PATENT CLAIMS
1. Pressure measuring device, characterized in that a spring element (4) picks up the fluidic pressure to be measured and transmits it as a force to a force-compensating scale (1) firmly connected to its holding elements (2, 5, 6).
2. Pressure measuring device according to claim 1, characterized in that the balance (1) is provided with electronically controlled force compensation and digital display.
3. Pressure measuring device according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the display of the scale (1) takes place in units of the pressure.
4. Pressure measuring device according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the balance emits digital and / or analog output signals proportional to the fluidic pressure.
5. Pressure measuring device according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the balance comprises a tare computer for setting the zero point.
The invention relates to a pressure measuring device of high accuracy based on the force comparison principle.
Pressure gauges of high accuracy are known which work on the force comparison principle. Because of the high accuracy of these pressure gauges, limited quantities require a high level of technical effort, since all the important components have to be designed and manufactured for this one purpose, which results in a high price.
Furthermore, scales are known in which special accessories (bypasses) allow the determination of physical forces. However, these devices can hardly be used for precise pressure measurements.
The invention is based on the object of enabling the manufacture of pressure measuring devices of high accuracy with a minimum of new technical effort.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that a spring element picks up the fluidic pressure to be measured and transmits it as a force to a force-compensating scale that is firmly connected to its holding elements.
The balance preferably has an electronically controlled force compensation and digital display. The spring element and its connecting parts to the load cell are preferably made of materials with the lowest possible expansion coefficient.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing.
The figure shows a schematic front view, partially in section, of the load cell, the structure with a corrugated tube spring, its fastening elements and connecting elements to the load cell of the load cell.
In order to obtain a clear representation, some elements have been left out in the figure, as has the representation of the balance as a whole.
A retaining bracket 2 is connected to the weighing cell 1, which is only shown schematically, by screws 3. A corrugated tube spring 4 with its fixed connection piece 5 is attached to the retaining bracket 2, axially symmetrical to the force transducer 9 of the weighing cell 1, adjustable in the distance from the weighing cell 1. A lock nut 6 is used to secure after the basic setting.
An internal thread 7 serves as a pressure connection. A movable connection piece 8 forms the non-positive connection of the corrugated tube spring 4 to the force transducer 9 (shell carrier) of the load cell 1.
