PATENTANSPRÜCHE

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Heat pump system, with an evaporator (1), compressor and condenser for an evaporable and condensable refrigerant, characterized in that there is a desuperheater (3) between the compressor (2) and the condenser (4) to withdraw the sensitive heat overheating of the refrigerant vapor.
2. Heat pump system according to claim 1, characterized in that the heat carrier flow (14) through the desuperheater (3) is independent of the heat carrier flow (12) through the condenser (4).
3. Heat pump system according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the desuperheater (3) on the heat transfer side is connected to a memory (6).
4. Heat pump system according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that in the heat transfer circuit (13-17) of the desuperheater (3) is a throttle element (7) influenced by the heat transfer temperature after the desuperheater.
The invention relates to a heat pump system which has an evaporator, compressor and condenser for an evaporable and again condensable refrigerant.
In heat pump systems, the hot gas (compressed refrigerant vapor) escaping on the pressure side of the compressor has a higher temperature than the vapor pressure. The heat inherent in the hot gas is made up of the sensitive portion of overheating, the latent portion of saturated steam and the sensitive portion of the liquid phase of the refrigerant. Usually, both the sensitive and the latent portion of the heat-absorbing heat transfer medium (e.g. hot water for heating) are transferred in the condenser, depending on subcooling, some heat of the liquid phase. The heat transfer medium, e.g. Heating water heated to a value below the condensing temperature of the refrigerant.
Technology
CH-PS 566 527 discloses a special embodiment of a condenser (condenser) with which a hot water temperature above the condensing temperature of the refrigerant can be achieved. This is achieved by using the sensitive portion of the overheating of the hot gas before the condensation of the hot gas, whereby this sensitive portion is inevitably transferred to the storage water, since the condenser is located in the storage. With such a configuration and position of the condenser, the storage water is heated up in layers.
Through a specially enabled flow course within the storage tank, it is possible to ensure that the warmest water goes where it is most desired, e.g. for industrial water; However, it cannot be avoided that the storage water is also influenced by the overheating heat, so that the latter is not optimally available for special tasks. The known system is therefore not ideally flexible in its area of use.
task
The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the task of completely separating the withdrawal of the sensitive heat from the withdrawal of the latent heat in hot gas.
advantages
The heat that can be extracted from the refrigerant in the desuperheater is all the more significant the greater the proportion of sensitive heat in the total heat content of the hot gas. This proportion increases with the compression ratio with which the compressor works, with the condensing temperature and with the degree of overheating of the suction gas after the evaporator. Nowadays, suction gas-cooled compressors are on the market, which are particularly suitable for heat pump systems, since the heat that is removed during the cooling of the compressor motor is now used. These compressors on the market enable a high compression ratio, a high condensing temperature and a high degree of overheating of the hot gas. With these compressors now available, the separate use of the sensitive heat portion of the hot gas is gaining in importance.
Since the hot gas can enter the desuperheater at well over 100 "K, the heat transfer medium (e.g. heating water) flowing in countercurrent through the desuperheater can be heated considerably above the condensing temperature of the hot gas.
If the heat pump system is used for space heating with hot water, attention should be paid to the fact that the maximum flow temperature is usually only required for a few hours a day, e.g. for the rapid rise in temperature in the morning after the room temperature has been lowered at night. If the latent heat component of the hot gas is sufficient to cover the heating requirements of the heating during the night, the sensitive heat component can be stored in a memory, and this with a value that is significantly higher than the flow temperature, which is also higher than the flow temperature required during the day can lie.
It is thus possible to increase the heating water in the condenser to a temperature below the condensing temperature during the day by adding stored hot water to a value significantly above the above-mentioned temperature value. The heat pump system according to the invention is thus improved in that it can be operated more economically, since it can be used very flexibly, so that the needs of different types can be satisfied more economically than before. Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the further claims.
Presentation of the invention
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown schematically.
An evaporator 1, a compressor 2, a desuperheater 3, a condenser 4 (condenser) and a conventional throttle 10 (since there are different pressures in the evaporator 1 and condenser 4) form the heat pump system. A refrigerant circulates in the direction of arrows 11 in the heat pump system.
In the circuit of the heat transfer medium (e.g. heating water) there is the heater 3, a pump 5, a heat transfer memory 6, a throttle element 7, a pump 8 for the hot water heating and an admixing device 9. Water is usually used as heat transfer medium, which can circulate in the direction of the arrows 12-15 .
The hot gas delivered by the compressor 2 (compressed refrigerant vapor) flows into the desuperheater 3, in which the sensitive heat is transferred to the heat transfer medium flowing through in countercurrent by means of heat exchange surfaces. The heat carrier flow is caused by the pump 5. The throttle element 7 is influenced by the temperature of the flowing heat transfer medium in such a way that the heat transfer medium flows to the reservoir 6 at a predetermined, preselected temperature. With increasing temperature of the heat carrier on the throttle element 7, the throttle element 7 opens more, the heat carrier flow increases, at a lower temperature of the heat carrier on the throttle element 7, the element 7 throttles more and the heat carrier flow decreases.
If the temperature of the heat carrier flowing to the desuperheater 3 is lower than the liquefaction temperature of the hot gas, a partial liquefaction of the refrigerant in the
Desuperheater 3 occur, depending on the available heat exchange surface in desuperheater 3.
If the amount of heat generated in the condenser 4 (latent heat) is not sufficient to cover the heating requirements of the heating, which results in a corresponding reduction in the flow temperature, the admixing device 9 can be controlled by adding heating water from the storage tank 6 by regulating the heating system so that the flow temperature is increased. The time period during which such an increase in the flow temperature is possible depends on the admixing quantity and on the capacity of the store 6.
The device 9 is designed as a 3-way valve. If the device 9 is switched into its one end position so that the inflow 13 to the device 9 is blocked, the heating water flows only in the direction of the arrow 12, that is to say only through the condenser 4. The sensible heat extracted from the refrigerant in the desuperheater 3 serves to increase the water temperature in the storage tank 6. When the maximum temperature is reached, the entire heat pump system is switched off in a manner not shown. If the pump 8 is switched off, heating is no longer carried out. If heating is to be started again, the pump 8 is switched on and the device 9 is switched to its other end position, so that the heating water is removed from the reservoir 6. The device 9 then only allows a flow from the reservoir 6 in the direction of the arrow 13 and then to the flow 16.
The heating water then does not flow through the condenser 4 and also not through the desuperheater 3, since the heat pump system and also the pump 5 are switched off. The heating water then flows only in the direction of arrows 12 'and 13, and the heating is carried out only by the hot water stored in the memory 6. If the heat capacity of the store 6 is used up, but if heating is to continue, the heat pump system must be switched on again. So far, the two end positions of the device 9 have been described. If the device 9 has an intermediate position, there is a flow in the direction of the arrows 12 and 13 to the device 9.
The flow paths 13 ′, 14 ′ and 15 shown in the interior of the reservoir 6 are not lines, but only show how the water in the interior of the reservoir 6 due to the inflows and outflows to and from the reservoir 6 and due to the function of pump 5 and device 9 can flow. The return 17 is still present in the heat transfer circuit, in the example in the heating system. From the above it can be seen that the store 6 receives its heat only from the supplier of the superheat, that is to say from the desuperheater 3. The latent heat accumulating in the condenser 4 is delivered directly (not via the store 6) into the heating system network. The memory 6 can be made smaller with the same heat capacity due to the higher heating of its water content.
The separate detection of the sensitive heat of the hot gas, namely in the desuperheater 3, whereby the latent heat is released during the condensation (liquefaction) of the refrigerant in the condenser 4, allows the condensing temperature of the refrigerant to be kept at a lower value than the flow temperature for the heating system corresponds. The heat pump system thus works with a lower compression ratio in the compressor 2 and thus with a lower energy requirement. In addition, as a result of the admixing device 9, the heating system can at times have a higher flow temperature than can otherwise be achieved with the maximum permissible condensing temperature for the compressor 2.
The amount of heat available in the store 6 can continue to be used as a result of the admixing device 9 to cover the heat requirement of the heating system during a time in which the heat pump system is out of operation.
