PATENTANSPRÜCHE

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Geodetic measuring device in which an alidade rotates about an axis relative to a limbus, characterized by a cantilever, which is mounted so as to be rotatable about the same axis as the alhidade, separate from the alhidade.
2. Geodetic measuring device according to claim 1, characterized in that an operating and reading desk is attached to the boom and is electrically connected to the measuring part of the device.
The invention relates to a geodetic measuring device in which an alidade rotates about an axis relative to a limbus.
Known geodetic measuring devices, in particular electro-optical tachymeters, have, in addition to the actual optical part, an electronic unit which is arranged under the optical part in a fixed position. The electronic unit also contains all controls and the display.
If a rotation of the measuring device into different working positions is necessary due to the aiming of different measuring points, the observer must constantly switch between the electronic unit and the optical unit for information input, which adversely affects the workflow and the measuring accuracy. To read the measured values, the current observation location must also be left.
In other known electro-optical geodetic measuring devices, the electronic measuring part is also separated from the optical system, but sits on a common axis with it and carries out its movements. Due to the weight of the measuring part, this leads to loss of accuracy when the device is rotated. In addition, measurement readings and information input are only ever possible in a theodolite telescope position.
Furthermore, geodetic measuring devices are known which have a mapping or drawing table as an additional device.
This is kinematically connected to the measuring device via a gear coupling. This connection particularly stresses the vertical axis system of the geodetic measuring device, because the forces for rotating the measuring device and the
Carting table and the torque generated during the rotation of the mapping table must be taken up by the vertical axis system.
To avoid the disadvantages mentioned, it is the goal of
Invention to achieve a high level of user comfort when working with geodetic measuring devices.
The object of the invention is to provide a geodetic measuring device which enables information to be entered and read
Measured values in any working position and measuring direction possible.
According to the invention, the object is achieved by a cantilever which is mounted so as to be rotatable about the same axis as the alidade, separately from the alidade. On the boom, an operating and reading desk is preferably attached to the
Measuring part of the device is connected.
The invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. This represents the schematic structure of an electro-optical tachymeter.
On tripod screws 2; 3; 4 of a tripod 1 there is a limbus 5, which is assigned the electronics of the measuring part and an alidade 6 with a telescope 7, which can be rotated about an axis 9. Between the Limbus 5 and the
Tripod screws 2; 3; 4 is a boom 8 rotatable about a
Axis 9 ge regardless of the rotation of the alidade 6. At the outer end of the boom 8 is an operating and
Reading desk 10 attached, of which an electrical connection
11 leads to the electronics contained in the limbus 5.
During a measurement, the control and reading desk 10 can, depending on the set position of the telescope 7 and the position of the
Alidade 6 can be rotated into such a position that easy operation is possible without leaving the observation site.
The control and reading desk 10 is removable from the boom 8 and can be moved from an additional person to the side
Ta'chymeter are operated, which in some cases allows an appropriate division of labor.
The invention is not limited to use on electro-optical tachymeters, but can be attached to geodetic measuring devices wherever additional information is to be entered from the outside.
