RIVENDICAZIONI

Indumento femminile a maglia comprendente una parte avente funzione di panciera ed una di reggiseno, in corpo unico, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere una fascia centrale (2) in lana elasticizzata intessuta a fasce, una fascia inferiore (5) ed una superiore (6), in tessuto più leggero, delimitate da quella centrale attraverso profili arcuati e simmetrici sostanzialmente semisinusoidali con elevazione massima anteriore (3, 4) ed abbassamento massimo posteriore (3a, 4a).1. Con riferimento al disegno con 1 è genericamente indicata la maglia o indumento in oggetto che comprende una io zona o fascia centrale 2 in lana mista ad elastomeri che assolve il compito di panciera contenitiva e termicamente isolante ed è caratterizzata dal particolare profilo dei suoi bordi: inferiore 4, 4a, arcuato con incavo verso l'alto, anteriormente riferito al disegno, in modo da consentire la massima 15 libertà di movimento delle gambe ed arcuata con proiezione verso il basso, posteriormente, allo scopo di proteggere la zona dei reni ed aderire perfettamente ai fianchi.
