CLAIMS . 1. Handheld vacuum cleaner, which consists of a motor housing (2), a guide rod (13) attached thereto and a filter basket (1) detachably placed on the motor housing (2), the filter basket (1) containing a filter bag connected downstream of the blower, characterized in that between the filter basket (1) and Motor housing (2) a hinge (3) is arranged. 2. Hand-held vacuum cleaner according to claim 1, characterized in that the hinge (3) is a double-jointed hinge. 3. Hand-held vacuum cleaner according to claim 2, characterized in that the hinge (3) consists of two axes (4, 5) arranged firmly on the motor housing (2) and filter basket (1) and an intermediate part (6) connecting them. 4. Hand vacuum cleaner according to claim 2, characterized in that the intermediate part (6) on the filter basket (1) via a spring element (7) is rotatably elastically supported against the axis (5). 5. Hand-held vacuum cleaner according to claim 3, characterized in that the intermediate part (6) on the end faces (8) has slots (9) which engage over lugs (10) on the motor housing (2) in the folded state. 6. Hand-held vacuum cleaner according to claim 3, characterized in that the intermediate part (6) is rotatably and detachably connected to the axis (4) on the motor housing (2) via brackets (11). The invention relates to a hand-held vacuum cleaner which consists of a motor housing, a guide handle attached thereto and a filter basket detachably fitted onto the motor housing, the filter basket containing a filter bag downstream of the fan. In a known hand-held vacuum cleaner of this type, the filter bag on the motor housing is hooked with one end inside a collar behind projections and the other end is pressed down until a locking button snaps into an opening in the collar. When loosening, the locking button is pressed and the filter basket can be removed upwards. However, this design has some disadvantages. Due to the surrounding collar on the motor housing, a certain «fitting work» must always be done in order to guide the filter basket exactly into the locked position. Furthermore, the surrounding collar always creates spaces that can fill up with dirt. The object of the invention is now to design the attachment of the filter basket to the motor housing in vacuum cleaners of the aforementioned type in such a way that it is easy to operate and difficult "basing work" for the user is avoided. According to the invention, the object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous configurations emerge from the dependent claims. The proposed solution thus has the decisive advantage that so-called “fitting work” is no longer necessary for the filter basket when it is placed on and removed from the motor housing. The filter basket is simply folded down or snapped open with a folding movement. An embodiment of the invention is drawn and described below. It shows: Fig. 1 a hand-held vacuum cleaner with an attached filter basket, FIG. 2 shows a hand-held vacuum cleaner according to FIG. 1 with the filter basket folded down, 3 shows a partial section in which the two-joint hinge is shown pivoted by 90°, Fig. 4 shows a section through the partial section according to Fig. 3. 1 shows a hand-held vacuum cleaner 12, which consists of a motor housing 2, a guide handle 13 and a filter basket 1. Guide handle 13 and filter basket 1 are arranged on motor housing 2 . If a filled filter bag (not shown) must now be removed from the filter basket 1 , the filter basket 1 must be detached from the motor housing 2 . This is done, as can be seen from FIG. 2, by a pivoting movement of the filter basket 1 to the rear. For this purpose, a hinge 3 is arranged between the motor housing 2 and the filter basket 1 . The function and structure of the hinge 3 can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 4. 3 shows a partial section of the motor housing 2 and the filter basket 1 with the hinge 3. The hinge 3 is a two-joint hinge. It is rotatably and detachably snapped onto the axis 4 on the motor housing 2 and can be completely separated from the motor housing 2 here by tensile force. So that the filter basket 1 cannot be pulled off when it is closed, there are lugs 10 (only one lug 10 is shown) in the motor housing 2 to the right and left of the hinge 3, over which slots 9 (only one slot 9 is shown) grip when folding , so that the hinge 3 is secured against being pulled off the axis 4. 4 shows the inner structure of the hinge 3. The intermediate part 6 has clamps 11 on the side of the axis 4. The intermediate part 6 can thus rotate on the axis 4 and can be detached from the axis 4 by pulling it off. On the axis 5, the intermediate part 6 is fixed. Here, however, the intermediate part 6 is supported against the axis 5 via the spring element 7 in such a way that twisting on the axis 5 is only possible against the spring force of the spring element 7. This means that when the filter basket and motor housing 2 are unfolded, the intermediate part always comes first 6 is rotated by 90° on the axis 4 and then the filter basket 1 can be rotated by a further 90° on the axis 5.
