The present invention relates to a method for introducing a pile, a sheet pile or a steel beam into the foundation.
So far, piles, beams and sheet piles have mostly been driven in, but this is associated with various known disadvantages, in particular noise and vibration.
It is also known to predrill and pipe holes and to use the support in the protection of the pipes, the base being normally concreted. This process is complex.
The aim of the present invention is to provide a method which is particularly simple and suitable for certain soils. It is characterized in that a borehole is first created using a drill with a hollow rod, that a colloidal supporting liquid is then introduced into the borehole through its hollow rod during the withdrawal of the drill and that after the drill has been removed, the pile, the steel girder or the sheet pile wall is used. It is no longer necessary to pipe the hole. The supporting fluid has a double function, namely to support the soil until the element, namely the pile, the steel girder or the sheet pile is inserted and then to secure the element in the ground after hardening.
The invention also relates to an application of the method and a drill for carrying out the method.
An embodiment of the inventive method and the device for its implementation will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
1 to 3 each show a stage of the construction process.
1 and 2 show the actual drilling device.
A caterpillar hoist has a guide 3 which can be erected and adjusted by means of a cylinder 2 and on which a boom 4 is vertically displaceable and fixable in certain positions. A drive unit 5 is connected to the boom, through which a screw drill 6 projects. According to FIG. 1, the drill is suspended by means of a cable 7 and can be moved vertically. In the drive unit 5, the drill 6 is provided with gripping, radially compressible and releasable jaws which, in the clamped state, are able to drive the drill and are able to take it axially.
The axial feed of the drill 6 can be achieved by axially displacing the boom 4.
Fig. 1 shows the drilling process, the drill 6 is rotated continuously and advanced axially. His screw thread continuously transports dissolved material upwards, whereby the pitch of the drill threads is dimensioned so that the soil remains on it. The outside of the drill tunnels and the soil lying on them support the wall of the resulting borehole 9. From time to time the drill in the unit 5 is loosened, this is then raised, grips the drill further up and drives it for the further drilling process. The length of the drill, which can consist of several connected sections, is sufficient for the drilling depth to be achieved.
The drill string is hollow and is used to introduce supporting fluid, in particular mortar with a low cement admixture, the main components of which are opal clay and cement, into the borehole. If the depth of the borehole has been reached, the drill is pulled up as shown in FIG. 2. The upper end of the drill is now connected via a line 8b to a pumping station 8a for mortar or the like hardening supporting liquid, and the mortar 10 is continuously introduced into the resulting borehole as a supporting liquid through the hollow rod of the drill 6. To ensure this process, the lower end of the drill is provided with a nozzle head, in which locking pins are inserted into the nozzle openings during drilling (FIG. 1).
At the start of the retraction of the drill, these pins are ejected by briefly introducing pressurized water into the drill pipe, thus exposing the nozzle openings for the mortar pumped thereon.
The drill is completely removed from the borehole 9 and moved away to the side. A carrier 12 is then inserted into the borehole filled with mortar 10 by means of another lifting device 11 according to FIG. 3 and then supported in the desired position until the mortar has set.
The above for a carrier e.g. A method described in an I-beam can also be used accordingly for the introduction of a prefabricated concrete pile, in particular a spun concrete pile. It is drilled with a drill whose outside diameter is slightly less than the pile diameter. For example with drills of diameters 20, 30 and 40 for piles with outer diameters 24, 34 and
45 drilled.
It is also possible to create sheet piling accordingly. In this case, single sheet piles are placed in individual holes. In practice you go e.g. so that you first drill a row of holes in the manner described and fill with mortar and then insert the sheet piles. E.g. Rows of holes laterally displaced on one side corresponding to the displacement of the planks
Length of 4 m created and then the sheet piles in the usual
Wise set and coupled. After curing the
Mörtels will continue the process.
If steel girders or sheet piles are to be recovered afterwards, they can be treated with a separating material such as bitumen, oil or the like before use, so that there is no firm bond with the mortar.
The method according to Fig. 1-3 for setting steel girders can be used with advantage in the creation of cooling walls. Several carriers according to FIGS. 1-3 are introduced. Then excavation of an excavation pit is started in a known manner along the row of supports.
So that the wall elements of the cooling wall can now be inserted between adjacent beams, the mortar must be removed in the area of the excavation.
