Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf die Unterseite einer Unterdachplatte;
Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht der Unterdachplatte gemäss Fig. 1 in Richtung gegen deren Längsseite;
Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht der Unterdachplatte gemäss Fig. 1 in Richtung gegen deren Schmalseite;

10. Unterdachplattenach according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the insulating layer (3) made of mineral fibers, for. B. is formed from glass or rock fibers.
The present invention relates to a sub-roof panel for an insulation sub-roof according to the preamble of claim 1.
In a known sub-roof panel of this type, the underside of a hardboard carries a mineral wool panel, in which a reinforcing strip attached to the hardboard is embedded (CH-PS 601598). This reinforcement strip runs in the middle of the insulation layer and across the fall line of the roof.
This reinforcement strip brings about a certain local increase in the load-bearing capacity of the sub-roof panel, but the distance between the reinforcement strips of adjacent sub-roof panels is too great for the finished insulation sub-roof to ensure roughly the same and sufficiently large load-bearing capacity over the entire sub-roof surface and to be too strong everywhere under load To prevent compression of the insulation layer. There is also a risk of the loose insulation layer breaking or breaking off during handling.
The present invention aims to overcome these drawbacks. It is therefore the task of creating an under-roof panel of the type mentioned at the outset which has approximately the same load-bearing capacity over the entire area of the insulation layer and in which compression of this insulation layer, which reduces the insulation capacity of the insulation layer, is avoided and the insulation layer is held together.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the features listed in the characterizing part of claim 1.
The crossing ribs, which run through the insulation layer in different directions, prevent the insulation layer from being compressed too much at certain points when the plate is loaded. In addition, these ribs give the plate-shaped support an increase in the load-bearing capacity which is approximately the same over the entire extent of the insulation layer.
Furthermore, the insulation layer is held together by the reinforcing body, which preferably has a cell-like structure, thereby largely avoiding the risk of the insulation layer breaking or breaking off.
The ribs advantageously end at a distance in front of the end faces of the insulation layer. As a result, when the sub-roof panels are joined together, the insulation layers of adjoining sub-roof panels can be felted, so that a practically seamless connection can be achieved at the joints of the sub-roof panel.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. They show schematically:
Figure 1 is a plan view of the underside of an under-roof panel.
FIG. 2 shows a side view of the sub-roof panel according to FIG. 1 in the direction against its longitudinal side;
FIG. 3 shows a side view of the sub-roof panel according to FIG. 1 in the direction against the narrow side thereof;
Fig. 4 in perspective and on an enlarged scale the area of a crossing point between the ribs, and
Fig. 5 in section along a rafter part of a roof.
1-3, an under-roof panel 1 is shown in different views. This sub-roof panel 1 has a hardboard serving as a carrier 2, z. B. a Pavatex plate.
This hardboard 2 is rectangular or square in shape. The long side of the hardboard 2 is denoted by 2 'and its narrow side by 2 ". On the underside of the hardboard 2, an insulation layer 3 is attached by means of a plastic adhesive. This insulation layer is also rectangular and has a long side 3a with a long side 2' of the hardboard 2 and with a narrow side 3b flush with a narrow side 2 'of the hardboard 2. On the other long side 3a and the other narrow side 3b of the insulation layer 3, the hardboard 2 protrudes over the insulation layer 3. These protruding sections of the hardboard 2 are designated 2a and 2b.
The protrusion of these sections 2a, 2b of the hardboard 2 over the insulation layer 3 is at least 6 cm.
The insulation layer 3 consists of a thermal insulation material, preferably mineral fibers, for. B. glass or rock fibers.
The insulation layer 3 can consist, for example, of a glass fiber plate or a mineral wool plate, such as, for. B. are marketed under the names Vetroflex and Flumroc.
A reinforcement body, generally designated 4, is embedded in the insulation layer 3 and is also fastened to the underside of the hardboard 2 by means of a plastic adhesive. This reinforcing body 4 is formed by longitudinal ribs 5 which run parallel to one another and to the long side 2 'of the hardboard 2 and by transverse ribs 6 which run parallel to one another and to the narrow side 2' of the hardboard 2.
The ribs 5, 6 protrude downward from the hardboard 2, as can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 3, and preferably also consist of hard fiber material. Due to the intersecting longitudinal and transverse ribs 5, 6, the reinforcing body 4 has a cell-like structure. These cells 7 of this reinforcing body 4 are filled with the insulation layer 3.
In order to obtain a good connection of the ribs 5, 6, these ribs have grooves 9 at the crossing points 8, or
10 on (Fig. 4). The depth of these notches 9, 10 is half the height H of the ribs. At the crossing points 8, one rib engages in the groove of the other rib. In this way, the reinforcing body 4 is given considerable stability.
2 and 3 show the thickness D of the insulation
layer 3 is greater than the height H of the ribs 5, 6. Thus, the ribs 5, 6 are embedded towards the bottom in the insulation layer 3, as a result of which the formation of cold bridges along these ribs is avoided. Both the longitudinal ribs 5 and the transverse ribs 6 pass through the insulation layer 3 essentially over its entire length or width. In order to ensure good matting between the abutting sub-roof panels 1 when the sub-roof panels 1 are joined, both the longitudinal and the transverse ribs 5, 6 end at a distance. b in front of the longitudinal or narrow side 3a or 3b of the insulation layer 3. As a result of this matting, the sub-roof panels 1 can be strung together practically without gaps, so that there is a tight connection between the abutting sub-roof panels 1.
The load-bearing capacity of the hardboard 2 is now increased by the reinforcing body 4. Since the reinforcing body 4 spreads practically over the entire extent of the insulation layer 3, a resilience which is practically constant over the entire area is brought about. Furthermore, the cellular design of the reinforcing body 4 prevents the soft insulation layer 3 from being compressed when the sub-roof panel 1 is loaded, which would result in a loss of insulation capability. The reinforcing body has the further advantage that it holds the loose insulation layer 3 together, so that the insulation layer 3 is largely prevented from breaking off or breaking off when the sub-roof panel 1 is handled.
On its side facing away from the hardboard 8, the insulation layer 3 is provided with a vapor barrier or vapor barrier 11. This vapor barrier or vapor barrier can be formed, for example, by an aluminum foil, by aluminum kraft paper, by kraft paper or the like. This vapor barrier or vapor barrier 11 can, however, be omitted in certain cases. ¯¯¯ ¯¯ ¯ ¯ ¯
In Fig. 5 is a section along a rafter 12 a Ausclmitt a roof is shown, which has an insulation sub-roof, bestelhelid from sub-roof panels la, lb, 1c, ld, le, lf.
These sub-roof panels la-lf, which correspond in structure to the sub-roof panel 1 according to FIGS. 1-3, are laid on rafters 12 in a known manner. During installation, the sub-roof panels are pushed together with the long side 3a or narrow side 3b of the insulation layer 3.
The protruding edge portions 2a, 2b of the hardboard 2 cover the side and bottom abutting sub-roof panel. The joints between the insulating layers 3 of adjacent sub-roof panels 1 are thus covered by these protruding edge sections 2a, 2b. Counter battens 13 are nailed onto the present sub-roof panels, to which the roof battens 14 are nailed. This battens 14 supports the roof covering 15, which can be formed, for example, by roof tiles or asbestos cement panels (Eternit panels).
Since the sub-roof panels 1 have a high intrinsic strength and are resistant to bending, the insulation sub-roof produced with such sub-roof panels can be walked on without breaking the sub-roof panels. It is also possible to provide plate joints where there is no support by a rafter 12.
