffbeschich-tung vorzusehen. Die Perforationen können entweder während des Bedruckens der Umhüllung zur Aufbringung der erforderlichen Markierungen, nach diesem Druckvorgang, vor oder nach der Beschichtung des Papieres mit einem Kunststoffmaterial oder auch in der Verpackungsmaschine selbst durchgeführt werden. Sofern dies zweckmässig erscheint, können auch mehrere zueinander parallele Reissstreifen vorgesehen werden. Ebenso ist es denkbar, einander kreuzende Reissstreifen vorzusehen. Schliesslich ist es nur von untergeordneter Bedeutung, ob die Linien der Perforation zueinander parallel oder allenfalls im spitzen Winkel zueinander oder längs gekrümmter Linien verlaufen. Die Perforationen können durch sogenannte Längsperforationen oder sogenannte Schrägperforationen, wie sie in der Zeichnung dargestellt sind, gebildet sein.
