Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schaftzug zwischen dem Antriebshebel einer Fachbildemaschine und einem zugeordneten, extrem langen Schaft einer breiten Webmaschine, wobei am Schaftzugstab mindestens zwei schwenkbare Doppelhebel angeordnet sind, die an verschiedenen Orten dieses Schaftzugstabes angreifen und diesen mit dem Schaftrahmen verbinden und ferner zwischen den Angriffspunkten der Doppelhebel der Schaftzugstab aus einzelnen Stäben besteht. In den Fig. 1-3 der Zeichnungen sind drei bekannte, praktisch angewendete Ausführungen derartiger Schaftzüge schematisch dargestellt. Da es sich dabei um grosse Webmaschinen mit einer Webbreite von mehreren, z.B. 3-15 Metern handelt, wirkt der Schaftzugstab über drei und mehr schwenkbare Doppelhebel 4 und Stossglieder40 auf den Rahmen des Schaftes 10. Sowohl der Transport als auch die Montage dieser langen Stäbe ist schwierig und verlangt eine grosse Sorgfalt, was dazu führte, dass andere Lösungen gesucht wurden. Die Ursache der Verfälschung der Bewegungsgeometrk vom einen Doppelhebel 4 zum andern, liegt in der unterschiedlichen Winkelstellung der Verbindungslinie 9,90 zur Längsachse der Schaftzugstäbe 51, welche Verbindungslinier an zwei benachbarten Doppelhebeln 4 von der Achse 6 durch die Gelenke 7 am gemeinsamen Stab 51 gezogen sind.
