Abstract
In order to achieve disturbance-free and quick loading of rifles of this type, irrespective of the position in which the rifle is in this case held, an ammunition holder (60) is fitted to a loading cradle (30), which ammunition holder (60) fixes the ammunition on the loading cradle (30) during the loading process. In consequence, the ammunition is prevented from jumping out or sticking during loading. <IMAGE>

PATENTANSPRUCH

PATENT CLAIM
Rifle with a repeating lever lock with case ejection upwards and with a forearm magazine for ammunition with cases without a protruding edge for the case ejector, characterized in that a loading spoon (30) with a side-mounted ammunition holder (60) is provided, which (60) holds the ammunition when Transport from the magazine (50) to the cartridge chamber (90) by spring force with its upper end against the loading spoon (30) and prevents the ammunition from jamming or jumping out.
The previously known rifles of this type, for ammunition with cases without a protruding edge for the case ejector, have the case ejection laterally and the system box is closed at the top, the ammunition lying loosely on the loading spoon during the loading process, as is the case with the Browning and Marlin brands Case is.
The present invention guarantees trouble-free and quick loading of rifles according to the preamble of the patent claim, regardless of the position in which the rifle is held, by the features stated in the marking.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained with reference to the drawing. The figure shows the cross section of the lock system box including the lock housing.
When the repeating lever 10 is actuated downwards, the lock 11 slides down and releases the lock 20. Before the breech 20 opens, the sliding surface 1 of the repeating lever 10 presses on the surface 2 of the loading spoon 30, whereby on the one hand the ammunition stopper 40 is pressed down by the foremost edge 3 of the loading spoon 30 and on the other hand the ammunition holder 60 by being placed on the ammunition stopper 40 , is pushed up so that the ammunition slides from the magazine 50 onto the loading spoon 30 up to the repeating lever stop 6. Now the lock 20 opens, at the same time tensions the hammer 70 and the repeating lever stop 6 moves backwards, so that the Ammunition by spring force 12 on the loading spoon 30, slides up to stop 7.
At the same time, the edge 8 of the repeating lever 10 presses and lifts the surface 9 on the loading spoon 30, as a result of which ammunition stopper 40 and ammunition holder 60 become free. The ammunition stopper 40 moves upwards by spring force 80, whereby the ammunition supply from the magazine 50 is stopped. The ammunition holder 60, however, slides down by spring force (not shown) and holds the ammunition in the loading spoon 30 with its upper end with slight pressure.
The actuation of the repeating lever 10 up to the starting position closes the lock 20 and pushes the ammunition from the loading spoon 30 into the cartridge chamber 90 and then the loading spoon 30 and ammunition stopper 40 downwards. The bolt lock 11 slides up in the final phase of the repeating movement and blocks the bolt 20. The rifle is ready to fire.
