PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Einweg-Becher mit einem abhebbar, versenkt eingeklemmten Deckel und einem fertig konsumierbaren Inhalt, wie Yoghurt, Glace oder Creme, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel mit zwei Sollbruchfalzen versehen ist, die dem Benützer nach dem Abbrechen der Seitenteile einen löffel- oder spachtelförmigen Mittelteil zur Konsumation des Becherinhalts belassen.
2. Becher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelteil des Deckels flach- und spachtelförmig ausgebildet ist und dass im Becherrand eine Aussparung angebracht ist.
3. Becher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelteil des Deckels eine löffelartige Vertiefung aufweist.
4. Becher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffteil des spachtel- oder löffelförmigen Mittelteiles des Deckels am Griffende gekröpft ist.
5. Becher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Becherrand oberhalb des versenkten Deckels mit einer abzieh- oder abreissbaren Folie kaschiert ist.
6. Becher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
7. Becher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel aus beschichtetem Karton hergestellt ist.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Einweg-Becher mit einem abhebbar, versenkt eingeklemmten Deckel und einem fertig konsumierbaren Inhalt wie Yoghurt, Quark, Glace, Creme oder dergleichen. Wenn ein solcher Becher beispielsweise aus einem Verkaufsautomaten entnommen wird, fehlt dem Käufer der Löffel zur Konsumation des Inhalts. Es handelt sich dabei meist um dünnwandige Einweg-Kunststoffbecher, die oft weggeworfen werden. Unabhängig davon, ob nun die gefüllten Becher aus einem Verkaufsautomaten stammen, einzeln oder in Grosspackungen verkauft werden, es ist immer von Vorteil, wenn dem Wegwerfbecher auch ein Wegwerflöffel beigegeben ist. Lose Wegwerflöffel sind zwar bekannt, sind aber unpraktisch und gehen verloren, oder es wird vergessen sie mitzuliefern.
Die Erfindung stellt sich zur Aufgabe, einen solchen Einwegbecher zu schaffen, dem immer ein Einweglöffel unverlierbar beigegeben ist.
Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe mit einem Einwegbecher, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass der Deckel mit zwei Sollbruchfalzen versehen ist, die dem Benützer nach dem Abbrechen der Seitenteile einen löffel- oder spachtelförmigen Mittelteil zur Konsumation des Becherinhalts belassen.
Der Löffel kann flach, spachtelförmig oder mit einer Vertiefung versehen sein. Aus hygienischen Gründen ist es von Vorteil, wenn der Becher oberhalb des versenkten Dek kels mit einer abzieh- oder abreissbaren Folie versehen ist.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele dargestellt:
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Deckel mit einem spachtelförmigen Mittelteil von oben;
Fig. 2 einen mit einem Deckel nach Fig. 1 abgedeckten Becher von der Seite;
Fig. 3 einen Deckel mit einem gekröpften, löffelförmigen Mittelteil von oben;
Fig. 4 einen Becher mit einem Deckel nach Fig. 3 in Seitenansicht und
Fig. 5 den Deckel nach Fig. 3 in Seitenansicht.
Der Deckel 10 nach Fig. 1 hat eine im wesentlichen kreisrunde Umfangskontur, aus dem der Stiel des spachtelförmigen Mittelteils 11 ein wenig herausragt. Zwischen den Seitenteilen 12, 12' sind Sollbruchfalze 13 angebracht, so dass nach dem Abbrechen dieser beiden Teile ein Spachtel zum Konsumieren des Becherinhalts verbleibt.
Damit ein solcher Deckel auf den Becher 20 versenkt eingeklemmt werden kann, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, hat dessen Rand eine Aussparung 21. Auf dem oberen Rand des Bechers ist eine (in Fig. 2 durch eine unterbrochene Linie dargestellte) Folie 22 aufgeklebt, die leicht abgezogen werden kann.
Die Figuren 3 und 5 zeigen einen Deckel 30 mit einem löffelförmig ausgebildeten Mittelteil 31 mit einem gekröpften Stielende 32, die Sollbruchfalze sind mit 33 bezeichnet.
Diese Abkröpfung hat den Vorteil, dass der Deckel versenkt einklemmbar ist, ohne dass der Rand des Bechers 40 (Fig. 4) mit einer Aussparung versehen werden muss und der heute üblichen Form entspricht. Die Folie 41 deckt hier zudem den löffelförmigen Mittelteil besser ab. Der Dekkel 30 ist in Fig. 5 für sich, in Seitenansicht dargestellt, wo die Abkröpfung deutlich ersichtlich ist.
Natürlich ist es möglich, einen spachtelförmigen Mittelteil, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, mit einer Abkröpfung zu versehen, damit der Becherrand nicht mit einer Aussparung versehen werden muss.
Der Deckel kann aus Kunststoff oder beschichtetem Karton hergestellt sein. Die Abdeckfolien 22 bzw. 41 haben zusätzlich zu ihrer hygienischen Funktion den Vorteil, dass sie dem Käufer Gewähr bieten, dass er einen Becher mit Originalfüllung erhält. Die Folie kann aus Papier, Kunststoff oder Aluminium hergestellt sein. Sie kann mit einem Firmennamen oder einer Marke, sowie Einfülldatum bzw.
letztzulässigem Verkaufsdatum bedruckt sein.
Statt wie im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel, könnte die Kaschierung statt auf dem Becherrand auch direkt auf dem Deckel selber angebracht sein. Eine solche Kaschierung deckt zwar den Spachtel oder Löffel bildenden Mittelteil des Deckels hygienisch ab, bietet aber keine Gewähr mehr, dass der Becher die Originalfüllung enthält.
Statt eine runde, konische Form kann der Becher auch eine ovale oder beispielsweise viereckige Querschnittsform mit gerundeten Ecken haben. Bei so geformten Bechern ist es möglich, den spachtel- oder löffelförmigen Mittelteil des Deckels vollständig im Deckel unterzubringen. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass der Becherrand keine Ausnehmung mehr braucht, beziehungsweise keine Kröpfung mehr erforderlich ist.

1. The invention relates to a disposable cup with a removable, countersunk clamped lid and a ready-to-eat content such as yogurt, curd cheese, ice cream, cream or the like. If such a cup is removed from a vending machine, for example, the buyer lacks the spoon for consuming the contents. These are usually thin-walled, disposable plastic cups that are often thrown away. Regardless of whether the filled cups come from a vending machine, are sold individually or in bulk, it is always an advantage if a disposable spoon is also added to the disposable cup. Loose disposable spoons are known, but are impractical and get lost, or they are forgotten to be included.
The object of the invention is to create such a disposable cup to which a disposable spoon is always captively added.
The invention solves this problem with a disposable cup, which is characterized in that the lid is provided with two predetermined breaking folds which, after the side parts have broken off, leave the user with a spoon-shaped or spatula-shaped central part for consuming the contents of the cup.
The spoon can be flat, spatula-shaped or provided with a recess. For hygienic reasons, it is advantageous if the cup is provided with a peelable or tearable film above the recessed lid.
Two exemplary embodiments are shown in the drawing:

This offset has the advantage that the cover can be sunk in, without the edge of the cup 40 (FIG. 4) having to be provided with a cutout and corresponding to the shape customary today. The film 41 also covers the spoon-shaped middle part better here. The lid 30 is shown in FIG. 5 for itself, in a side view, where the offset is clearly visible.
Of course, it is possible to bend a spatula-shaped central part, as shown in FIG. 1, so that the rim of the cup does not have to be provided with a recess.
The lid can be made of plastic or coated cardboard. In addition to their hygienic function, the cover foils 22 and 41 have the advantage that they offer the buyer a guarantee that he will receive a cup with the original filling. The film can be made of paper, plastic or aluminum. It can be with a company name or a brand, as well as the filling date or
last permitted sales date must be printed.
Instead of as in the illustrated embodiment, the lamination could also be attached directly to the lid itself instead of on the rim of the cup. Such a lamination hygienically covers the middle part of the lid, which forms the spatula or spoon, but no longer guarantees that the mug contains the original filling.
Instead of a round, conical shape, the cup can also have an oval or, for example, square cross-sectional shape with rounded corners. With cups shaped in this way, it is possible to completely accommodate the spatula-shaped or spoon-shaped central part of the lid in the lid. This has the advantage that the rim of the cup no longer needs a recess or that an offset is no longer required.
