Abstract

The anti-tamper closure (1) is intended for a container (2) with flange-like portion (6) below the rim (5) area (3) behind which a ring portion (16), breakably connected (17) with a closure cap (13; 14), engages when this cap is pushed over the container rim, subsequent removal of the cap being possible only if the ring portion is at least partly detached from the cap. The connection is via at least one preferential break area (17) which extends at right angles to the circumference of the ring so that even partial removal of the cap becomes clearly visible by showing a gap between ring and cap.

   DESCRIPTION



   The present invention relates to a container with a guarantee closure lid.



   It is customary to provide certain containers, in particular food and drug packaging, with guarantee closures to ensure that after leaving the manufacturing site there is no access to the corresponding food. Spice, medication or the like can be done without loosening the guarantee closure.



   In the case of spice scatter products filled into cans, there is the difficulty of applying the lid to the can after filling in the fully automated process and, at the same time, H. to attach a meaningful guarantee closure in the same operation.



   The present invention aims to create a container with a guarantee closure cover, in particular for sprinkle-free spices, in which the cover with the guarantee closure can be applied to the container in one operation and the cover can be lifted off after the guarantee closure has been removed and the container closed again.



   According to the invention, such a container is characterized by the wording of claim 1.



   The invention is subsequently explained, for example, using a drawing.



   In a purely schematic, partially distorted representation, they show:

   In the figures, part of a top part 1 of the can is shown, with indicated can body 2 and its edge area 3. The upper edge of the can body 2 is formed by an upper end bead 5, while immediately in front of it a peripheral bulge 6 protrudes laterally from the can body 2.



  An indentation 8 is provided between the locking bead 6 and the cylindrical part of the can body 2.



   A sieve body 10, normally made of plastic, is pressed onto the upper end bead 5, the barrier wall 11 of which partially engages around the end bead 5 after being pushed on and holds the lid firmly on the can body 2 when the scattering movement is carried out.



   The can is closed by means of a lid 13, which lid has a more or less protruding lid edge 14. Below the cover 14 there is a guarantee closure strip 16, which forms part of the cover 13 via a connecting neck 17. The lid 13 is usually also made of plastic. As can be seen, the closure strip 16 lies in a ring shape in the indentation 8. It has a rice flap (not shown) in order to separate the strip 16 on the connecting neck 17 from the lid edge 14 or the lid 13.



   The sealing strip 16 is triangular in cross-section in one embodiment, for example, and is provided with a run-up surface 18 and a free surface 15 itself. The lid 13 has an inner lid lock 19. When the can body 2 is filled with the corresponding scatterable product, for example a sprinkling wort, the sieve body 10 is mechanically pressed into the position shown in FIG. 1 via the upper end edge bead 5. He is now held by the barrier 11.



  Subsequently or at the same time, the cover 13 is pushed onto the can body edge region 3. When this is pushed on, the run-on surface 18 comes to rest on the peripheral locking wrench 6. As the cover 13 is pushed further onto the can body 2, the guarantee closure strip 16 is therefore pivoted counterclockwise in FIG. 1 around the rubber-elastic connecting neck 17 as a pivot point.



  As a result, the closure strip 16 arrives in the indentation 8, where, after the cover 13 has been pushed open further, it swings back into the blocking position shown in FIG. 1.



   In order also to hold the lid 13 essentially free of play on the edge area 3, the inner lid lock 19 engages behind the circumferential locking bead 6. In this way, it is possible to place the lid 13, optionally together with the sieve body 10, on the can body 2 in one operation and thus to keep the can under the guarantee seal by means of the guarantee sealing strip 16. This makes it impossible to lift the cover 13 without removing the guarantee sealing strip 16, since the inner edge of the sealing strip 16 comes to rest when attempting to lift off the circumferential locking bead 6, so that the cover can only be removed after the sealing strip 16 has been removed.

 

   In FIG. 2, the can body edge region 22 is configured somewhat differently in that the upper end edge bead 23 is extended towards the jacket of the can body 2 in order to form the locking bead 24. Functionally, however, the placement of the screen body 10 and the lid 13 remains the same according to the procedure described for FIG. 1.



   In this way it is possible to fill a sprinkler can with the sprinkling product fully automatically and then in one process step to push a lid with a guarantee cap onto the can body and then to keep it under the guarantee cap, if necessary simultaneously or after inserting or sliding on the sieve body.

 PATENT CLAIMS 1. Container according to claim 1, characterized in that the guarantee closure (16) is arranged on the free lid edge (14) on the container side, the cover edge (14) and guarantee closure (16) being connected via a connection (17) which is neck-shaped in the meridian section and the guarantee closure (16) with its free surface (15) facing the lid edge (14) is formed and connected to the neck (17) in such a way that a pivoting movement of the closure (16) towards the outside causes it to abut directly on the lid edge (14), and that a swiveling movement towards the inside is ensured, the whole in such a way that the cover (13) together with the guarantee closure (16) can be pushed over a locking bead (6) which protrudes from the container body (2) and prevents it from lifting off.  3. Container according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the means comprise a locking bead (6, 24) on the container body (2) and on the cover (13) pivotally connected (17) guarantee closure strips (16).  4. Container according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a predetermined tear point (17) is provided between the lid (13) and the guarantee closure strip (16), which preferably as a pivot point when the lid (13) is first applied to the container body (2) serves.    5.
