Figur 1 einen Dübel in Ansicht auf den Längsschlitz der Verankerungshülse;
Figur 2 den Dübel der Figur 1 in um 90" gedrehter Stellung;
Figur 3 den Dübel der Figur 1 im Schnitt III-III;

5. Dowel according to claim 1, characterized in that the cone (4) in the front region has at least one slot (28), which is preferably aligned with the slot (8) of the anchoring sleeve (22).
6. Dowel according to claim 1, characterized in that the cone (4) has an axial opening (30) which preferably tapers towards the front.
7. Dowel according to claim 1, characterized in that the cone (4) has a metallic insert (32) arranged coaxially to its longitudinal axis with a threaded bore (34) for receiving a screw.
8. Dowel according to claim 1, characterized in that at the rear end of the cone (4) inwardly facing lips (24) are arranged.
The invention relates to a dowel according to the preamble of claim 1.
Dowels of the type mentioned are known, wherein the retractable cone is made of metal and has a threaded bore for receiving a screw. The disadvantage here is that such an anchor is relatively expensive, since the cone must be made of metal. In addition, there is the disadvantage that such a cone is only suitable for machine screws, but not for wood screws. In addition, it is very disadvantageous that the cone and the anchoring sleeve are two separate parts, and there is always the risk that one of the parts will be lost and the other thus become unusable.
The object of the invention is to design a dowel of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the disadvantages described do not occur.
The object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1.
The fact that the cone is made of plastic and is connected in one piece to the anchoring sleeve results in a significant simplification of the production, since the dowel is not only made entirely of plastic, but can also be produced in a single operation. This also has the advantage that the cone and the anchoring sleeve are always connected to one another so that not one of the parts can be lost. There is also the decisive advantage that not only machine screws, but above all wood screws can be screwed into the plastic cone.
Advantageous designs of the dowel are defined in claims 2 to 8.
The design of the dowel according to claim 2 includes the advantage that the cone protrudes with its rear end into the anchoring sleeve and thereby a certain guidance is given which facilitates the pulling in of the cone into the anchoring sleeve.
The design of the dowel according to claim 3 ensures that the rib can engage in the slot of the anchoring sleeve when the cone is pulled into the anchoring sleeve and prevents the cone from rotating. This ensures that the cone is pulled in properly.
An embodiment of the dowel according to claim 4 is particularly advantageous.
The dowel can have a cone with a continuous jacket, but the cone is advantageously designed according to claim 5. This training is particularly advantageous with an embodiment of the dowel according to claim 6.
As a result, the cone can simultaneously act as an expansion body, which significantly improves the fixing effect of the anchor, since the cone, whose outside diameter must not exceed the outside diameter of the anchoring sleeve in retirement, can be further enlarged due to the expanding effect, so that the anchoring sleeve attaches even more to one Inner wall of a hole can be pressed.
The dowel can also be used directly for machine screws, in which case the thread of such a screw engages in the opening of the cone and a thread cuts itself. The embodiment according to claim 6 is particularly advantageous, which results in a tight fit of the machine screw on the cone. But it is also possible to design the dowel according to claim 7.
It is advantageous if the dowel is designed according to claim 8. When a screw is driven into the dowel, it is in contact with the lips and is not hit by the cone.
Exemplary embodiments of the dowel are described in more detail with reference to the drawings, which show:
Figure 1 shows a dowel in view of the longitudinal slot of the anchoring sleeve;
Figure 2 shows the dowel of Figure 1 in a position rotated by 90 ";
Figure 3 shows the dowel of Figure 1 in section III-III;
Figure 4 shows a cone with a metallic insert in longitudinal section.
Figures 1 to 3 show a dowel which has an anchoring sleeve 2 made of plastic, on which a cone 4 is integrally formed via a connection point 6 designed as a predetermined breaking point.
The anchoring sleeve 2 has a customary configuration. It contains two slots 8, offset by 1800, which are open towards the front. Furthermore, the outer jacket of the anchoring sleeve is provided with ribs 10 which have a sawtooth-like cross section, the front flanks 12 being steeper than the rear flanks 14. In addition, the anchoring sleeve contains two rearward-facing locking tabs 16 which pull the anchoring sleeve 2 out of a borehole prevent. Cutting-like ribs 18 serve to prevent the anchoring sleeve from rotating in a borehole.
The connection point 6 between the anchoring sleeve 2 and the cone 4 is arranged at a short distance from the rear end 20 of the conical outer jacket 22. Furthermore, inwardly projecting lips 23 are present at the rear end 20 of the cone, which serve as securing means for the screws. On the outer jacket 22 there are also two diametrically opposed ribs 26 which align with the slots 8 and cooperate with the slots 8 in the sense of an anti-rotation when the cone is drawn into the anchoring sleeve 2. The cone 4 is provided in the front area with two diametrically opposite slots 28. The cone also includes an axial opening 30 that tapers toward the front. Both screws with a machine thread and, in particular, screws with a wooden thread can be screwed into this opening 30.
When screwing a screw into the cone 4, this becomes
spread outwards and clings to the wall of a hole. If the screw is tightened and an axial pull acts on the cone 4, the cone, if its holding force is not sufficient, is separated from the anchoring sleeve 2 at the connection point 6 and drawn into the anchoring sleeve 2 as the axial pull progresses. The latter is pressed outwards, which further increases the anchoring force. The dowel is not only suitable for drilling in solid bodies, but also for fastening to hollow bodies or plates, with the parts of the anchoring sleeve spreading so far that the dowel can no longer be pulled out of the hole.
FIG. 4 shows a modified design of the cone 4, a metallic insert 32 with a threaded bore 34 being cast in at the front end for receiving a screw with a machine thread.
