Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Abfüllen von Flüssigkeit, vorzugsweise von flüssigen Arzneistoffen, in vorgefertigte Hohlbehältnisse aus Hartgelatine. Weiterhin bezieht sich die Erfindung auf eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. Zum Abfüllen von flüssigen Arzneistoffen wurden bisher vorzugsweise Weichgelatinekapseln verwendet. Hierbei wird die Flüssigkeit mit dem Herstellen der Kapseln in diese eingefüllt (z.B. Hierbei ergibt sich neben dem Vorteil für den Hersteller, der keine besonderen Kapseln für das Abfüllen von flüssigen Arzneistoffen herstellen muss, ein weiterer Vorteil für den Arzneimittel-Hersteller bzw. für die Arzneimittel abfüllenden Betriebe, der in einer weiteren Vereinfachung der Lagerhaltung zu suchen ist. Fig. 1 zeigt das Zuführen von beispielsweise zweiteiligen Hartgelatinekapseln 1 zu einem z.B. als umlaufende s Scheibe ausgebildeten Aufnahmeteil 2, das Bohrungen 3 zur Aufnahme der Hartgelatinekapseln 1 aufweist. Unterhalb des Aufnahmeteiles 2 ist eine Scheibe 4 oder dgl. angeordnet, die als Auflage für die Hartgelatinekapseln 1 dient. Eine mögliche Vorrichtung zum Banderolieren des Steckverschlusses der Hartgelatinekapseln 1 ist mit Fig. 5 gezeigt. Bei der dargestellten Anordnung ist im Bereich der Banderoliervorrichtung unterhalb des Aufnahmeteiles 2 ein Stössel 11 vorgesehen, der von unten in die Bohrung 3 eingeführt wird und dabei die Hartgelatinekapsel 1 anhebt. Weiterhin ist die Anordnung so getroffen, dass beispielsweise über zwei rotierende Scheiben 12 und 13 Verschlussmasse aus einem Vorratsbehälter 14 auf den Steckverschluss 15 der Hartgelatinekapsel 1 aufgebracht wird, wobei die Hartgelatinekapsel 1 durch die Scheibe 13 in Drehung versetzt wird. Bei der Verschlussmasse für den Steckverschluss 15 handelt es sich vorzugsweise um die gleiche Verschlussmasse, mit der die Füllöffnung der Hartgelatinekapsel 1, wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt, verschlossen wird.
