Abstract
The compounds of formula (VII), in which A represents a group of formula (VIIIA) or (VIIIB), R = H or alkyl, n = 0 or 1 to 3, R1 to R5 = H, methyl or ethyl, X and Y represent ethylene or vinylene chains, are prepared by hydrolysis of a corresponding derivative carrying 2-tetrahydrofuranyloxy, 2-tetrahydropyranyloxy, 1-ethoxyethoxy or trimethylsiloxy groups in positions 11 and 15. The compounds of formula (VII) in which A represents a group of formula (IV) are obtained by subsequent dehydration of the alicyclic ring A of formula (VIIIB). The compounds of formula (VII) have especially a hypotensive, blood platelet aggregation inhibition, gastric ulceration inhibition, bronchodilatory and uterine contraction stimulatory activity. <IMAGE>
