PATENTANSPRÜCHEPATENT CLAIMS
1. H altevorrichtung für eine Stirnschalung und darüber angeordnetem Schutzgeländer, wobei Mittel zur Schalungsbefestigung und mindestens ein Distanzstück zum Mauerwerk vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wände eines Vierkantrohres (2) mit Längsschlitzen (3) versehen sind und dass zur Halterung der Stirnschalung (20) eine eine Verschiebe-Führung (7) aufweisende, mit einer Abstützung (6) versehene, in einer Ebene parallel zur Stirnschalung und senkrecht dazu einstellbare Halteschiene (5) am Vierkantrohr (2) angeordnet ist und dass ferner ein Mauerhaken ( 10) vorgesehen ist, für den im Abstand zu den Längsschlitzen (3) im Vierkantrohr (2) Aufnahmebohrungen (4) vorhanden sind.1. Die vorgenannte Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor. Neben der Lösung der genannten Aufgabe in bezug auf die Sicherheits-Bauvorschriften hat die Erfindung den Vorteil, dass jeweils nach Beendigung des Betonierens die Stirnschalungen freigelegt werden können, ohne dass die durch im Mauerwerk verankerten Mauerhaken gehaltene Haltevorrichtung entfernt werden muss. Die Anordnung der Haltevorrichtung ausserhalb der Mauerkrone ermöglicht das Weiterführen nachfolgender Mauerarbeiten ohne eine provisorische Schutzmassnahme, so dass zeit- und kostenaufwendige und an sich gefährliche Arbeiten vermieden werden bzw. ein zeitweiliges Arbeiten ohne Schutzgeländer unmöglich ist.The above object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. Im Abstand zu und unterhalb von den Längsschlitzen 3 sind Aufnahmebohrungen 4 für Mauerhaken 10 vorgesehen, welche mit dem winkelig abgebogenen Ende 11 entweder in einen Hohlbaustein 18 und/oder in die Fugen eines Mauerwerkes 17 hineinragen. Der das Vierkantrohr 2 durchdringende Teil des Mauerhakens 10 weist über dessen Umfang versetzt zueinander angeordnete axiale Keilaufnahmen 13 auf, in welche bei der Montage der Haltevorrichtung 1 ein Keil 14 zur Fixierung eingesetzt werden kann. Zwischen dem Unterteil des Vierkantrohres 2 und dem Mauerwerk 17 ist ein Distanzstück 9 angeordnet, das einmal durch in den Aufnahmebohrungen 4 des Vierkantrohres 2 eingesetzte Bolzen 9' und zum anderen vom Mauerhaken 10 durchdrungen und gehalten ist.
