Fig. 1 einen Vertikalschnitt durch diese Vorrichtung, und

The rotting process is characterized in the degradation and remodeling of organic substances, which is due to the activity aerobic
Microorganisms is going on.
It is known from the static wet rot that takes place in the soil and in compost rents that its product is both soil-living and plant-compliant as well as fertilization-physiologically and ecologically sound.
The research goal was now to find a method and a device for the gentle, careful implementation of the liquid grotto in domestic and industrial residual water, residual water sludge, liquid manure and other liquids with rotting substances, which, like the static wet rotting with pourable substances, was a perfect rotting product its final state, liquid, spreadable or dry, guaranteed.
The aerobic rotting process in moist and liquid substrate is considered complete, i.e. The rotting product can be described as first-class in all ecological and fertilizing-physiological aspects if it has ¯ a proportion of organically bound nitrogen of 85% and more (chemical measurement method), or ¯ has an osmolarity (salt effect # of less than 50 milli-osmolll (physical Measurement method),
or ¯ gave the earthworm a survival time of one month and longer (biological measurement method) and, in addition to the conditions according to one of the aforementioned measurement methods, ¯ control of the microbial hygiene effect
Self-heating through antagonistic effects the usual methods for checking the bacterial count of enterobacteria in drinking water is positive.
Based on the results according to the measurement methods listed, it has been shown that the aeration and stirring units used in liquid grottas only meet the requirements for recycling rotting materials if the rotting process also takes place in a liquid such as in pourable porous materials without swirling.
Evidence of this specific procedural characteristic could be provided by the parameters known and required from the wet root
Aerobics, biological self-heating, the pH value and the C / N ratio were stopped and, on the one hand, type A suction aerators with static ventilation (laminar flow) as well as type B suction aerators with dynamic ventilation (turbulent flow), which together have molecular kinetic diffusion effects , in a liquid with rotting substances. Surprisingly, these experiments led to the reliable knowledge that the liquid grotto according to the chemical measurement method only gives optimal percentages of nitrogen in organic form if the molecular kinetic suction is free of turbulent currents, i.e.
corresponds to the mode of action of type A.
It was also found that the turbulence generated by dynamic ventilation, type B, damages the bacteria and especially the fungus spectrum through impact and shear effects, whereas laminar flows according to type A are not detrimental to the microbes, whose activity and protein synthesis have been shown to promote .
The shear effect of turbulent currents can be varied, be it that mycelium and flagella are damaged and the microbes in the movement foraging for food are inhibited and starve, or that the living organisms are atrophied or directly decimated.
We also made the observation that the water in the natural cycle in nature is primarily saturated with oxygen by suction and that no turbulent flows occur in this phenomenon, namely that the oxygen diffuses - in the case of raindrops, (Vortex) formation in a body of water, or ¯ when the water surface is moving, whereby it always involves care with a predominantly laminar flow, which is not inherent in a micro-damaging shear effect.
The laminar (static) suction ventilation is the decisive criterion of the liquid grotto that it works according to that of the wet rot in soil and compost without damaging the microbes and ensures optimal formation of organically bound nitrogen and other macronutrients, as well as micronutrients in organic form.
The static process of oxygen saturation of a liquid, which dominates in nature, is in principle used in sewage treatment and in agriculture with the
Surface ventilation,
which creates suction when the substrate is scattered through the air, which only causes laminar flow, but does not cause turbulence that is detrimental to the microbes.
Centrifugal stirrers with surface ventilation (throwing gyroscope) have two functions, namely aerating with the upper part of the unit and mixing with the lower part of the unit. Both functions are separate from each other and do not affect each other. Centrifugal stirrers are slow-moving machines with a peripheral speed of 2-3 m / sec. The resulting turbulent currents are therefore minimal, and the microbes are not damaged by shear.
The positive feature of the high percentage of 85% to 95% of organically bound nitrogen of the total nitrogen in activated sludge is due to the throwing rotors used in aeration tanks with nature-compliant, turbulence-free suction ventilation.
In addition to surface aeration (rotary stirrer with surface aeration), the trickling filter system common in sewage treatment corresponds in principle to the static dampness that occurs naturally in soil and compost, in that atmospheric air enters the pores overgrown with bacterial mass without artificial air; There are therefore no turbulent currents and the microbes are not damaged by shear. The rotting process is also ensured with the trickling filter system, and the organically bound nitrogen is 85% and more, which indicates the occurrence of an optimal protein synthesis.
However, both ventilation systems are characterized by the fact that they can only be used in highly diluted media, where only minimal biological self-heating is possible.
In the case of surface ventilation, there is also a constant cooling down of the liquid, which can lead to ice formation in winter. In the absence of biological self-heating, both processes, centrifugal aerators and trickling filters, do not bring about hygienization through antagonistic effects. In neither of the two ventilation systems is the transition from the liquid grotto to the wet rotting required for natural drainage possible through the targeted formation of a floating blanket.
A technology that complies with nature completes the recycling of decomposable substances flawlessly and economically only when ¯optimal protein synthesis ¯hygienization of the substrate through antagonism in the case of biological self-heating - formation of a floating blanket for the transition from liquid grottos to damp (draining) occurs.
These recycling conditions are met with certainty with the inventive rotting system, with the use of an especially as far as the optimal protein synthesis is concerned
Suction rotor that does not generate turbulent currents that are detrimental to the microbes is crucial.
The method according to the invention and the device used to carry it out are defined in claims 1 and 2.
The method according to the invention is explained below with reference to the accompanying drawing, which illustrates an exemplary embodiment of an inventive device for carrying out the method. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a vertical section through this device, and
FIG. 2 shows a simplified section along the line II-II in FIG. 1.
1 protrudes into a container, not shown, an intake pipe 1, which in its upper part, above the liquid level. is held by fasteners, also not shown. A circular disk-shaped plate 5 is fastened to the intake pipe 1 via two cylindrical sleeves 2 and 3 and screws 3 and 4.
On this plate 5, a submersible motor 7 with oil pressure seal is suspended via connecting screws 6. The speed of the motor is preferably between 1000 and 1500 rpm.
Arranged on the motor cover 7a is a suction fan, designated 8 overall, which is rigidly coupled to the motor shaft 7b.
2 has a circular cylindrical housing 9 with an upper and a lower boundary wall 9a / 9b, which are connected to one another via a practically circular cylindrical peripheral wall 12. The intake pipe 1 opens into the central part of the housing 9.
From the central chamber of the suction fan designated by 10 in FIG. 1, six to twelve, in the present case eight, suction ducts 11 lead radially outward and end at the mouths designated by 1a in the peripheral wall 12 of the housing 9. The radially directed mouths 11a the suction channels 11 are thus provided in the angled peripheral wall 12 of the housing.
This circumferential wall 12 is practically circular-cylindrical, but - seen in the direction of rotation - has a radially inward shoulder 13 shortly before each mouth 11a. This causes vacuum zones 15 to develop at the mouths 11a when the suction fan 8 rotates which air is drawn in from the intake pipe 1 via the channels 11.
As has been shown in practical use, a significant turbulence is avoided thanks to the omission of an agitating unit and the shape of the housing 9. This ensures the organic phase or protein formation that forms the basis of the rotting process.
After a short period of operation, an annular air cushion forms in the circumferential area of the housing 9 and is constantly kept under a slight negative pressure.
As a result, the liquid is saturated with oxygen by means of diffusion effects by means of molecular kinetics.
1 also shows that the intake pipe 1 is connected to the rotating suction fan by means of a bearing 14 which has an upper, fixed bearing half 14a rigidly connected to the suction pipe 1, and a lower bearing half 14b rotating with the suction fan. The separating surface of the two bearing halves 14a / 14b is frustoconical.
In a modification of the exemplary embodiment described, it is possible, for example, to support the motor 7 on the bottom of the container when the liquid containers are not deep (4 m and below).
The peripheral end wall of the housing 9 can also have different profiles, provided that the vacuum pads mentioned arise at the mouths of the channels 11 and also ensure that the oxygen introduced is largely molecularly dissolved in the liquid and turbulence is avoided.
In the case of wet rotting, the microbes on the inner surface of the pores of pourable substances are kept in sufficient contact with air, provided that natural ventilation of these substances can take place.
In the case of liquid grottos, on the other hand, as is known, oxygen must be present in the liquid in a molecularly dissolved form so that the microbes can absorb it at all.
This molecular solution process could only be implemented to an inadequate extent with the means available so far, especially in sewage sludge slurry treatment, since it was not known that the greatest obstacle to optimal protein synthesis was the turbulence of the liquid.
In contrast to this, the described method avoids the development of turbulent flows in favor of static and / or laminar liquid states, including biological heating and hygienization through antagonistic effects. Experiments have shown that the organic phase of wastewater treatment is decisively promoted.
The suction ventilation described can be used in sewage treatment technology both in activated sludge tanks and in sludge-rotting tanks, as well as in agriculture for slurry treatment.
Thanks to the liquid grotto process described, the desired floating blanket is surely formed; As a carrier of the dry matter, it contains predominantly organically bound macro and micronutrients. The floating blanket is the actual transition from the liquid grotto to the wet grotto. The transfer of the liquid grotto into the wet rot is important wherever a scatterable or dry rotting material with little moisture is important. If natural drainage is dispensed with, periodic removal of clear water from the zone below the swimming blanket should be avoided.
In this case, the substrate should be mixed at intervals with a Battel stirrer or with another slow-running stirrer in order to destroy the floating blanket, taking care that the mixing unit does not generate any turbulent currents.
