Fig. 1 Vorderansicht einer Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung,
Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht dieser Vorrichtung, und
Fig. 3 ein Schaltschema dieser Vorrichtung.

10. The method for operating the device according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that after actuation of an actuating switch (4) a work cycle is carried out automatically, in which the rotating brush (21) with water and then programmed with detergent is intermittently charged , whereupon the brush (21) continues to rotate during a cleaning phase, whereupon the still rotating brush (21) is supplied with rinsing water and finally switched off.
The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claim 1. It also relates to an operating method.
Such a device is known for washing the feet and from French patent application No. 7408 084 (publication number 2 262 504), its embodiment intended for hand washing having two separate compartments with separate brushes for soaping and rinsing. This is unsanitary because the soap compartment experiences practically no rinsing, while practically no soap cleaning can take place in the rinsing compartment.
Another disadvantage is. that you have the electrical switch for commissioning. the soap supply pump and the water tap. which one naturally pollutes. To switch off, you have to operate dirty parts such as switches and water faucets with your hands, soiling your hands.
The invention has for its object to provide a hand wash option for heavily soiled hands, which enables rapid thorough cleaning without the disadvantages mentioned and yet is economically advantageous to manufacture and operate.
To achieve this object, an apparatus according to claim 1 and an operating method are proposed.
In order to put the device according to the invention into operation, in particular according to the operating method according to the invention, it is sufficient to start the device (connected to the electrical network and the water pipe and provided with liquid soap) by briefly pressing its actuation switch, so that at most this switch is contaminated. The device can then automatically carry out a washing cycle in which the hands are cleaned with the rotating brush with soap and water and then rinsed. When rinsing, the brush is also rinsed, so that the device is hygienically perfect after each work cycle.
Since in addition to a normal short hand wash, in which the machine can run on the order of half a minute, it is also possible to remove heavy soiling, a further program with a longer wash time and more detergent dosage is preferably provided. Since you wanted to minimize all manipulations for hygiene reasons, another switch is appropriate for this additional program.
Of course, other programs are also possible, but it has been shown that two programs are often sufficient.
The detergent can advantageously be supplied from a container for liquid soap, wherein gravity can be used as a conveying force and an electrovalve can be used for metering. The solenoid valve can be opened and closed as required.
The flow of liquid soap can be reduced by pressure medium e.g. B.
Pressure on the container, and / or be promoted by a pump. In the case of a suitable pump, the separate solenoid valve can of course be omitted.
The water can be metered simply by means of an electrovalve, the water being tapped from a line and, if appropriate, adjustable by temperature from a cold and hot water by means of a thermostatically controlled mixing device. Cold water is often sufficient.
A brush with differently graduated diameters is particularly advantageous, the bristles forming the smaller diameter naturally being shorter and therefore appearing harder.
So it is possible to clean particularly effectively under the nails, but without having to use bristles that are too hard for the skin.
The brush should be able to be stopped by hand so that any risk of accidents can be eliminated.
A belt transmission is suitable as the transmission, in particular with a toothed belt.
The electrical device parts should preferably be accommodated in a dry compartment separate from the brush part, which increases operational safety, increases ease of maintenance and reduces the risk of accidents.
The connection to the electrical network should be automatically secured, which also reduces the risk of accidents.
In addition to these measures, it didn't just work
proven to be economically advantageous to get by with a single brush (contrary to the French application).
A single brush can be used less accident-prone than a pair of brushes. It is then also possible to let the brush run away from the user in the area of the access opening of the housing, so that the user (contrary to the French writing mentioned) is not fully sprayed.
A single brush also has the advantage of freer manipulation when washing hands.
The brush is preferably located at the top in such a way that hand washing can take place on its lower circumference.
This is also advantageous in terms of flow technology.
The invention is discussed below with reference to the purely schematic drawing. Show it:
1 front view of an embodiment of the device according to the invention,
Fig. 2 is a side view of this device, and
Fig. 3 is a circuit diagram of this device.
1 and 2, the device parts covered by the housing are, if necessary, indicated by dashed lines.
The housing 1 is used in a suitably stable design, e.g. B. from light metal casting, also as a frame.
In the drying compartment 10 (FIG. 1) of the housing 1, the drive motor 2, the electrical control 3 and the switch 4 are accommodated. Likewise, the electro valves 50 and 60 of the water supply 5 and the soap supply 6 are accommodated in the drying compartment.
An electrical automatic fuse 7 (FIG. 3) is provided between the mains connection 70 and the electrical control 3.
The drive motor 2 drives the round brush 21 via a toothed belt transmission 20, the central part 210 of which has a smaller diameter. The round brush 20 is mounted on its horizontal axis 211 in the wet compartment 11 (FIG. 1) of the housing 1 somewhat above the access opening 12 (FIG. 1), with a splash guard 13 being assigned to it.
A drain 14 is provided at the bottom of the housing.
This machine can be started by pressing one of the two switches 4 for a shorter or longer wash. The impulse emanating from one of the switches 4 causes the control 3 to select a program, as a result of which it automatically controls the following operations: The motor 2 is started and the water valve 50 is opened for a few seconds. After valve 50 has been closed, soap is supplied by opening valve 60 for a few seconds. Instead of the valve 60, a pump can also be provided, which can be controlled analogously. Now that the round brush 21 is provided with water and soap, you can clean your hands on it, for which the brush can usually take 30 to 90 seconds.
When the brush continues to rotate, the valve 50 can now again during z. B. 30 seconds to release the water supply for rinsing, after which the device is switched off.
