Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Portionspackung mit porösem Einzelbeutel, insbesondere für Tee, mit einer am Beutel mittels eines Haltefadens befestigten Etikette. The invention relates to a portion pack with a porous single bag, in particular for tea, with a label attached to the bag by means of a holding thread.

Bei bekannten Portionspackungen dieser Art liegt der Haltefaden auf der Aussenseite des Beutels, was den Nachteil hat, dass er beim Manipulieren der Packung, z. B. beim Verpacken derselben in Sammelbehälter, im Wege ist, z. B. sich mit anderen Packungen verheddert oder das Einbringen insbesondere der letzten Packung in den Behälter erschwert. Es sind aus der CH-PS 587 642 Portionspackungen bekannt, die diesen Nachteil nicht aufweisen; dabei liegt der Haltefaden zwischen zwei zur Packung gehörigen Beuteln, was relativ teuer ist. Zur Vermeidung dieser Nachteile zeichnet sich die Packung nach der Erfindung durch die Ausbildung nach dem Kennzeichen des Patentanspruchs 1 aus. Dies ermöglicht die Herstellung des Beutels auf einfache Weise und gestattet ein leichtes Verpacken der Beutel in Sammelbehältern. Der in den Fig. 1-3 dargestellte Beutel ist aus einem rechteckigen Zuschnitt aus porösem, siegelfähigem Folienmaterial, insbesondere Papier, hergestellt worden. Dabei ist der Zuschnitt zunächst um eine etwas exzentrische Querlinie 1 des Rechtecks gefaltet worden, derart, dass eine Vorderwand 2 und eine über dieselbe etwas hinausragende Hinterwand 3 entstanden sind, deren obere Ränder mit 4 bzw. 5 bezeichnet sind. Die in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Randstreifen der gefalteten Rechteckfolie sind dann auf die aus Fig. 3 ersichtliche Weise einwärts gefaltet worden, wobei die untere Falte 1 symmetrisch in zwei Paare von schrägen Falten 6 übergeht, die zwei auswärts ragende Zwickelfalten 7 unten abschliessen. Die aufeinanderliegenden, gefalteten Ränder 8, 9 der Rechteckfo-Iie werden dann miteinander versiegelt. Ebenso werden bei der Faltung hervortretende Folienzwickel 10 (in Fig. 3) weggelassen) mit dem benachbarten Folienmaterial versiegelt. Nun wird gemäss Fig. 7 der Faden 13 ganz in das Innere des Beutels versenkt, so dass nur die Etikette 14 über dem Rand 4 liegt, und zwar in dessen Mitte. Hierauf wird ein oberer Randstreifen 16 der Vorderwand 2 mit dem dahinterliegenden Teil der Hinterwand 3 versiegelt, mit Ausnahme eines zentralen Zwickels 17. Die Versiegelung ist durch senkrechte Schraffur dargestellt. Nun wird der obere Randstreifen 18 der Hinterwand 3, welcher Streifen auch das obere Ende der hinteren Zwickelfalte 7 bildet, auf dem oberen Randstreifen 16 der Vorderwand 2 als Haltelasche für die ebenfalls nach vorne geklappte Etikette 14 heruntergeklappt und in zwei Zonen 19 beidseitig derselben mit dem Randstreifen 16 versiegelt. Dabei kommt der Einschnitt 11 über den nichtversiegelten Zwickel 17 zu liegen.
