Fig. 1 eine Unterlagsplatte in Draufsicht,

13) and the two adjacent, parallel rows (12, 13) are not the same.
The present invention relates to a base plate for underfloor heating according to the preamble of claim 1.
In a known base plate of this type, the heat-conducting cover layer made of aluminum is attached to a plastic carrier layer, which in turn is connected to an impact sound insulation layer (DE-GbmS 81 35 298).
A reflection layer made of aluminum is arranged below the closed soundproofing layer, which is also made of plastic and has air-filled chambers. The latter is connected to a base plate made of heat-insulating material.
This complicated structure made up of several different layers makes the production of such underlay sheets quite complex. Furthermore, the thermal insulation effect of the known underlay can still be improved, not least because heat conduction, which cannot be clearly controlled, can take place in the impact sound insulation layer below the cover layer.
The present invention has for its object to provide a base plate of the type mentioned, which has excellent thermal insulation properties with the simplest possible structure and also enables perfect heat distribution.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
Since the top covering without intermediate layers of additional layers, i.e. that is, it rests directly on the base plate and the cavity or the cavities in this base plate are in direct contact with the underside of the cover layer or
stand, a very good thermal insulation is guaranteed with a simple construction.
The latter is further improved if the covering has bare surfaces, since at a certain temperature the emissivity of a bare surface is smaller than that of a dark, in particular black, surface.
In a preferred embodiment of the base plate according to the invention, the base plate is connected on its underside facing away from the cover to an underlay that absorbs impact sound. This results in particular advantages in the production and also in the laying of the base plates if the base plate and the base are detachably connected to one another, preferably by means of a non-positive connection.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. It shows purely schematically:
1 is a base plate in plan view,
Fig. 2 on an enlarged scale a section along the line II-II in Fig. 1 and
Fig. 3 also on an enlarged scale the edge area of the plate designated A in Fig. 1 with the cover layer removed.
The base plate 1 shown in the figures has a base plate 2, which is made of a suitable heat-insulating material and has sufficient mechanical strength, e.g. foamed polystyrene. On the upper side 2a there is no additional layer, i.e.
immediately, a flat cover 3 made of a heat-conducting material, preferably aluminum or an aluminum alloy. The cover 3 connected to the base plate 2 has bare surfaces both on its upper side 3a and on its lower side 3b. The cover 3 is used to distribute the heat that is emitted by heating pipes of an underfloor heating system, which run over the cover 3 and are not shown. In order to obtain a perfect heat distribution, the cover 3 must be a
have sufficient thickness, i.e. a thickness of at least 0.1 mm. In the present case, the covering 3 is 0.3 mm thick.
2 and 3 show, in the base plate 2 channels 4 and 5 are present, which extend through the base plate 2 and which are on the top 2a of the base plate 2, i.e. towards the cover 3, are open. The channels 4, 5 closed at the top by this cover 3 are filled with air and have a semicircular cross section. The channels 4 arranged at a mutual distance run parallel to the side edges 6 and 8 of the rectangular, in particular square base plate 2. In contrast, the channels 5 extend parallel to the other two sides 7 and 9 of the base plate 2 and are also arranged at a mutual distance . Thus, the channels 4 and 5 intersect at a right angle, as shown in FIG. 3. Elevations 10 are formed between the channels 4 and 5, on which the covering 3 lies.
Air-filled cavities are formed by the channels 4, 5 below the cover 3, which are in direct contact with the underside 3b of the cover 3, which is also not covered by any further layer. This provision of air spaces underneath the covering 3 and because of the low emissivity of the bare surface on the underside 3b of the covering 5 results in excellent thermal insulation.
The base plate 2 has with it one-piece cylindrical cams 11 which protrude from its upper side 2a and penetrate the cover layer 3. These cams 11, which serve to guide the heating pipes, are arranged in rows 12 and 13, respectively, which run parallel to a diagonal D or D2 of the base plate 2 (FIG. 1). The distances between the parallel rows 12 and 13 are not the same. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the distance a between a row 12 or 13 and one adjacent row is greater than the distance a2 from the other adjacent row. This arrangement of the cams 11 allows a great deal of freedom when guiding the heating pipes.
Furthermore, the heating pipes are held by the cams 11 to a sufficient extent, so that an additional fastening of the pipes is unnecessary.
Below the base plate 2 there is a plate-shaped, sound-absorbing underlay 14, which consists of a suitable material with sound-absorbing properties. This pad 14 can consist, for example, of closed-pore, foamed polystyrene. This pad 14 is releasably attached to the base plate 2. For this purpose, the pad 14 is provided on its side facing the base plate 2 with recesses 15 into which pins 16 engage, which protrude from the underside 2b of the base plate 2 (FIG. 2). The base 14 can thus be detached from the base plate 2 if necessary. The described type of connection between base plate 2 and base 14 also allows a more cost-effective production method than when gluing these two parts.
1 and 2, the base plate 2 protrudes on its two side edges 6 and 7 with an edge section 2 'or 2 "above the base 14. On the other two side edges 8 and 9, however, the base 14 stands with edge portions 14 'and 14 "over the base plate 2 before. This means that when the base plates are joined together, the projecting edge sections 2 'and 2 "of the base plate 2 come to lie over the projecting edge sections 14' and 14" of the base 14 of the adjacent base plates 1. This interlocking of the underlay boards 1 results in a construction in which, when the usual cement ceiling is applied to the laid underlay boards 1, leakage of cement at the abutment points of the underlay boards 1 is avoided.
The base plate 2 is provided on the two side edges 8 and 9 with projecting connecting heads 17 and on the other two edges 6 and 7 with recesses 18.
The connecting heads 17 and the recesses 18 serve to connect abutting base plates 1. The connection heads 17 of the one base plate 1 come into engagement with the recesses 18 of adjacent base plates 1.
The base plate described is of simple construction and can therefore be produced economically. A perfect heat distribution over the surface of the base plate 1 is ensured by the covering 3. Furthermore, an excellent thermal insulation effect can be achieved with this base plate 1 for the reasons already mentioned.
It is understood that the base plate 1 can be formed in different parts differently than described. It is thus possible to use any suitable materials for the individual layers. Other types of solutions are also conceivable for the formation of the releasable connection between the base plate 2 and the base 14. The cams 11 for guiding the heating pipes can also be omitted and pipe holding clamps can be provided for this purpose, which are used in the cover 3 which is formed continuously in this case.
