PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Badewanne mit einem Fussgestell, deren in der Höhe einstellbaren Füsse den Badewannenrand an den Ecken der Badewanne abstützen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unabhängig voneinander angeordneten Füsse (2 bis 5) an ihren oberen Enden eine Platte (7) für das Untergreifen und Abstützen je einer Ecke (15) des Badewannenrandes (16) aufweisen, dass an der Unterseite der Platte (7) ein oder meh- rere Anschläge (17, 18) zur Abstützung der Platte (7) an dem nach innen abgewinkelten Rand (16) der Badewanne (1) angebracht sind, dass an jedem Fuss (2 bis 5) ein zur Badewanne (1) hin weisender Anschlag (14) vorgesehen ist, der sich beim montierten Fuss an der Wanne (1) abstützt, und dass das untere Ende des Fusses (2 bis 5) mit der Badewanne (1) über ein Zugband (22) verbunden ist.
2. Badewanne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (7) zur Längsachse des Fusses (2 bis 5) derart geneigt ist, dass die Platte zum Rand (16) der Badewanne einen Winkel von 4 bis 6 einschliesst.
3. Badewanne nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuss (2 bis 5) aus einem winkelförmig profilierten Blech (6) besteht, das an seiner oberen Seite durch die Platte (7) und an seiner unteren Seite durch eine Verstrebung (8) versteift ist, die eine Mutter (10) und ein mit Aussengewinde versehenes Rohr (11) für die Höhenverstellung des Fusses aufweist.
4. Badewanne nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus dem Fuss ein Lappen (20) mit einer Nase (21) ausgestellt ist, in die das Zugband (22) einhängbar ist.
5. Badewanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Oberseite der Platte (7) geräuschdämmende Elemente (19) angebracht sind.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Badewanne mit einem Fussgestell, deren in der Höhe einstellbaren Füsse den Badewannenrand an den Ecken der Wanne abstützen.
Badewanne und Fussgestell werden separat voneinander hergestellt und angeliefert und müssen für eine wirtschaftliche Montage der Badewanne vor Ort schnell montierbar sein. Darüber hinaus besteht die Forderung, dass dieses eine ausreichende Festigkeit und Standsicherheit aufweist und den Raum unterhalb der Badewanne nur unwesentlich einengt, so dass die Montage der Anschlussrohre und ggf. eine Wartung leicht durchzuführen ist.
Bei bekannten Badewannen, bei denen das Fussgestell entweder mit der Verkleidung integriert ist oder aber bei denen zumindest jeweils zwei Füsse miteinander verbunden sind, die ihrerseits durch die Verkleidung abgestützt werden, ist entweder die Montage sehr zeitaufwendig oder aber die erforderliche Festigkeit wird nur unvollkommen erreicht.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde. eine Badewanne mit einem Fussgestell vorzuschlagen, das kostengünstig in der Herstellung ist, eine einfache und schnelle Montage der Wanne gestattet und eine hohe Standfestigkeit der Wanne gewährleistet.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass die unabhängig voneinander angeordneten Füsse an ihrem oberen Enden eine Platte für das Untergreifen und Abstützen je einer Ecke des Badewannenrandes aufweisen, dass an der Unterseite der Platte ein oder mehrere Anschläge zur Abstützung der Platte an dem nach innen abgewinkelten Rand der Badewanne angebracht sind, dass an jedem Fuss ein zur Badewanne hin weisender Anschlag vorgesehen ist, der sich beim montierten Fuss an der Wanne abstützt, und dass das untere Ende des Fusses mit der Badewanne über ein
Zugband verbunden ist.
Zur Montage eines erfindungsgemässen Fusses wird die Platte des Fusses, deren äussere Kontur vorzugsweise der
Form der Ecke der Badewanne angepasst ist, unter den um gewinkelten Rand der Badewanne geschoben und dann so lange gegen die Badewanne verschwenkt, bis der Anschlag am Fuss an dieser zu liegen kommt. Für die Fixierung des
Fusses an der Badewanne muss jetzt lediglich noch ein Zug band mit dem Ende des Fusses und der Badewanne verbun den werden, um eine absolut stabile Verbindung von Bade wanne und Fuss zu erhalten. Das Zugband wird vorzugs weise in einer am Fuss ausgestellten Lasche eingehängt. Die
Montage der übrigen Füsse der Badewanne erfolgt gleicher massen, Da auch das Zugband lediglich am Fuss und an der
Badewanne eingehängt zu werden braucht, sind besondere
Werkzeuge für die Montage des Fussgestelles der Badewan ne nicht erforderlich.
Die Montage der Verkleidungsbleche erfolgt dann in üblicher Weise oder aber mit Hilfe von Befe stigungselementen, die in den abgewinkelten Rändern der
Befestigungsteile vorgesehenen Ausnehmungen eingerastet werden und unter den Rand der Badewanne greifen. Das untere Ende des Verkleidungsteiles kann mit einem entsprechenden Befestigungselement mit der Badewanne verbunden werden, wobei hier vorzugsweise ein Federblech in in dem Befestigungselement ausgebildete Nuten eingreift. Durch Wahl der entsprechenden Nuten kann der Abstand des Verkleidungsteiles zur Badewanne hin festgelegt werden.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen gehen aus den abhängigen Ansprüchen hervor. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist im folgenden anhand der Zeichnung näher be schrieben, in dieser zeigen:

In Fig. 1 und 2 ist in Seitenansicht und in der Ansicht von unten eine Badewanne 1 gezeigt, die von vier Füssen, die alle gleich ausgebildet sind, getragen sind. In den Fig, 3 bis 5 ist der Fuss 2 in vergrösserter Darstellung gezeigt. Der Fuss 2 besteht aus einem winkelförmig gebogenen Blech 6, an dessen oberem Ende eine Platte 7 angeschweisst ist. Das untere
Ende des profilierten Bleches 6 ist durch eine Verstrebung 8 versteift, die eine Bohrung 9 aufweist, über deren Öffnung eine Mutter 10 angeschweisst ist. In der Mutter 10 ist ein mit einem Aussengewinde versehenes Rohr II drehbar angeordnet, dessen unteres Ende einen Gummiauflager 12 zur Ab stützung am Boden aufweist. Eine Kontermutter 13 dient zur Fixierung der eingestellten Höhe des Rohres II relativ zum Fuss 2.
Im oberen Bereich des Fusses 2 ist ein Anschlag 14 ange schweisst, der sich, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, im montierten Zustand an die Wanne 1 anlegt.
Die Platte 7 ist der Form der Ecken 15 der Badewanne 1 angepasst und greift unter den umgewinkelten Rand 16 der Badewanne 1. An der Unterseite der Platte 7 sind zwei An schläge 17, 18 angebracht, die die Auflage der Platte 7 auf den Rand 16 bestimmen. Auf der Oberseite der Platte 7 sind GummiaufIagen 19 als Schalldämmittel aufgebracht, die an der Innenseite des Randes 16 anliegen.
Aus dem Blech 6 des Fusses 2 ist ein Lappen 20 ausge stellt, der eine Nase 21 bildet, in die ein Zugband 22 einge hängt ist, dessen andere Seite am Wannenboden 23 der
Wanne 1 befestigt ist. Das Zugband 22 verhindert, dass der Fuss nach aussen weggeklappt werden kann.
Die Montage der Füsse erfolgt folgendermassen. Der Fuss 2 wird mit seiner Platte 7 derart in die Ecke der Badewanne unter deren Rand 16 eingeschoben, dass die Ecke 24 der Platte in der Ecke 15 des Randes 16 der Badewanne 1 zu liegen kommt. Anschliessend wird die Unterseite des Fusses zur Badewanne hin verschwenkt, bis der Anschlag 14 an der Seitenwand der Wanne 1 zu liegen kommt. Ein weiteres Verschwenken des Fusses 1 zur Badewanne hin ist dann nicht mehr möglich. Zur Fixierung des Fusses 2 in dieser Stellung dient das Zugband 22, das ein Zurückschwenken des Fusses verhindert. Die Montage der Füsse an der Badewanne ist mit wenigen Handgriffen erreichbar, da darüber hinaus der Fuss unter Spannung über seinen Anschlag 14 an der Badewanne 1 durch die Zugbänder 22 gehalten ist, ist auch gewährleistet, dass eine spielfreie Verbindung des Fusses mit der Badewanne erhalten wird.
Für die Befestigung des Untertrittes am Fuss dient eine mit dem Untertritt 25 verbundene Klemmfeder 26, die um das Rohr 11 greift, wie dies in Fig. 6 dargestellt ist.

1.
