PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Zieranhänger für Reissverschlussschieber mit einer eine Lochung aufweisenden Zuglasche, mit einem auf die Zuglasche (17) abgestimmten und zur Aufnahme derselben bestimmten Einsteckschacht (11) und einem in diesem angeordneten, mit einer Auflaufschräge (15) versehenen Zahn (13), welcher dazu bestimmt ist, in die Lochung der in den Einsteckschacht (11) eingeschobenen Zuglasche (17) einzurasten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zahn (13) am freien Ende einer quer zur Einsteckrichtung verschwenkbaren Zunge (3) gelagert ist, die aus einem Teil des Anhängers (14) besteht und durch eine in diesem ausgeschnittene U-förmige Aussparung (16) gebildet ist.
2. Anhänger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einstückig, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, hergestellt ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zieranhänger für Reissverschlussschieber, welche eine eine Lochung aufweisende Zuglasche aufweisen, mit einem auf die Zuglasche abgestimmten und zur Aufnahme derselben bestimmten Einsteckschacht und einem in diesem angeordneten, mit einer Auflaufschräge versehenen Zahn, welcher dazu bestimmt ist, in die Lochung der in den Einsteckschacht eingeschobenen Zuglasche einzurasten.
Zieranhänger dieser Art sind beispielsweise aus der CH PS 283 983, dem DE-GM 7 101 830 und der DE-OS 2 820 936 bekannt. Sie dienen als Werbeträger aber auch dazu, die Handhabung des Reissverschlusses zu erleichtern und die Zuglasche zu kaschieren.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Zieranhänger der vorgenannten Art zu schaffen, der unter Beibehaltung der Vorteile bisheriger bekannten Ausführungen, insbesondere der sicheren Halterung an der Zuglasche eines Reissverschlusses, gegenüber den bekannten Ausführungen sich dank seinem einfachen Aufbau erheblich preiswerter herstellen lässt.
Die erfindungsgemässe Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht darin, dass der Zahn am freien Ende einer quer zur Einsteckrichtung verschwenkbaren Zunge gelagert ist, die aus einem Teil des Anhängers besteht und durch eine in diesem ausgeschnittene U-förmige Aussparung gebildet ist.
Vorteilhaft kann ein solcher Zieranhänger einstückig, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, hergestellt sein, wobei hierzu vergleichsweise einfache Spritzwerkzeuge benötigt werden.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemässen Zieranhängers dargestellt. Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine Aufsicht auf einen Reissverschlussschieber mit Zuglasche einerseits und einen davon noch getrennten Zieranhänger,
Fig. 2 eine teilweise im Längsschnitt gehaltene Seitenansicht ähnlich Fig. 1, wobei der Anhänger bereits auf die Zuglasche aufgeschoben ist, und
Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt entsprechend der Schnittlinie III-III in Fig. 2 bei teilweise weggelassenem Reissverschlussschieber.
Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen einen Reissverschlussschieber 18, der in bekannter Weise den Öffnungs- bzw. Schliessmechanismus für die (nicht dargestellten) Schliessketten eines Reissverschlusses betätigt. Zum Schieber 18 gehört eine Zuglasche 17 mit einer Lochung 2. Der Anhänger 14 besteht im Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem flachen, einstückigen Spritzling aus Kunststoff. Seine in Fig. 1 gut sichtbare Umrissform ist rechteckig. Der Anhänger kann jedoch in beliebiger Form realisiert, gegebenenfalls mit Bildern, Prägungen, Schriftzeichen u. dgl. versehen sein. Wie besonders gut in Fig. 2 zu erkennen ist, befindet sich im Inneren des Anhängers 14 ein Schacht 11, der zur Zuglasche 17 hin eine Schachtöffnung 12 besitzt. Schacht 11 und Öffnung 12 einerseits und die Zuglasche 17 anderseits sind in ihren Abmessungen aufeinander abgestimmt.
Als Verbindungsteil zwischen dem Anhänger 14 und der Zuglasche 17 ist eine Einrastverbindung vorgesehen.
Dazu besitzt der Anhänger 14 einen Zahn 13, der an seiner der Zuglasche 17 zugewandten Rückseite eine Auflaufschräge 15 besitzt. Der Zahn reicht dabei zumindest ein erhebliches Stück in den Querschnitt des Schachtes 11. In derjenigen Flachseite des Anhängers 14, an welche der Zahn 13 befestigt ist, befindet er sich an einer Zunge 3, die ein vor übergehendes Ausweichen des Zahnes 13 erlaubt, wenn der Anhänger 14 auf die Zuglasche 17 aufgesteckt wird. Diese Zunge 3 ist einstückig mit dem gesamten Anhänger 14 verbunden und erhält ihre Beweglichkeit durch eine U-förmige Aussparung 16, die gut aus Fig. 1 und 2 erkennbar ist.
Zum Zusammenfügen von Anhänger 14 und Reissverschlussschieber 18 bzw. dessen Zuglasche 17 wird der Anhänger 14 ähnlich Fig. 1 angesetzt und dann auf die Zuglasche 17 aufgeschoben, wie gut aus Fig. 2 erkennbar. Der Aufhänger ist damit sicher am Schieber 18 verrastet und wird zum Bedienen des Reissverschlusses herangezogen. Insbesondere durch einen Anhänger mit entsprechenden Abmessungen kann die Angriffsfläche für die Zuglasche 17 vergrössert werden, so dass der Anhänger auch noch die bequeme Bedienbarkeit des Schiebers 18 begünstigt.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Decorative tag for zipper slider with a perforation pull tab, with a matched to the pull tab (17) and intended for receiving the same insertion slot (11) and arranged in this, with a ramp (15) provided tooth (13), which is intended to snap into the perforation of the pull tab (17) inserted into the insertion shaft (11), characterized in that the tooth (13) is mounted at the free end of a tongue (3) which can be pivoted transversely to the direction of insertion and which consists of part of the trailer (14) and is formed by a cut-out in this U-shaped recess (16).
2. Trailer according to claim 1, characterized in that it is made in one piece, preferably from plastic.
The invention relates to a decorative tag for zipper sliders, which have a pull tab with a perforation, with a matched to the pull tab and intended for receiving the same insertion shaft and arranged in this, provided with an inclined tooth, which is intended for the perforation in the to snap in the inserted pull tab.
Decorative tags of this type are known for example from CH PS 283 983, DE-GM 7 101 830 and DE-OS 2 820 936. They serve as advertising media but also to facilitate the handling of the zipper and to conceal the pull tab.
The object of the invention is to provide a decorative tag of the aforementioned type which, while retaining the advantages of previous known designs, in particular the secure mounting on the pull tab of a zipper, can be manufactured considerably more cheaply than the known designs thanks to its simple structure.
The solution to this problem according to the invention is that the tooth is mounted on the free end of a tongue which can be swiveled transversely to the insertion direction and which consists of part of the trailer and is formed by a U-shaped cutout cut out therein.
Such a decorative tag can advantageously be made in one piece, preferably from plastic, with comparatively simple injection molding tools being required for this.

1 and 2 show a zipper slider 18 which actuates the opening or closing mechanism for the closing chains (not shown) of a zipper in a known manner. The slide 18 includes a pull tab 17 with a perforation 2. In the exemplary embodiment, the trailer 14 consists of a flat, one-piece molded part made of plastic. Its clearly visible outline shape in Fig. 1 is rectangular. However, the pendant can be implemented in any form, possibly with pictures, embossing, characters and the like. Like. Provided. As can be seen particularly well in FIG. 2, there is a shaft 11 in the interior of the trailer 14, which has a shaft opening 12 towards the pull tab 17. The dimensions of shaft 11 and opening 12 on the one hand and pull tab 17 on the other are matched to one another.
A snap connection is provided as the connecting part between the trailer 14 and the pull tab 17.
For this purpose, the trailer 14 has a tooth 13 which has a run-up slope 15 on its rear side facing the pull tab 17. The tooth extends at least a considerable distance into the cross section of the shaft 11. In the flat side of the trailer 14 to which the tooth 13 is attached, it is located on a tongue 3 which allows the tooth 13 to temporarily escape when the Trailer 14 is attached to the pull tab 17. This tongue 3 is integrally connected to the entire trailer 14 and receives its mobility through a U-shaped recess 16, which can be clearly seen in FIGS. 1 and 2.
To assemble the trailer 14 and the zipper slider 18 or its pull tab 17, the tag 14 is attached similar to FIG. 1 and then pushed onto the pull tab 17, as can be seen from FIG. 2. The hanger is thus securely locked on the slide 18 and is used to operate the zipper. The contact surface for the pull tab 17 can be enlarged in particular by a trailer with corresponding dimensions, so that the trailer also favors the ease of use of the slide 18.
