8. trough according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the front part of the funnel-shaped rear wall or the funnel-shaped structure is provided with a sliding cover.
Until now, some of the hot road surface was transported on ordinary truck tipper vehicles, with a funnel-shaped metering device for filling the hot road surface in wheelbarrows having to be installed at the rear end of the truck. This type of transport led to a rapid cooling of the road surface. Furthermore, the assembly and disassembly of the dosing device always had to be driven into the workshop, where a suitable lifting device was available. This was time-consuming and made construction work more expensive.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a dump truck which is suitable as a dump truck accessory.
The deposit in the trough should be dispensed in doses. This is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of independent claims 1 and 5. Furthermore, the hot road surface filled in the trough should be able to be kept at the necessary temperature until the surface filled in the trough is used up on the construction site. According to the invention, this is achieved by the characterizing features of patent claim 1.
In a preferred embodiment, the space between the double-walled parts is still foamed with a heat-resistant insulating compound for better thermal insulation. The topping can be filled into wheelbarrows by the dump truck without part of the covering being spilled next to the wheelbarrows.
Features of preferred embodiments of the invention result from the dependent patent claims.
An exemplary embodiment and its use are explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing. Show it:
1 is a longitudinal view of the double-walled trough with metering device,
2 shows a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1,
3 is a rear view of the trough,
Fig. 4 shows the trough located on a dump truck when emptying its contents into a wheelbarrow.
5 is a longitudinal view of a trough with simple walls and metering device,
6 is a plan view of the trough according to FIG. 5.
In Fig. 1, the trough 1 is shown in longitudinal view. The trough comprises a floor 2, two longitudinal side walls 3 and 4, a rear wall 5 as well as a front wall 6 and a ceiling 7. Hooks 8, 9 are attached to the longitudinal side walls 3 and 4 for fastening the cables provided on the lifting device of the dump truck. The bottom, the longitudinal side walls and the rear and side walls and parts of the ceiling are provided with an inner wall 10 arranged at a distance from them. The space between floor 2, longitudinal walls 3 and 4, rear and front wall 5, 6, parts of the ceiling 7 and the inner wall 10 are covered with a heat-resistant insulating compound 11, e.g. B. a plastic foam. This ensures that the hot road surface filled into the depression can be kept warm during use.
On the rear wall 5, which is funnel-shaped, a rotary slide 12 is provided for the metered delivery of the content.
FIG. 2 shows a section along line 11-eyelids in FIG. 1. In the central area of the ceiling, two lids 13 and 14 are provided, which can be opened into a funnel-shaped inclined position about axes parallel to the longitudinal axis of the hollow. The hot road surface is filled into the same through the opening 15 formed in the ceiling of the trough.
In Fig. 3 a part of the funnel-shaped rear wall 5 of the trough is shown in view. At the front end, a frame 16 with welding points 17 is attached to the rear wall 5. A lever 18 is provided on the rotary slide 12, with which the rotary slide can be pivoted into and out of the frame 16.
4 shows the rear part of the vehicle, a dump truck with a trough 1 located thereon. The funnel-shaped design of the rear wall 5 and the rotary valve 12 attached to it enables the content of the trough, that is to say, for. B. the hot road surface, can be filled in a wheelbarrow without part of the road surface mass being poured next to it.
It would also be possible e.g. B. only the longitudinal side walls 3 and 4 and the rear and front walls 5 and 6 of the trough double-walled, in which case the thermal insulation would be somewhat less.
5 shows a longitudinal view of a trough with metering device without a double wall, this. B. can be used for road surfaces in summer or for rubble, gravel and concrete.
The trough 17 likewise comprises a bottom 18, two longitudinal side walls 19 and 20, a rear wall 21 and a front wall 22. A funnel-shaped structure 24 is provided over an upper edge 23 of the trough and the rear wall 21.
This funnel-shaped structure has side parts 25 and 26 and two upper parts 27 and 28. At its rear end, as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1-4, it is provided with a sliding cover 29.
FIG. 6 shows a top view of the trough according to FIG. 5. The side parts 25 and 26 still have an upper edge 30 and 31.
In order that a better emptying of the trough is possible, the edges of the bottom 18 are broken.
