1. Clamp for evacuatable pocket-receptacle, with open bottom, provided with means for fixing the pocket to the body around an orifice created by surgery, and allowing the evacuation of faecal matter or urine, the clamp closing the bottom removably open and comprising two parts, the first part being a foldable strip in two places so as to define three clamping members, and the second part being a locking member consisting of a hollow sleeve which is retained by one end of one of the terminal clamping members while sliding longitudinally relative to said end, the arrangement being such that the two terminal clamping members can be folded into positions where they are substantially parallel to the intermediate clamping member and can be fixed in these positions by the locking member, thus closing the pocket.

2. Pliers according to claim 1, in which the two terminal clamping members are each approximately half the length of the intermediate clamping member.

3. Pliers according to claim 2, in which said first part is a cylindrical strip of plastic material articulated in two places so as to define the three clamping members, and said second part is a hollow tube, and in which the cross sections of the clamping members are similar and are of reduced width, in comparison with the cross section of the intermediate clamping member.

Pliers according to claim 2, in which said first part is a flat strip of plastic material articulated in two places so as to define the three clamping members, and said second part is a hollow sleeve, the intermediate clamping member and the terminal clamping member by which said locking member is retained being of approximately equal widths, and the other terminal clamping member being of greater width.

5. Pouch-removable container comprising a clamp according to claim 4, characterized in that it comprises a narrow tail portion leading to the open bottom and in that the intermediate clamping member is fixed to the narrow tail portion.

6. Pocket according to claim 5, characterized in that the intermediate clamping member is coated with an adhesive for its temporary fixing to the tail portion of the pocket.

7. Pocket according to claim 5, characterized in that the intermediate clamping member is permanently welded to said tail portion of the pocket.
