Fig. 3 ein Schnitt entlang der Linie III-III in Fig. 1.

6. Wall according to claim 1, characterized in that the cover plates (3) consist of asbestos cement.
The invention relates to a non-load-bearing, fireproof wall with a supporting frame, with cover plates made of non-combustible material, which are arranged on both sides of the supporting frame, and with an insulating core made of non-combustible material, which is held in the supporting frame.
From CH Patent No. 514751 a fireproof wall is known, which has a frame structure made of swell beams made of wood or similar material, which are connected to one another by end parts which have the shape of U-profiles. The frame construction is covered with wall panels on both sides, which are fastened with nails or screws and delimit a cavity. This wall has the disadvantages that the frame construction consists of different materials and the wall panels are attached directly to the frame construction.
The present invention aims to overcome these drawbacks.
It is therefore the task of creating a non-load-bearing, fireproof wall of the type mentioned at the outset, which has a small thickness, is simple in construction and is easy to assemble or disassemble.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the support structure consists of at least one metal frame and that a strip of refractory material is arranged between the support structure and the cover plates, which strip lies directly against the support structure in order to cover the support structure and a cavity between the insulating core and to form the cover plates.
The advantages of the present invention are that the supporting structure is designed as a supporting element for the wall and that the wall is constructed entirely from incombustible material.
CH Patent No. 539 176 discloses a fire wall which has an upright corrugated sheet as a supporting structure, which is covered on both sides with cover sheets made of non-combustible material. In this wall, due to the corrugated sheet, the insulating core is replaced by two insulation layers glued to the inside, which makes the fire wall much thicker.
In the following an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Show it:
1 is a partially broken away view of a non-load-bearing, refractory wall,
Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II in Fig. 1, and
3 shows a section along the line III-III in FIG. 1.
As shown in FIG. 1, the non-load-bearing, fireproof wall essentially has a supporting frame 1, an insulating core 2 and cover plates 3. Due to the length of the wall, the support structure 1 consists of a frame 4 and a support 5, which stiffens the frame 4 and is used for fastening cover plates 3.
As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, the frame 4 and the support consist of a U-profile. The U-profile is made from a galvanized sheet steel with a material thickness of 0.87 mm. The frame 4 lies against the wall, the floor and the ceiling 6 and is fastened to it by means of screws 7.
The insulating core 2 consists of two layers 8.9 of rock wool, which is commercially available under the name Flum-Roc, with a bulk density of 100 kg / m3, the joints of which are offset from one another. Each layer 8.9 has a thickness of 30 mm. The layers 8, 9 are inserted into and held by the frame consisting of the U-profile without a fastening means, e.g. an adhesive is used.
Strips 10 made of refractory material, e.g. arranged from asbestos cement. The strips 10 are dimensioned such that they cover the supporting structure 1, the width of the strips 10 being designed such that the width of the strips is greater than the length of the legs of the U-profile. The strips 10 have the purpose, on the one hand, of protecting the supporting structure 1 from direct flame action and, on the other hand, of forming a holder for the insulating core 2, in particular on the supports 5.
The cover plates 3 rest on the strips 10 and are fastened together with the strips 10 in the region of the frame by means of screws 11. In the area of the supports 5 they are held by a hat profile 12. The hat profile 12 is fastened to the support 5 together with the strip 10 by means of screws 13. The fact that the cover plates 3 rest on the strip 10 and the insulating core 2 is inserted in the supporting frame 1 creates a cavity 14 between the insulating core of the cover plate 3.
The cover plates 3 consist of a cement-bonded plate made with wood chips, e.g. from Duripanel.
It is pointed out that the cover plates and strips can also be made of another non-combustible material.
As can be seen from the above description, all parts of the wall are made of non-combustible material, so that it has a very good fire resistance.
Fire tests with the wall described have shown that it can withstand a temperature of 1000 "C for 90 minutes and that the wall fulfills the requirements for an F90 component in accordance with the guidelines for fire police regulations, General Provisions, Edition 1971, Paragraph 2.25.
