PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Als Aufenthalts- oder Spielraum dienende, zusammenlegbare Einrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch einen aus einem flächigen, flexiblen Werkstoff bestehenden, doppelwandigen, in Rohrform stehend oder liegend benutzbaren Hohlkörper (1) gebildet ist, welcher einen die Umfangswandung formenden, auffüllbaren Hohlraum (1') aufweist, derart, dass der Hohlkörper (1) bei Nichtgebrauch entleert, zusammengelegt und leicht transportiert werden kann.
2. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (1') des Hohlkörpers (1) zum Aufblasen mit Luft ausgebildet ist.
3. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einstiegöffnung (11) des Hohlkörpers (1) mit einem verschliessbaren Abschluss (12, 13) versehen ist.
4. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (1) an seiner Innenwand zwei einander gegenüberliegende, in der Längsrichtung verlaufende Abstufungen (4) aufweist, welche den Hohlkörper in zwei ungleich dickwandige Profilhälften (2, 3) teilen, und dass der Hohlkörper (1) an den Abstufungen (4) einknickbar und in ein Halbrund-Flachprofil deformierbar ist, wobei in liegender Lage die dickwandige unter Profilhälfte (2) eine Liegematte und die dünnwandige obere Profilhälfte (3) eine Decke bildet.
5. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dickwandige, als Liegematte dienende Profilhälfte (2) durch im Bereich der Abstufungen (4) an Laschen (6) angreifende und auf dem Erdboden verankerbare Befestigungsmittel (5) in gestreckter Stellung gehalten ist.
6. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (1') zwecks Herbeiführung einer Versteifung des Hohlkörpers (1) zum Auffüllen eines kühlenden oder wärmenden, fliessbaren Mediums ausgebildet ist.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine als Aufenthalts- oder Spielraum dienende, zusammenlegbare Einrichtung. Das Kennzeichen derselben besteht darin, dass sie durch einen aus einem flächigen, flexiblen Werkstoff bestehenden, doppelwandigen, in Rohrform stehend oder liegend benutzbaren Hohlkörper gebildet ist, welcher einen die Umfangswandung formenden, auffüllbaren Hohlraum aufweist, derart, dass der Hohlkörper beim Nichtgebrauch zusammengelegt und leicht transportiert werden kann.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine erste Ausführungsform im Schaubild, in Gebrauchsstellung,
Fig. 2 einen Teil-Längsschnitt gemäss Linie II-II in Fig. 1,
Fig. 3 das Profil des Hohlkörpers gemäss Fig. 1 vor der Deformation,
Fig. 4 eine zweite Ausführungsform im Schaubild mit gleichmässiger Wandstärke in Vertikalstellung und
Fig. 5 ein ebensolches Schaubild in der Liegestellung.
1 bezeichnet einen Hohlkörper der dargestellten Einrichtung, welcher aus einem flächigen, flexiblen, wetterfesten, hautartigen Werkstoff aus einem Kunststoff, imprägniertem, mehrlagigem Gewebe oder dergleichen besteht. Der Hohlkörper 1 weist einen die Umfangswandung bildenden, in bekannter Weise durch Aufblasen eine Versteifung bewirkenden Hohlraum auf. Die Umfangsseite besitzt konventionelle Rippenstruktur. In den Fig. 1 bis 3 weist der rohrförmige Hohlkörper 1 in seiner einen Profilhälfte 2 ein grösseres Zwischenwandvolumen als in der oberen, eine Decke bildenden Profilhälfte 3 auf. Fig. 3 zeigt das Profil des aufgeblasenen Hohlkörpers, der an seiner Innenwand 1" eine in der Längsrichtung verlaufende Abstufung 4 aufweist.
Bei der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Form ist der Hohlkörper 1 längs den beiden Abstufungen geknickt, wobei die untere Profilhälfte 2 dem Erdboden flach anliegt und eine Liegematte abgibt. In dieser flachen Form bietet der Hohlkörper 1 dank seiner grösseren Breite Platz für zwei nebeneinander liegende Personen in seinem Inneren. Zur Fixierung der gestreckten Form der Profilhälfte 2 dienen im Erdboden verankerbare Befestigungsmittel 5, welche auf beiden Längsseiten des Hohlkörpers im Bereiche seiner Knickstellen 4 an Laschen 6 angreifen. 7 bezeichnet eine auf beiden Seiten der Profilhälfte 3 an je einer Lasche 6 angreifende Verspannung, welche mit ihrem anderen Ende auf dem Erdboden durch ein Verankerungsmittel 5 festgelegt ist. Die Profilhöhe des Hohlkörpers 1 wird durch eine Kordel 8 bestimmt, welche mit ihrem anderen Ende an einer Lasche 10 der Liegematte 2 angreift.
Der innenseitige Rand der Einstiegöffnung 11 vom Hohlkörper 1 ist mit einem Reissverschluss 12 versehen, welcher die lösbare Verbindung mit dem Seitenabschlussteil 13 (Fig. 2) herstellt. Durch eine rippenartige Struktur der Umfangswandung vom Hohlkörper 1, bei welcher die Rippen 14 quer zur Längsrichtung verlaufen, wird eine Formversteifung bewirkt. 15 ist ein mit Rückschlagventil ausgerüsteter Anschluss, an welchen der Luftschlauch einer üblichen Fuss- oder Handpumpe beim Aufblasen des Hohlraumes 1' anzuschliessen bestimmt ist. Die obere und untere Profilhälfte 2, 3 des Hohlkörpers können auch selbständige Teile sein, welche fest oder lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
Bei der zweiten Ausführungsform (Fig. 4 und 5) besitzt der aufblasbare Hohlkörper 1 eine gleichmässige Doppelwanddikke. Der Hohlkörper 1 kann gemäss Fig. 4 in stehende oder gemäss Fig. 5 in liegende Stellung gebracht sein. In stehender Form lässt sich der Hohlkörper 1 als Umkleidekabine oder auch als Dusch- und Waschraum venvenden, wobei das Wasser mittels eines nicht besonders gezeichneten Schlauches herangeführt werden kann. In liegender Form eignet sich der Hohlkörper 1 als Ruhegelegenheit und Aufenthalt im Schatten, in welch letzterem Fall zweckmässig eine lichtundurchlässige Folie auf der Aussenseite der oberen Profilhälfte 3 angeordnet ist. Nach herauslassen der Luft aus dem Hohlraum 1' kann der Hohlkörper 1 auf kleinste, flache oder Rollenform zusammengelegt und im kompakten Zustand leicht transportiert werden.
Die Erfindung soll auch die Anwendung eines kühlenden oder wärmenden, fliessenden Mediums, wie Wasser oder Gas, zum Füllen des Hohlraumes 1' und Herbeiführung einer Versteifung des Hohlkörpers 1 umfassen.
Der Hohlkörper l kann auch in mehrere Luftkammern aufgeteilt sein.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Serving as a lounge or play, collapsible device, characterized in that it is formed by a hollow body (1) which is made of a flat, flexible material and can be used standing or lying in a tubular shape and which has a fillable cavity which forms the peripheral wall (1 '), such that the hollow body (1) can be emptied, folded and easily transported when not in use.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cavity (1 ') of the hollow body (1) is designed for inflation with air.
3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that an entry opening (11) of the hollow body (1) is provided with a closable end (12, 13).
4. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the hollow body (1) has on its inner wall two opposite, extending in the longitudinal direction gradations (4) which divide the hollow body into two uneven thick-walled profile halves (2, 3), and that the hollow body (1) can be buckled at the steps (4) and deformed into a semicircular flat profile, the thick-walled under profile half (2) forming a lying mat and the thin-walled upper profile half (3) forming a ceiling in a lying position.
5. Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the thick-walled, serving as a lying profile half (2) by in the region of the gradations (4) on tabs (6) engaging and anchored to the ground fasteners (5) is held in the extended position.
6. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cavity (1 ') is designed to bring about a stiffening of the hollow body (1) for filling a cooling or warming, flowable medium.
The invention relates to a collapsible device serving as a lounge or play area. The characteristic feature of the same is that it is formed by a hollow body made of a flat, flexible material that can be used standing or lying in a tubular shape and has a fillable cavity that forms the peripheral wall, such that the hollow body is collapsed and light when not in use can be transported.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely:

1 denotes a hollow body of the device shown, which consists of a flat, flexible, weatherproof, skin-like material made of a plastic, impregnated, multi-layer fabric or the like. The hollow body 1 has a cavity which forms the peripheral wall and, in a known manner, causes stiffening by inflation. The peripheral side has a conventional rib structure. 1 to 3, the tubular hollow body 1 has in its one profile half 2 a larger partition wall volume than in the upper profile half 3 forming a ceiling. FIG. 3 shows the profile of the inflated hollow body, which has a step 4 running in the longitudinal direction on its inner wall 1 ″.
In the form shown in Fig. 1, the hollow body 1 is kinked along the two gradations, the lower profile half 2 lying flat against the ground and giving off a mat. In this flat shape, the hollow body 1, thanks to its greater width, offers space for two people lying next to one another inside. Fastening means 5 which can be anchored in the ground serve to fix the elongated shape of the profile half 2, which act on tabs 6 on both longitudinal sides of the hollow body in the region of its kink points 4. 7 denotes a bracing, which acts on both sides of the profile half 3, each on a tab 6, which is fixed at its other end to the ground by an anchoring means 5. The profile height of the hollow body 1 is determined by a cord 8 which engages with its other end on a tab 10 of the lying mat 2.
The inside edge of the entry opening 11 of the hollow body 1 is provided with a zipper 12, which establishes the releasable connection with the side end part 13 (FIG. 2). A rib-like structure of the circumferential wall of the hollow body 1, in which the ribs 14 run transversely to the longitudinal direction, results in a stiffening of the shape. 15 is a connection equipped with a check valve, to which the air hose of a conventional foot or hand pump is intended to be connected when the cavity 1 'is inflated. The upper and lower profile halves 2, 3 of the hollow body can also be independent parts which are connected to one another in a fixed or detachable manner.
In the second embodiment (FIGS. 4 and 5), the inflatable hollow body 1 has a uniform double wall thickness. The hollow body 1 can be brought into a standing position according to FIG. 4 or into a lying position according to FIG. 5. In the upright form, the hollow body 1 can be used as a changing room or also as a shower and washroom, the water being able to be brought in by means of a hose (not specially drawn). In a lying form, the hollow body 1 is suitable as a place to rest and stay in the shade, in which case an opaque film is expediently arranged on the outside of the upper profile half 3. After the air has been let out of the cavity 1 ', the hollow body 1 can be folded into the smallest, flat or roll shape and easily transported in the compact state.
The invention is also intended to include the use of a cooling or warming, flowing medium, such as water or gas, for filling the cavity 1 ′ and for stiffening the hollow body 1.
The hollow body 1 can also be divided into several air chambers.
