PATENTANSPRÜCHE
Induktionsverhältnis = Gesamtstrahlluftmenge/Blasluftmenge.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. A method for extracting warm and / or polluted exhaust air, in particular kitchen exhaust air, characterized in that a supply air blowing device is arranged at a distance from heat and / or pollutant sources and exhaust air organs, which consists of at least one supply air nozzle per exhaust air organ, wherein the supply air nozzles are directed towards the exhaust air organs, so that the supply air jets induce the warm and / or polluted air and lead them into the exhaust air organs.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the supply air blowing flow is adjusted to the operating conditions by means of adjustable supply air nozzles, the blow-out direction being selected within a spatial angle of approximately 60 and the blow-out quantity per supply air nozzle being adjustable.
3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the shape and cross section of the respective exhaust air body approximately match the shape and cross section of the entire exhaust air jet in the area of the exhaust air member and the exhaust air amount sucked in by the exhaust air member and the total exhaust air jet amount are approximately the same.
4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the supply air blowing device is supplied with blowing air from the main supply air fan, from the pressure side of the exhaust air fan of a ventilation system, from a separate blowing fan or from a compressed air supply system.
5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that an exhaust hood designed in such a way that an undisturbed spread of the supply air blowing flow is ensured on the hood ceiling.
The invention relates to a method according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Generally recognized principles of ventilation systems, which are important for the invention: - The air flow pattern in the room is primarily determined by the supply air inlet.
- The effect of the exhaust air organs on the flow pattern is low, especially if air turbulence occurs in the room.
- Pollutants, such as water vapor, odors, floating fat particles, smoke or warm exhaust air, should be recorded directly at the sources of their origin without getting into the room. For this reason, various extraction systems with blowing air devices are installed in the industry, especially in the open bathrooms.
- Depending on the shape and blow-out speed of the blown air flow or the design of the exhaust hood ceiling, different induction ratios can be achieved.
In particular for kitchen companies: - These companies are characterized by the development of heat, smoke, smells and floating fat particles.
- To remove these pollutants or heat, there are large air outputs and consequently high air exchange rates. Draft-free air entry into the room is practically impossible.
- The personnel is exposed to the warm radiation and the desired low supply air temperature at the same time. The consequences are frequent personnel colds.
- The ventilation systems work almost without exception only with the outside air, and with the high air output, the heating requirement for air heating is considerable. This leads to the use of heat recovery systems, which must be maintained intensively. For this reason, a heat recovery system is often not used. The consequences are high acquisition, maintenance and operating costs.
- The ventilation systems take up a reasonable amount of space.
The invention has for its object to provide a method that is able to reduce the necessary air performance and thus the investment and operating costs.
To achieve this object, a method according to claim 1 is proposed.
In the following some details of the invention: Part of the total supply air is used advantageously for the blown air jets.
- A high induction ratio is aimed for, especially in the area of pollutants and heat development.
Induction ratio = total jet air volume / blown air volume.
- Preferably, the use of adjustable air nozzles enables the supply air blowing flow to be adapted to the operating conditions. Different adjustable ball nozzles or ball rails can be used for this purpose (claim 2).
- Based on the required throwing distance, the nozzle admission pressure or the nozzle size is expediently determined and compared with the available pressure if necessary.
- The blown air emerges from the supply air nozzles at a relatively high speed and entrains the air contaminated with pollutants without it getting into the room (claim 1).
- By increasing the pollutant removal or
Extraction effectiveness enables a reduction in the supply and exhaust air quantities and a total reduction in operating costs and acquisition costs (claim 1).
- The supply air blowing nozzles can be adjustable in a spatial angle about 60. In certain cases, this makes it possible to implement advantageous, non-parallel blown air jets (claim 2).
- The blown air can either be taken from the supply air system or the pressure side of the exhaust fan. In some cases, a separate blower air fan with low air output and higher total pressure or a compressed air supply system can be used (claim 4).
- An exhaust hood can be dispensed with by increasing the extraction efficiency.
The process enables the following advantages: - Reduction in air performance - Reduction in investment and operating costs - Reduction in electricity consumption for fan drives - Reduction in heat consumption for air heating and thus in heating costs - Reduction in environmental pollution due to heating oil combustion (normally) - The room conditions are becoming more comfortable due to the lower supply and exhaust air volumes and the common colds are becoming less common - the space and space requirements of the ventilation systems are reduced.
