Abstract

1. Couch with a frame (1), within which elastic webs (2) are located in a prestressed condition, whereby the webs (2) are supported at the frame spars (4-7), characterized in that the webs (2) consist of a cellular elastic soft-polyurethane.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Liege nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. The invention relates to a bed according to the preamble of claim 1.

Eine derartige Liege ist durch die CH-PS 400 482 bekannt. Die elastischen Bänder können mit Hilfe einer Spannvorrichtung verschieden stark gespannt werden. Da für jedes Band eine eigene Spannvorrichtung vorhanden ist, können die Bänder der Liege verschieden stark gespannt werden, je nach der Stelle, die zum Aufliegen eines bestimiiiten Körperteils bestimmt ist. Wenn jemand einen empfindlichen Rük-ken hat, der von den Bändern der Liege stark gestützt werden soll, so werden also diejenigen Bänder, die im Bereich des Rückens zu liegen kommen, besonders stark gespannt. Dies betrifft bei der bekannten Liege insbesondere entsprechende im Rahmen querliegende Bänder. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass die bekannten Bänder nicht befriedigen. Es sind bereits Liegen mit Gummibändern vorgeschlagen worden. Durch die Federcharakteristik von Gummifedern ist ein solcher mit Gummibändern bespannter Rahmen nicht als Liege geeignet, da sich die Gummibänder wie eine Hängematte verhalten. Mit diesen Gummibändern können also keine lokalen Stützwirkungen an gewünschten Körperteilen, wie z.B. Rücken, erzielt werden. Such a bed is known from CH-PS 400 482. Mit einer solchen Schaumstoffmatratze wird also eine nur lokale Einfederung und damit sonst eine gute Stützwirkung auf den liegenden Körper erzielt. Eine solche Liege wird aber nicht von jedermann als angenehm empfunden, da das die exponierten Körperstellen nahezu schalenförmig umgebende Schaumstoffmaterial keine Luftzufuhr erlaubt, deshalb Wärmestau und nicht angenehmes Schlafklima eintritt. Um hier Abhilfe zu schaffen, wird dann in der Praxis das Schaumstoffmaterial mit natürlichen, atmungsaktiven Materialien, wie z.B. Tierhaar, bedeckt. Mit einer solchen mehrschichtigen Matratze sollen also die Vorteile der Federcharakteristik von Schaumstoffmaterial ohne dessen Nachteile genutzt werden. Um mit dem Schaumstoffteil dieser mehrschichtigen Matratze unterschiedliche Stützwirkungen (Änderung der Federcharakteristik) zu erzielen, ist es auch bekannt, Schaumstoffmaterial verschiedener Raumgewichte zu kombinieren. Diese Massnahme zielt auf die gleiche Wirkung hin, die durch unterschiedliches Spannen der Bänder beim Gegenstand der CH-PS 400 482 erzielt werden soll. Bei einem Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Liege war das zellige, elastische Weich-Polyurethan auf einem Polyesterpolyol und 1,5-Naphthylendiisocyanat aufgebaut. Dieses Polyurethan hat ein Raumgewicht im Bereich von 450 bis 650 Gramm/Liter, bevorzugterweise von 600 Gramm/Liter. Die Zugfestigkeit dieses Polyurethans liegt im Bereich von 400 bis 670 N/cm2, bevorzugt bei 590 N/cm2. Ein solches Polyurethan ist unter dem eingetragenen Markennamen «Zelliges Vulkollan» bekannt (Bayer AG, Leverkusen). Die räumlich vernetzten Moleküle (Zellstruktur) ergeben hierbei ein ganz anderes Verhalten, als wenn die Bänder aus einem Gummi wären. Bei Gummimaterial würde die Liege zu einer Art Trampolin, die also durch die Art ihrer Durchbiegung zum Schlafen ganz ungeeignet wäre. Die er-findungsgemässe Liege ermöglicht ein nur lokales Einbuchten der vom Rahmen eingeschlossenen, mit Bändern versehenen Flächen der Liege, so dass um diese lokale Einbuchtung herum eine sehr gute Stützwirkung auf die daran anliegenden Körperteile erfolgt. Bei der erfindungsgemässen Verwendung des Weich-Polyurethans wird dieses aber eigentlich ausschliesslich als Zugfeder verwendet, und hierbei hat sich die überraschend vorteilhafte Verwendung herausgestellt. Solche Bänder aus Weich-Polyurethan werden in zweckmässiger Weise als Blockweichschaum hergestellt, worauf dann das fertig polymerisierte Polyurethan konditioniert, also zu den Bändern geschnitten wird. Die Bänder werden dann auf Länge geschnitten und mit ihren beiden Enden an den Holmen des Rahmens befestigt, so dass sie unter einer vorbestimmten Spannung stehen. Falls gewünscht, kann jedes einzelne Band noch in seiner Spannung verändert werden, so wie es-durch die CH-PS 400 482 bereits bekannt ist. Durch das Verflechten der einander kreuzenden Bänder 2 kommt jedes Band etwas wellenförmig zu liegen. Wie bereits erwähnt, hatten die Bänder 2 beim Ausführungsbeispiel eine Breite 11 von 30 mm und eine Dicke von 7 mm, die sich rechtwinklig zur Zeichenblattebene erstreckt. Um die leicht wellige, aus den Bändern 2 gebildete Fläche zu egalisieren, kann auf die dargestellte Liege eine dünne Auflage aus verschiedenen Materialien aufgelegt werden, wobei diese Auflage z.B. eine Dicke von 1 bis 3 cm hat. Diese Auflage ist aber nicht unbedingt notwendig, und falls sie erwünscht ist, kann sie sehr dünn sein, so dass hierdurch keinerlei Wärmestau entsteht. Diese erwähnte Auflage dient also nicht als zusätzliche Matratze, sondern ausschliesslich zur Egalisierung der leicht welligen Bänderfläche.
