Anspruchs 1 wiedergegebenen Merkmale aufweist.

2. Circuit arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting plates (21,22) consist of sealing material.
The invention relates to a pneumatic circuit arrangement in the form of a cycle chain for the cycle control of various pneumatic work units, in which each cycle stage is designed as a module. according to the preamble of claim 1.
A related circuit arrangement has become known from DE-OS 2149 189. However, this known pneumatic circuit arrangement is generally constructed separately for a specific function and interconnects separately, which not only in the case of the construction of a new control arrangement, but also in the event that one or more elements are present in an existing control arrangement
Items fail. is relatively complex and therefore expensive.
Furthermore, a fluidic control circuit has become known from FR-PS 2154372, which in the preamble of
Claim 1 reproduced features. In this known arrangement, however, the problem is not addressed, in a program control for cyclically successive activation of actuators or other Druckmit tel consumers provide a repeat lock.
If you wanted to create such a repeat lock in the known arrangement, you would have to provide an external, separate initial ignition valve each to emit a pulse for the first setting of the first consumer, which has the disadvantage that even if the first consumer is accidentally actuated, it is then reactivated could be, if the work of the last consumer has not yet been completed, so that in the event of a single, inadvertent additional activation, there are two activation waves that pass through the valve bank of the control. If you wanted to remedy the situation then you wanted to put the initial ignition valve in a normally inaccessible place on the machine. one would have to use an installer or another authorized person in a disadvantageous manner for starting after completely switching off.
In contrast, the object of the present invention is to provide a pneumatic circuit arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1, which has a repeat lock, wherein at any given time only one of the pressure medium consumers can be energized, and in which one after the pressure has been completely switched off can set the clear position of the clock circuit and a defined start position should be determined after resetting the clock chain by an erase pulse.
The above object is achieved according to the invention by a circuit arrangement according to claim 1.
DD-PS 121671 has made the use of connecting plates known for a pressure medium supply programmable by electrical signals for a consumer for the purpose of varying the operating mode of assemblies, but the arrangement shown there has no further points of contact with the subject matter of the invention, so it could Do not suggest invention.
By integrating the logic elements in the logic plates, the logic plates can be quickly replaced in the event of errors or other failures without great effort. Since the individual plates are only placed on top of each other, replacement is also possible without loosening tubing or similar connecting elements. Due to the possibility of individual exchange of memory and logic plates, the maintenance of the circuit arrangement according to the invention is simple and cheap; it can also be expanded in any way. Furthermore, it is possible to achieve, for example, two circuits within the clock module using one and the same logic plate and the connection plate located underneath.
Replacing the seal with another one is particularly advantageous for the clock module of the last stage if you want to ensure that the module of the last clock stage does not set the first stage of the clock chain again or only if an additional pulse is made or
prepared. It is therefore particularly possible to provide the clock module with a repeat lock by simply replacing the seal. Above all, however, the object described above is achieved with all the advantages resulting therefrom with the invention. The logic plate containing the OR gate and the AND gate and the connection plate having the connection openings are standard components and are identical for all control blocks. while the connecting plate can be different for the control blocks. The desired repeat lock is obtained when a simultaneous activation is connected
several consumers by modifying a small and cheap part in the last of the control blocks.
In the following description, the invention is described and explained in more detail with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawing. It shows:
1 is an exploded perspective view of the structural design of a circuit arrangement according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, only a single clock stage of the clock chain being shown in addition to the input and output plates,
2 shows the circuit diagram of a circuit arrangement provided with several clock stages according to the embodiment of FIG. 1,
Fig. 3 shows a section along the line III-III of Fig. 1 by a clock block of one of the front clock stages and
Fig. 4 is a section similar to FIG. 3, but through the clock block of the final clock stage.
The circuit arrangement according to the invention shown in the drawing is a pneumatic clock chain 11, which is constructed from a plurality of clock stages each designed as a module 12, an end clock stage designed as a module 13 and an input and an output module 14 and 15, respectively. Such a clock chain 11, which can be of any length or
can be expanded, is used for the cyclical control of various, but not shown, pneumatic work units of one or more machines or the like, which carry out work steps in a specific time sequence. As will still be shown, the clock chain 11 is constructed in such a way that a specific work step can only be carried out if the previous work step has been carried out. The repetition of this work cycle is furthermore only possible in the exemplary embodiment shown if the last work step has ended and if the repetition of the work cycle is desired, for example by the operator operating the machine starting the new work cycle by hand.
Each module 12, 13 consists of a connection plate 16, a logic plate 17 and a memory 18, which elements are arranged one above the other or placed on top of one another and connected to one another in a pressure-tight manner. A seal 21 is arranged between the connection plate 16 and the logic plate 17 to form the module 12 for the front clock stages, while another seal 22 is inserted between the connection plate 16 and the logic plate 17 to form the module 13 for the final clock stage. The seals 21, 22, which, as will still be shown with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, are provided with different recesses, effect a different internal connection of the logic plate 17 and the connection plate 16.
In the exemplary embodiment, the connection plates 16 are provided with four parallel bores 26 to 29 which are arranged at different distances and each form a section of the lines S. Z, P and Y which are yet to be explained. From these bores, the bores 26 and 28 penetrate the entire width of the connection plates 16, while the bores 27 and 29 are two blind bores for the incoming part Zn and Yn and the outgoing part Zn + I and Yn + l of the lines concerned. The input and output modules 14 and 15 are formed from plates which are provided with blind holes 31 to 34 which start from the longitudinal side which lies opposite the holes 26 to 29 of the connection plates 16.
The blind bores 31 to 34 open into bores, not shown, which run vertically downward and with which connecting nipples are aligned for connection to external lines. In the bores 26 to 29 and 31 to 34 of the input, output and connection plates 16 are formed symmetrically. hollow cylindrical sealing plug 36 inserted pressure-tight, so that the bores the lines S. P or the line sections Z ,, Znf I and Y ,. Form Yne.
The input, output and connection plates 14, 15, 16 are also designed such that they can be attached to a mounting frame 37 which consists of two parallel, longitudinal and several transverse frame parts 38, 39. The length of the longitudinal frame parts 38 depends on the number of clock stages 12, 13 to be used.
As can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 4, which show a section in the area of the outgoing line parts Zn + 1 and Yn + 1, the through bores 26 and 28 and the blind bores 27 and 29 are each in a specific plane perpendicular to them with holes 41 in connection, which start from the top 42 of the connection plate 16, which is opposite the seal 21 or 22 or the logic plate 17. The connecting plate 16 also has two through bores 43, 44 parallel to the bores 41, which merge into the connecting nipple 46 on the underside and thus form part of a working line A and a feedback line X.
The logic plate 17 has two pneumatic valves as integrated components, one of which is designed as an AND element 47 and the other as an OR element 48. Channels 49 and channels 50 are provided in the logic board 17, which are assigned to the AND gate 47 and the OR gate 48 and run to the top 51 or to the bottom 52 of the logic board 17, depending on which function the channels have to perform. The logic plate 17 also has two parallel, from the bottom 52 to the top 51 through channels, of which the channels 53, 54 shown via the seal 21 or 22, the pressure line pin of the connection plate 16 or the working line A in the connection plate 16 an input of Memory 18 / connects to an output of the memory 18.
The memory 18 is a standard air pulse valve that has five inputs and can take two switching positions. The storage valve 18, which is fastened on the upper side 51 of the logic plate 17, is provided with connection bores or channels, not shown, which are connected to the corresponding channels of the logic plate 17. The exact circuitry assignment of the storage valve 18 to the logic elements 47, 48 results from FIG. 2.
As can be seen in FIG. 3, the seal 21 in the module 12 is provided with bore and slot-like openings 58, 59 in such a way that the reset line S with the one pressure line 50 'and the outgoing section Zn + l of the connecting line Z is connected to the other pressure line 50 "of the OR element 48. The output 50" 'of the OR element 48 leads to a control input of the storage valve 18. The channel 53 of the pressure line P leads to a valve input and the channel 54 to the working line A. a valve outlet, the inlet and outlet being connected to one another in a switching position of the storage valve 18.
The section Yn + l of the connecting line Y leading to the following stage, that is to say outgoing, is connected to the channel 49 ', which leads to an output of the AND gate 47, while its input via a channel 49 "in a manner not shown or
leads to the working line A within the valve 18. Here, too, the input and output are connected to one another in a switching position of the AND element 47. The one control input of the AND gate 47 leads via the channel 49 "'to the feedback line X, while the reset input is formed by a spring 61, in which position the connecting line section Yn + l is separated from the working line A. Those arriving from the preceding clock stage 12 Sections Z ,,.
of the logic equation Z and Y are connected to the working line A via a curved slot in the seal 21, and to the storage valve 18 via a seal bore and a through bore in the logic plate 12.
In the module 13 for the final clock stage shown in FIG. 4, only the seal is replaced compared to the module 12 in FIG. 3. The seal 22 is provided with bore-like and slot-like openings 58 'and 59', which serve to produce the connection described below.
The incoming section Yn of the connecting line Y is connected to the one input of the OR gate 48 via the opening 59 '(connection in FIG. 4 hidden). The reset line S is unchanged connected to the other input of the OR gate 48, the output of which, although not shown, also leads to the storage valve 18, but to its other control input. Furthermore, the outgoing section Zn + l of the connecting line is connected to the one control input of the storage valve 18 via the opening 58 'and a through-bore 60 shown in broken lines.
With regard to the pressure line P, the feedback line X, the working line A, the outgoing section Yn + 1 and the incoming section Zn of the respective connecting line, the seal 22 is in the same manner as in Fig. 3, i. H. formed as the seal 21.
As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 3, the working line A leads to the upper side 51 of the logic plate 17 via the AND element 47, at the opening of which a pressure display device 56 is provided. With this pressure display device 56 one can monitor that the pressure is present or built up in each cycle stage 12, 13 and in the corresponding sequence.
The air pulse valve 18 also has a manual confirmation, not shown, whereby the status of the memory 18 can be determined.
The clock chain 11 according to the invention essentially works as follows: The memory valve 18 is set via the linkage line Y when the AND gate 47 of the preceding clock stage supplies an output signal. This set signal at the memory 18 causes the control command in the working line A via the relevant work unit for the next switching step, secondly the deletion of the memory 18 of the previous clock stage 12 via the associated OR gate 48, thirdly the preparation of the AND gate 47 of the following clock stage 12 or 13 and fourthly the visual display of the working signal on the pressure display 56.
If the completion of this first switching step or the execution of the stroke or the like of the work unit concerned is reported by the fact that a signal occurs in the feedback line X, the AND element 47 of the relevant clock stage 12 receives its second input signal after the work signal A, i. H. in this case, its control signal X, whereby the AND gate 47 is switched and a signal is generated in the outgoing link line Yn + l. This successive cycle from cycle stage to cycle stage, which can be dependent on the speed or the like size of the work unit in question, extends to the final cycle stage 13.
As mentioned, this end clock stage 13 is controlled in such a way that the clock chain 11 only repeats its working cycle when the operator actuates a button 57 which is switched on in the external feedback of the connection line from the end clock stage 13 to the first clock stage 12. The end clock stage 13 is deleted differently than in the first clock stages, namely only via the reset line S, with which all other clock stages are also deleted at the same time. The memory 18 of the output clock stage 13 is reset via the connecting line Z coming from the input stage 12.
